Amazing place for photoshooting... Natural rock formation and amazing rocks. Wear water shoes and bring all beach gear and food. The park has bathrooms and a good parking area. However, there is no place to buy water or snacks. Great place to spend the day exploring rocks and enjoy the beach.

Beautiful area. The beach is beautiful and has a lot of waves. The backdrop of the cliff is amazing. There's a small hike available in the area to go to the top of one of the cliff (the shortest one). The beach is clean. Would go again.

I was last here 5 years ago. I couldn't believe what they've done here. It looks great. Love the stairway going down to the beach. Though I think they could use more shaded areas. This beach had the most beautiful cinnamon sand you'll even see and you can tell there's a huge drop just off shore. It's beautiful!

This place is best visited in the morning as in the afternoon the sun is on the other side of the morro. The beach is a pebble one and the waves, at least when we visited, were quite agressive so we couldn't really go in the water. I've seen photos of the place with calm water and it seemed lovely, but I would definitely go in the water with shoes on.

Nice views! Beach is pretty far from the parking lot and its quiet a climb for those those are not prone to walking or have bad knees (warning). It gets very hot as there is no tree cover. Water appeared to be clean and offer a nice swimming opertunity. Facilities are located by the parking lot. Costs 100 pesos to enter per person.

This is a beautiful place to due a lot of fun activities, you could hike all the way up to the Morro which could take up to 30 mins or you can go swimming in the Sandy beach. It’s one of the best beaches I have been so far, even though, it doesn’t have the wave reduction, but it is still a great place. After 4 pm I think you can get the best shot. If you would like to enter and are not from Monte Cristi, you would need to pay $100 pesos which is worthy and this helps support for the park to keep clean

The place is well maintained and clean. The bathrooms are clean and have water. It's not a place to carry kids. It's a place with high altitude and without enough guard railings. It has natural steps so some particular areas are easy to walk to. It's necessary in general to be in a good physical feat.

Very beautiful scenery, with lots of different plants and trees, with markers describing what type they are. Several different hiking trails, and some more challenging to access the top of the hill. Camping areas, and a beach as well

Very glad we made the trip to this part of the island. There are 2 trails. The first one basically goes straight up the taller mountain. Looks like it used to have stairs but they are ancient ruins now. The view from the top is great, but the vegetation is so thick it's hard to see much. The second path climbs the smaller hill overlooking the beach. The path is easy, and there are many stations that tell the story of Christ's path to golgotha. It's a simple metaphor while walking that was actually quite spiritual. The view from the top is great! We were there at high tide, so there was no beach, just rocks. But it was beautiful all the same.

Amazing views. Loved it. Was not a hard walk up, some rocks so sneakers or comfortable shoes is good. Well worth it.

El Morro is spectacular. The beach is pristine and superb for swimming, especially after a quick hike. We hiked ( about 1 mile round trip) for the amazing views. Not a flip flop walk . Bring sneakers at least. There is plenty of parking, a brand new boardwalk with shaded seating, bathrooms, outdoor showers, and a snack shack (not open on our visit). Cost 100 pesos per person. Definitely worth the trip from Buen Hombre.

Scenes from here were beautiful but not much to do and have to pay (small fee - 100 pesos per person) to enter.

Amazing View and impressive rock walls marked by the water erosion true the centuries boarding the pristine water beach.

It is a beautiful place where you can appreciate the beauty of the hill with easy access and parking available, the only thing that pets are not allowed.

The view of this place is amazing. Waves are a little bit strong, so I don't recommend it for little ones. It's perfect if you want to see a beautiful sunset. I recommend that you take your food or snacks.

The view is amazing, exactly as you see it on Google or YouTube. The best part is it's not crowded. The hike wasn't too bad, the cool wind feels great. The beach it self is nice. Playful waves, soft sand. Great spot to have a picnic with your family and take amazing pictures.

Enchanting place, a great area to spend a romantic day with a loved one. Very interesting area to photograph or make a wedding video. I love the ocean and the views from there are amazing. Nature at its best.
