I had the most extraordinary dining experience at Chef Bryan's new restaurant Pascal after being a fan of Casa Balandra previously. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in the heart of a bustling Mexican kitchen, with all its aromatic flavors and warmth. The food was not just delicious; it was an adventure for the taste buds. Each dish felt like a culinary masterpiece, crafted with passion and expertise. The flavors were a perfect symphony of Mexico City's culinary heritage, and every bite was a delightful surprise. The staff was incredible, providing top-notch service that made me feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to share their knowledge about the menu. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. The restaurant itself was a luxurious haven, with an ambiance that exuded elegance and comfort. It was spotlessly clean, and every detail, from the decor to the table settings, was meticulously thought out. Without a doubt, Chef Bryan's restaurant serves some of the best food that Mexico City has to offer. I can't wait to return and savor more of these exquisite flavors. Pascal is a hidden gem of a restaurant, perfectly adaptable for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. Their concise menu reflects their dedication to creating dishes that are nothing short of spectacular in flavor and freshness. The open kitchen adds a visual delight, with the chef's meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. The service is quick and exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend trying the oysters Rockefeller with spinach, the fresh and zesty salmon mousse, and the house specialty lamb pasta to finish with the lime pie (chef kiss to this meal). Located in the heart of Colonia Roma, Pascal is an absolute must-visit for an all-encompassing sensory delight. Thank you, Chef Bryan.

One of my best dining experiences so far! It’s a small / intimate setup where you can see how chef Bryan prepares food. Their menu changes depends on what ingredients they got but every dish was delicious! They make everything from scratch including all the doughs / sauces. Recommend salmon tartar, spinach quiche (simple dish with layers of flavors). I’m so inspired by his cooking!

An amazing spot! One of our absolute favorites and so special. It’s a small cute spot that can seat at max like 10. One chef cooks all the food, and you can watch him flambe, plate and roast. Would definitely recommend the tagliatelle - so flavorful and rich despite being just carrot sauce!

Excellent Italian spot, casual and friendly service, will be back again and again. Handmade pasta is absolutely some of the best that can be had in CDMX! Thoughtfully curated wine program with good by-the-glass as well as bottle options. Open kitchen and tiny space make for a very intimate, cozy setting.
