I don't have any problems with the password things and stuff because it is their thing! and there's no problem with that, but honestly too expensive for very simple drinks and low quantity which taste like soft drinks mostly, friendly staff and beautiful classic environment but not comfortable at all, and very bad air-conditioning.. unfortunately I'd have to say it is a little not-recommended! I'm also shocked by the way the owner is responding to negative comments! (most probably I'll get one too! LOL) People have the right to leave their comments here and not everyone hast to say it was an excellent place (because honestly it is not) and give 5 stars to it!

14/01/24: Absolutely loved it here! Loved the mystery surrounding it and the password clues to gain entry! Wonderful. The cocktails were great too. We had 4 in total and it came to €40. The music was great and the atmosphere was really good! Tonight, a magician wandered round doing a few card tricks. Not my cup of tea, but it was ok. Shame too, there were no actual people wearing white rabbit masks! 🐰

I can honestly say one of the best speakeasy's in Europe i have been to. the staff were so helpful, and the knowledge they have on the drinks, what would compliment etc was perfection. They know exactly how to make a proper cocktail, Sincere thanks to Diana and Elena, for making our visit worthwhile. If you love your whiskey or gins, this is a must go place. They have unique / rare drinks available and the taste of these with the the right mixers in the right cocktails is truly sublime. The service was impeccable, the ambience incredible, and the service was perfect. I tasted gins that I didn't know existed.What can i say - i want to go again!!! till next time WR - we will see you again. Many thanks to you all.

At first, I thought it would be a good experience because of those strategies for booking and password and stuff. But when I went there it was totally different from the pictures that I found in the reviews and it was so small with no good air conditioning. You can feel the smell of cooking food. No comfortable table and seats. The drinks were so normal. In my opinion before thinking about extra things like password or putting cards for ordering it is better to work on the quality of the drinks and the environment. The prices were high for this poor or let's say normal experience.

We came as they opened so didn't get to see a show, but I assure you there is enough to see amongst the decor to keep your eyes 👀 I retested. The drink menu is phenomenal, and the service superb. What a great "find" but good luck finding it as you have to jump through a few hoops, as it should be for any good speakeasy! *They offer free munchies if you come within the first hour or two of opening.

The secret password entry and so on is a little fussy, but this is a great cocktail bar. It’s dark, moody, and cool, and the bartenders are way on their game. The house cocktails are excellent and they know how to mix just about any drink you can come up with. Worth a stop.

We had a single night in Milan, so glad we came across White Rabbit! Sign up on their website was quick, and received the email instructions swiftly - note that website and email are in Italian only, but used Google Translate to crack the final password in 5 mins. It was a Monday 11PM but the bar was so lively, with live piano and trumpet player. The atmosphere is exactly how I would expect a speakeasy to be, we really felt like we were back in the Prohibition Era. The drinks were absolutely incredible. I ordered a strawberry/lemon/gin cocktail that was featured (Fisna - 15 euros), and it was genuinely the most delicious cocktail I’ve ever had. Our seat on the mezzanine allowed us to look down into the bar and it’s clear that the bartenders are really good at their job. All the staff were also so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this experience. Take 10ish mins to sign up and figure out the password beforehand and appreciate the detailed theming of this bar - I fear any other speakeasy will not match up to the amazing decor and vibes of the White Rabbit.

This place was amazing!! Loved the vibes and perfect speak easy! The lady who was at the door was super friendly and helpful! The gentleman who made our drinks was super friendly and made some of the best drinks I ever had! One of the coolest bars I've ever been too!

One of my favorite speakeasy bars in Milan. Every month, you have to guess the passcode by solving a riddle to get in. Lovely atmosphere and fun staff. Events throughout the week. I advise you book in advance since it can get filled up pretty quick.

After passing three email filters, a spooky reservation via whatsapp and a riddle to decode, we finally managed to get a reservation at this AMAZING place. I loved the vibes, the staff , the drinks, but most of all the operations of this bar which keep the real spirit of a SPEAKEASY bar. Highly recommended !!! Please do all the riddles and I assure you it’s worth it. When you order a drink they will offer you a cheese platter on complimentary basis ! We ordered gin and some tequila fusion cocktail. Just tell the waitress what you love and she’ll do wonders !

The ambiance is really interesting and detailed with some things that creeped me in a good way. I lived the taste of their cocktail it was amazing. The only problem was the price which is 15 euros for a drink that is even more than notthingham forest (though more tasty but less quantity).

Awesome place, no deny about it and good cocktails. BUT 4 stars only because we were left outside and we were denied entrance because we did not know the password because it is a speakeasy. Well yeah, first time visiting the place it should allow you in (if tables exist of course) and then inform you about how White rabbit works. :)

Most excellent experience you'll have visiting a speak easy. Not an easy task to replicate this type of experience and they really got it dailed in. From the secret password to the decor and drinks 🍹!! Super excited to go again soon.

Fantastic awesome very cool place with cool staff and interesting drinks. You may even see a show 😉. It's a speakeasy secret bar so you do need to figure out the password before getting there. Totally worth it, great memorable experience! I recommend making a reservation in advance.

We had a girls cocktail night at White Rabbit. The cocktails were very creative and delicious, so definitely 5 stars for that! The Father was my favorite. The vibe inside is very cozy and sophisticated, and of course getting in with the password and all makes it feel very special and cool. Unfortunately we were asked to leave the table after 2,5 hours while we still had drinks and food on the table because they needed the table for somebody else without giving us any heads up beforehand or on site. We would have ordered another drink, but they literally took away the menu 30 min earlier without any comment. After our surprised and not so happy reaction that we had to finish drinks in 3 min (!), they tried to make up for it by offering us a shot at the bar, where we realised that several tables were empty. We still had a nice girls night out, but the communication style unfortunately killed the whole vibe and I definitely won't come back, therefore only 3 stars.

Had to crack a code to get in. My suggestion for foreigners is searching for the answer in Italian language. Nice experience. The drink are okay.

Best hidden place,if you find it it's like the place of gangsters. But the place is good and the drinks are good and it little costly. And it's opened till 3.00 am

Spent my last evening in Milan by finding this cute Speakeasy! Great vibes inside and the music matches the decor perfectly!! Had a great drink and the owner even sent out a shot for me! So nice and the staff was great! Will definitely be back next time I am in Milan!! GRAZIE MILLIE

It was an incredible experience. The owner made me feel welcome as I came from London just for one night. The atmosphere was mysterious with cool dances/performances. The cocktails were very creative too. I'd highly recommend stopping by at the White Rabbit if you visit Milan

Excellent place, true to the concept of a speak-easy. Their own cocktails have been concocted with lot of creativity and are excellent. You may ask for cocktails off their menu or select something from their list of spirits (their whiskey collection is impressive). The people serving are really nice and friendly, and won't hesitate to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Waited over an hour with group of girls and guys. Kept telling we would be let in and eventually not. 1 star for wasting over an hour and a half of our time instead of being truthful.

Excellent quality cocktails. The menu selection of liquors to choose from can be overwhelming, but choose a common brand for any traditional drink (old fashion, whiskey sour, mojito) and you'll be impressed. And at the end, they even offered a free celebratory shot!

This place is cool. I like the concept that you get only entrance if you can solve a riddle. The bar itself is relatively small and is made in the style of 1920's Chicago bars during the prohibition. For the drinks they use very high quality ingredients. Definitely I will come back.

We had a brilliant time here. Once we’d solved the puzzle of the password, we entered and it was like stepping back in time. The bar is cosy, with friendly service and fantastic cocktails (thanks Michele!). We tried new and exciting drinks and were even treated to a magic show. I would highly recommend this to anyone that loves cocktails and a 1920s atmosphere.

We came to Milano for two days from Greece and I have ro say that the white rabbit is a must see/live experience.....if you can find it 😉say the password follow the rabbit and see how deep the rabbit hole goes 😉

【A sweet experience 】 Amazing way to enter (only with password after looking for the answer) The ‘doorman’ guy is very strong and with nice smile to us. The entering is surprising through a …(no spoiler) Cocktail recommended, extremely special taste, like I ordered one based on Mescal with Annanas ginger …it is very fresh and new taste for me. Besides, there are twentieth choices of gin, hundreds in total of cocktails and drinks 🍹 The people works there respect very well the boundaries and very polite, no push, no harsh. We even honorably welcomed a magician for a performance, his name is Fabbio ( thanks Fabbio) the environment reminds me of the film “eyes open”in some way, dark, mysterious ahaha, even music But a definitely good to chat with friends and enjoy Downstairs would be a bit humid, and both up and down needs to pay attention with your dress or heels if you walk🤣 Enjoy!!! This place is truly amazing. I have been in many speakeasy bars around the world but this one's really got its own unique vibe. It is cozy and not super spacious so I would recommend to go there if you are maximum 4-5 people looking to chill out and enjoy a very unique place... Every night they have live music from 22h to 24h and the cocktails are fantastic! Really recommended!

I came from Seattle and was in Milano for 3 nights. I was staying right next to The White Rabbit. I work in hotels and restaurants and was pretty jazzed to check it out and had been "following" them for a couple months so I would have the password. When my friend and tried to enter, we gave the last password that had been provided and were not allowed in. I showed them their email, in case I had miss-translated the Italian. No go. This was the only bad experience we had in 6 weeks of travel in Italy. Skip the rabbit and have dinner across the street at Stravagario Bistrot. Fantastic service and food. In response to Owner's Response: My professional back ground is in restaurant and hotel management. It was a Tuesday night at about 8:00 pm, it seemed unlikely that you would have been fully booked. If we had planned to be there on a Saturday I would have called. A free piece of consulting advise, if reservations are required, you need to include that information on your social media. I would also recommend you include it on your Google bio and to make it easier for your international customers add a reservations link so reservations can be made on-line. For the door staff, instead of communicating "no", and walking away, you may want to encourage them to help customers make a reservation for a different evening if you are full, or at least not tell the customer the reason is because they do not have the correct password. The 1-star review is for how it was handled, not because we did not get in, we had a great night elsewhere.

Cozy bar with good quality drinks. Staff were friendly. It requires checking their website before to get the password to enter the bar, we got to wait outside and do that before being able to come up with the secret word to get it in.

Amazing experience - worth the effort to find it and figure out the password to enter. Staff were amazing and offered both monthly special cocktails as well as ‘off the menu’ options made up to our taste.
