Fantastic place to watch a live concert

Not much was going on when I visited during the off-season, but it was a nice place to rest and have a snack.

I heard a lot of great things about this place and when I visited a month ago, I was told they are replacing the Zip lines but still I am satisfied with their service.

Al aire libre, great spot for pictures and concerts

The Anfiteatro of Puerto Plata is a spectacular place to visit, a well designed public space that has been a tremendous success for the city, it's located near San Felipe Fortress, with an amazing front view. The place has hosted numerous concerts of national and international artists, all of them full of young people from all over the country. This place a beautiful, organized, with the most amazing location and view. The next time you go El Malecon, plan your visit to El Anfiteatro and San Felipe Fortres, both locations are at the end of El Malecon, this is nice place to take pictures, full of history and with the most beautiful location of the city. A must-have for everyone visiting Puerto Plata. Do not miss it.

Went to the concert of Wazon Brazoban. The concert was good but the organization is bad. We paid 1000 pesos for "special guest" seats, but when we arrived (1,5 hours before the concert started), all those seats where taken. So we couldn't sit during the entire concert. Also the stands with drinks didn't have anything anymore when the concert began. And you have to walk really far for the toilets. The view is great.

Customer friendly staff. The food is plentiful and and of amazing taste. The restaurant has authentic Mexican decor.

Beautiful view of the sea and historical landmark!! A place where families can visit and run around, ride bikes, sightsee, and if there is a concert...check out local and famous artists.

Great place to Take a break. Free entrance !! Only for the castle San Felipe you have entry fees of 100 pesos.

It’s in a beautiful location, go for a walk! It looks a little bit abandoned. Wish they can clean it and make it more tourist friendly.
