I don't want to give even 1 star to this hotel or motel. As they are not letting me add this note I am adding 1 star. I booked my stay before one week with them as I was traveling from east to west. On the check-in day I was checking in after 2 am so I called them before 1 day and told to keep my room even I booked it. As my flight got delayed I checked in at 4 in the morning and they gave me one worst room. And they told me to come at 11 am they will switch this room. The room doesn't have lock. Comforter are broken, black and with blood stains. Hairs on the bed. Room is smelling like smoking room. I booked a non smoking room with attached bath. I asked check in staff why are you giving me this kind of room. As I booked a better room. They said we are full tonight we gave our all rooms and we are booked we have just that room available if you want to stay. That night staff lady was so rude. She was not even understand that I am alone how will I mange early morning. Also I paid for that worst room too. Really bad experience with this people at 5 in the morning. I will suggest people don't go there if you are traveling. Staff is very bad too. They treated me like a homeless.

Travelers BEWARE. The place looks abandoned from the backside, hence why they don't post that in the booking photos. They don't honor reservations either, even if you've booked weeks ago. They just sell to whoever comes in first with the cash they want, so if you show up on a busy day, even with a valid reservation, oh well. Screw you. Now you've got to find a last minute accommodation. And oh yeah, they want a $200 deposit. Yes $200 for this place that looks like it survived WWII. And on top of that, they have a "2-day maximum" for your stay. Again, none of this is mentioned when you book. You just show up and are greeted with a pitiful, unpleasant surprise. This place should be shut down. I'm definitely going to contact the BBB ASAP.

Homless people and junkies flooded the area. Saw people doing herione in the parking lot. Didnt feel safe here. Rooms were disgusting, holes in the sheets and blankets. Staff was terribly rude. Smelled like urine everywhere throughout the hotel. 10/10 would not recommend this to anyone very bad neighborhood drug dealers kept us up all night yelling and singing at 4 am. Every window was boarded up and i was afraid of someone breaking into my car. Very bad place to stay if you can stay anywhere else do it il never make that mistake again.

The surrounding area is unsafe, which is expected due to its location. However, the room was dirty and I saw at least 15 cockroaches in the two nights I stayed there. It was so bad that I had to go buy a Raid bottle and spend an hour or so spraying it all over. The owner was nice enough though when I checked in to let me quickly inspect the room before charging me for my stay, in case I changed my mind. I just wish that I had seen the roaches earlier because I would not have stayed if I found out earlier.

Location and staff are wonderful! Rooms are decent for the price (also very low prices, which is cool!) Very clean, daily room service :D The only problem are loud people outside, but closing the windows solved that :D

There was only one light in the room only 1 working plug in the room. The bed blankets had cigarette Burns through them the pillows didn't even have pillow cases and I'm sure one of them had blood on it so I didn't even use pillows. The floor was wet. I know it was a bad area but this hotel was very poorly maintained.

I'm rating the hotel based on location and surroundings. The room I stayed in was a pretty big room. the room had your typical accomodations such as: T.V. ( big screen but not smart screen), two night stands, a Queen size bed, and a chair. There was a dresser that was big enough to put things on so a table wasn't needed.( I am assuming that was what their intentions were🤔). The bathroom was their regular plain bathroom, (when I say plain I mean bring your own essentials because the bathroom essentials they offered were a piece of bar soap and a small bottle of shampoo. That's it.... They must have splurged for the dresser😒) the staff was super friendly and even gave me a choice of rooms and escorted me to each one to take a look. I chose the one that didn't smell like mildew although the one I chose lacked a table.... Oh yeah, that's right, the over splurged dresser. But enough about the rooms - only because there is nothing more to tell, that was it. . The outside of the hotel was something different. There were people hanging out on the stairs all night not sure if they were part of the staff or if they were guest or just stragglers hanging out but no matter the time someone was always there when you were trying to walk up or down the stairs.. the price was affordable for what it was and it fluctuates so you may want to call and get a price because the prices were wrong on most of the on line discount hotel sites. You will need to put down a refundable 100 cash. This is probably due to the area. Now the best thing about this hotel is that it is five minutes walking to everything you will need or want to go see and if it isn't the transportation you will use to go to your sightseeing destination, is.. city hall and public library is just a few blocks walking and the historic Castro is about a ten minute cable car ride from Market street. This hotel would be great for single person visits and business visits but I would probably avoid it if you are bringing the family. Just my opinion.

I went to SFO thinking I had a motel for 3 days. When I get there.. I took about a half an hour to get the lady to come to the door.. then she tells me she doesn't have a room and assured me that she would cancel it. Instead she marked it as a no-show and charged my card anyways. This place does not answer the phone, so I had to go back. The guy tells me I can't help u, u have to come talk to her.. she gets here in the middle of the nite. Still haven't gotten a refund

The owner of the hotel is a very polite and lovely lady. The hotel is old, but clean. They clean it every morning and bring new towels, bathroom is completely good. The location is very near the city center. For this price, the place is great!

Outside looking in... I wouldn't recommend ANYONE stay at this place. The picture on here makes it look Soo clean but if someone could update the picture or add pictures of the back you will see what I'm talking about. The office area is not accessible to the customers they need to book their stay from the door somehow. I wish I had took a picture this is Soo shady looking it's like what you would expect a scene from Grand Theft Auto to look like.

Be careful staying here. These people robbed me years ago. First red flag was the maintenance man used a key while I was in there talking about I called for batteries for the remote! This place is crazy. Then days later it’s a long story but they fasho got away with 2grand that was stupidly put under the dresser. Close this place down. I can’t imagine what it’s like now. Not that anyone will be vacationing in Frisco in 2023. Idk why I didn’t write my review when it happened.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! First, I booked a room online. When I was roughly 30 minutes away, I called the hotel to make sure they still had the room available. The guy told me that they did not have any more rooms unless I wanted a room where the light and tv doesn’t work… Then I get there to talk about receiving a refund and they did not answer the door AT ALL. I rang the doorbell and knocked and still no one came to the door. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then looking at the appearance of the place, it looks nothing like the pictures. There is graffiti on the doors and the office door glass is cracked. I’m sort of happy it didn’t work out because I didn’t feel comfortable anyway. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy and Priceline does not need to offer a stay here.
