Awesome offers, beautiful location right in front of the beach, great staff, educated, very kind. Loved the presentation of the dishes! Would definitely go back!

This is a genuine five star restaurant. Beautiful beach views, elegant decor, open kitchen. Located centrally among shops and resorts in the Cabarete area. Greeted by the owner who was gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful in recommendations. Make sure to order a fresh blended fruit drink. The Latin & Asian inspired food was fresh, well prepared, and flavorful. A stark difference to the often stiff, fried, and bland food on the island. Excellent vegetarian and vegan options for all courses: appetizers, main courses, and desserts. I particularly enjoyed the beef carpaccio and grilled salmon (perfectly cooked). They managed to serve us well even though we had a large group of nine people. The meal was finished off with a delicious round of tiramisu, cheesecake, and brownie a la mode. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for great food in an elegant and relaxing environment.

Incredible food and service. Every dish was a perfect presentation and tasted delicious. The ambiance next to the ocean is like no other- tranquil, romantic.....magical. would be a perfect spot for any romantic occasion. The staff was excellent! You can watch the chefs at work and the waitress was very attentive. This restaurant is a must visit

Absolutely delicious food. Gorgeous presentation. Some of the vegetables are from her garden. The menu does not do the dishes justice. She fails to elaborate on the specifics of each dish. So everything you order is a delightful surprise and better than you expected. Love the vegan options. Particularly the vegan cheesecake and the beet carpaccio. Both to die for. Very nice seating with gorgeous views of the beach and sunset

We had the grilled octopus, tuna carpaccio and the Mahi Mahi ceviche. All of it was fabulous! You Must try this place. Directly on Cabarete Beach with a very cool Asian Flair! Beautiful views and fantastic service. We had the Creme Brule for dessert, I was told the owner is from NY and everything is homemade! So good!

Amazing food and drinks! Thank you to everyone at Nectar for an amazing experience last week. The owner came over to our table to introduce herself and explain about the head chef and the restaurant, which was an amazing touch. Shout out to the waiter Manuel, he is super attentive, really sweet and generally just a great guy! The food was incredible, we had Ceviches for starters, steak and Risotto for mains and crème brûlée for dessert. All incredible. The cocktails and drinks selection are also amazing and definitely recommend going for some of their speciality cocktails. Keep up the amazing stuff at Nectar, thank you once again for a great experience. Ben

Tasty food and cocktails. We had trio the ceviche....so good. Tostones tropicales and the grilledfish scewers very good too. Its a perfect place for a delicious food and amazing sunset.

I Had a amazing breakfast here. Food was fresh coffee was hot nice presentation great view of the ocean. Friendly staff. What more can I say check it out.

Definitely recommend this place for dinner. Serving is beautiful, food is delicious, view is superb. We tried tuna ceviche, mahi-mahi, shrimp risotto and cream brûlée for dessert. Everything is very good. The reason why I’m rating 4, not 5 stars - while we park the car in front of the restaurant there was a local guy strolling around cars and offering “protection” for the car, so nothing bad happens while we gone. The security guy of the building was seating and doing nothing about that. We didn’t pay, no damage to car, but we won’t go the second time to avoid issues.
