I’ve always wanted to go to a show at the OG Fillmore. Let me tell you, awesome. Great collection of art from historical concerts of note. Who knew they had food. Chandelier in the main hall sure did add the sparkle. Nice folks working the place proud of its history in the San Francisco scene. Thank you for a great night. (Oh and Dawes was also great!)

Great venue for an intimate concert. Friendly staff and awesome entertaining location. A lot to explore beyond just enjoying the concert. They have a fabulous bar area upstairs with posters all over the walls with tall ceilings, so there's a lot, from the many years of being in business. And many tables with chairs to sit with your friends and enjoy the atmosphere together. Near the performance stage, off to the left is the area to purchase merch from the bands and then another bar which also has free water for someone like me, who doesn't partake in alcohol. It's a great intimate venue for enjoying live music.

Cute venue. Not too large but not too small. Security and check in was smooth and polite. Parking on the street was not hard to find within a few blocks walk. Drinks were more reasonably priced then other venues. Also shout out to security for ensuring the sides stayed clear for a walkway. Theres the main floor and then a balcony area. A nice sized bar at the back. Large bathrooms.

Every one is always so nice there. The sound is good. There is no seating down stairs but if you get up stairs early enough you can get a table that over looks the main floor with a great view! There is only 4 or 5 tables like that so they fill up quick.

Mostly standing room only but recently at the past couple of concerts I've gone to at this venue I noticed that they put some tables and chairs out. But not a lot of them. So if you would like to sit, you should get there early to claim a chair. It's basically standing room only. There are some seats also up in the balcony and if you sit in the chairs and table there's a good chance that you cannot see because it is really close to the floor where everyone is standing anyways. Also, although it is a non-smoking venue, they don't police the smokers so basically get ready to inhale some smoke of some sort.

awesome venue with cool and lenient door staff, much appreciated. this venue has a lot of history and all the photos of previous artists really set the tone. forcing the QR code scanner for tickets thing is annoying though, wish the ticketings process was easier. $17 for a beer

Beautiful theater. 'GA' on Ticketmaster means general audience. GA = standing room only. Get there early if you want to see the stage - the theater floor is not graded, so if you're in the back, you just see a lot of people's heads. There is a coat room and a small diner on the second floor. If you want a table with the view of the stage, get there early. They do have air conditioning, so we didn't need jackets inside the theater. It can get a bit hot, but it wasn't clear to me if you had to buy water or if you could byo.

Iconic SF live music venue. Every legendary band and artist has performed here. No matter what kind of music you're into, it's very likely you'll find a concert you'll enjoy. The acoustics are good and the floor is well ventilated. You might want to check your coat if it's a lively crowd, though. If it's your first time at the Fillmore, do yourself a favor and arrive when the doors open so you have time to go upstairs and check out all the photos and posters of all the people who have performed at this venue. It's an impressive array. Park at the Japan Center garage for a low-stress parking experience. It's one block away. But honestly, street parking isn't that hard if you're willing to walk a few blocks. We usually park on Geary, across from the Japan Center with no trouble. After 6:00, there's no 2 hour limit.

Went there for Ali Gatie concert. Place was nice! Drinks were cool! Just felt like speakers weren’t strong enough and the line outside was moving fast but ridiculously long. They do need to upgrade their music system in there and their security procedures. Overall had fun, concert was great and crowd was amazing!

Went to Phil and Friends 11/3/23. Been a while since I was there but the staff was accommodating and courteous There is a small menu for food and plenty of bars. I had the impossible burger and hazy IPA The only drawback was they quit handing out the free posters after the show even though they had plenty left

Went to see BUCKETHEAD & aside from a kind of LONG pre-show wait (no opening act) it was a FANTASTIC show! I managed to snag a seat at one of the few tables in the balcony on the 2nd level - tip: get there EARLY for any event if you want one bc they go FAST! Also had a great arugula & roasted beet salad off that night's menu & definitely recommend it. It was big & super tasty for only $16. It's been a while since I've gone to a show at the Fillmore, but just like in the past it's a great venue. 👍🏻

Great historic venues. Home of many iconic shows. The architecture is great. Multiple bars inside (upstairs and downstairs). Sound is great. Can be a bit crowded upstairs. They serve food here. There's also apples. And free show posters as you leave (most of the time).

Great venue with an amazing vibe and fantastic standing room! It gets pretty warm so no need to bundle up unless 70-74° is too cold for you.

I love this place as I often visit here for concerts. This time it was Prateek Kuhad's concert and we really enjoyed the music, the vibe, the audience and the ambience. There's a choice of food and drinks while you're watching the concert and I love the comfort and convenience of it.

Love this venue! I saw Matt Maeson here in 2019 it was great. I saw Sasha Alex Sloan here in 2022 - also great. They have little cups of water you can refill yourself so you don’t get all dried out!! They also give out fruit at the end it’s beautiful. Please go here!!
