When all of the meat cutters show up at your table and shovel all of the meat on to your plate at once, accompanied by a single mini potato, you've got a pretty questionable Brazilian style restaurant. It was rushed, the meat was sub par and stringy, and I guess they were serious when they said you have to be done in 2 hours. Never going back, and you would be wise to give this place a wide berth.

The place is nice but .... watch out with the prices info! they said that one price for all the food and at the end we had to pay the drinks and dessert in a different account, they didn't specify this from the beginning... the food is not as good for the price, next time I'll go to PF Chang's or other fancy restaurant which have the prices clear and a better service because we waited for our table with reservation more than 30 minutes...

Service was a bit slower than we expected even though we had reserved a table at 6 we didn't get our appetizers around an hour later. Food however was delicious, 100% recommended! The place is gorgeous and definitely would go there for a romantic dinner, but for work get together of big groups is an excellent option as well

The place has some stunning view while having dinner. I was impressed with the volume of food they offer at a fair price. I just found the food to be a bit salty. That won't keep me from going back.

Very good meal for Costa Rica... still some overcooked meat but finally wine which appears to have been properly stored :) Beautiful building, lawn, and views Sometimes they offer excellent promos but for the promotions you have to pay via a Costa Rican bank account transfer or SINPE

Perfect place to have dinner or lunch. One of my favourite places ever.

Great steaks, really loved the food. We didn't have the whole rodizio experience, but order a rodizio deluxe for two with a bottle of wine. Fantastic!! The views of the city lights are amazing and the whole place is worth it. We'll be coming back.

The food is really good. The service was not great, from the 2 times I have been there, the service is REALLY slow. Between each cold and hot appetizer we waited like 30 mins for them, then you have to wait another 25-30 mins for the main dish to arrive and then they start serving the meat. I hope this restaurant can solve the slow service issue in a future

Service to the table was way under my expectations. We made a reservation yet had to wait for a while. The waiter service was slow and not as friendly or cordial for a place like this. We went for my brother's Birthday and his ID was required which is OK, but waiter felt like doing a traffic fine. After this we had to "chase" him to have a courtesy dessert. Table was not cleaned for a long time after we finished our food. We paid $100 in advance to made this reservation yet when the bill came it was not reflected: so, chasing the waiter, again... Plus not having our drinks poured, nor the carte menu offered (available beside the Rodizio) and not an accommodating attitude. Overall good food for a fair price for nice dinner, amazing view, service didn't match the place in our experience.

It has been my worst experience so far while visiting a restaurant in CR. The service was awful, some options bot were available from the menu, prices are too high and they were not even able to provide the dessert we ordered. The manager was not available so I was not even able to file a complaint properly. Don't waste your money a d your time eating there. This could be the worst restaurant in CR. The only positive thing was the lovely view the property has. Even other customers were complaining about the awful service they received.

The place is amazing to experience a magic view of the GAM during summer, especially arriving around 5-6 pm. The food service is tricky, if you leave the table they will remove your stuff, even if the rodizzio is supposed to last for 2 hours. But the food quality is very satisfying!

Lights are always dimmed completely. You are basically eating in the dark. Good food tho

Decent place in a very nice location. Has a very nice view of the surrounding area. Nice patio for looking around and taking photos. As far as the food and service, it was hit and miss. Lobster bisque was great, the caprese was not. The meats were good though. Maybe it’s worth going for the location but imo, not the food.

The food at the restaurant was great, from the starters to the meat (of course) to the sides. And service that was attentive enough but not interrupting, a balance that's hard to find sometimes with this type of food service (red/green cards for meat service to the table).

Lovely space. Amazing views. A wee bit tired. Lots of local dogs barking. Remember to ask for the wifi password as the desk is not always open.

They take forever to bring the meat, making you give up on having it.

Amazing food. It's a rodizio, so go in with an empty stomach because you're eating a lot! A rodizio is pretty much an all you can eat "buffet" where waiters bring different types of meat to your table. Highly recommend this one. The atmosphere is great since the restaurant is located on an old mansion. It also has a great view of the valley if the weather is nice

I came back after a long time and the food/service are not as good as they used to be. Place is nice but I don’t think I’ll go there neither recommend it again.
