👍 My favourite place for churros, but they have to be fresh, I came on a Monday and the churros where hard because they don’t have as many people as other days so they sit there for a longer time. Ice cream and aguas frescas are also good, coffee wasn’t good it was very bitter, at least the day I was... People often mention churros,

My favourite place for churros, but they have to be fresh, I came on a Monday and the churros where hard because they don’t have as many people as other days so they sit there for a longer time. Ice cream and aguas frescas are also good, coffee wasn’t good it was very bitter, at least the day I was there. In general it’s a good place to get a treat.

Wanted 2 flavours of icecream - had to buy a quite large cup for that. Smaller ones were for single flavour allegedly. But: Shop did not have any customers when I was there. Next day my stomach was sick from that icecream. BEWARE! Taste was good though.

They didn’t have normal churros so gave us the bigger filled churros but without filling. They were also cold. I took them to the cashier and told them this isn’t what I ordered and they said because I’d accepted them from the server they couldn’t take them back. I took one bite and they were dense and dry. I tried to take them back again and the staff were rude. Told them they could keep my money and the churros and left. Very disappointed with the service.

Excellent plaza with different restaurants, dessert and ice cream shops, many places to sit and enjoy the Coyoacan experience, one of the best plazas in Mexico City.

Wood-finished "hielo" shop with a multitude of flavor options. A touch confusing to place an order, but take your time anyway as there are lots of flavor options to review. I took a chance on the jicama and chili ice. It was awful, but I don't fault that on the store. Who really want their dessert to taste like that? Five stars for the flavor-realism.

very confusing ordering system - having to first see if they have the flavour you want, then go to a booth the other side of the cafe to pay and return again to place the order - with very unhelpful staff who made me feel foolish for not realising you had to do this. Went to the parlour next door instead, who were so much more helpful!

Beautiful place for a walk with a coffee and a churro in hand. Lots of things to do and see around this, one of those places where you can see what México used to be in the colony years.

Delious food, water, pastries and ice cream! Its not confusing if you ask. Just ask what to do. But basically you get in line, make sure you are in the line to place your order. Then you get a ticket, and take that ticket to the station where they have your food, like the ice cream to the ice cream station, the churro station, the food station. You feel me? okay then its not too confusing. The food makes up for the service.

The best ice-cream and paletas in Mexico City, without a doubt. We had the limon and pistachio paletas - the best of those flavours we've had in Mexico, and perhaps anywhere. Worth a special trip to visit this place if you like ice-cream and paletas.
