Oh boy I have been an usual customer at the place for more than 18 years. They have the best falafel in the bay area. The plate or wrap are so delicious. The restaurant is a family run and very friendly place. The whole team have been there preparing food for their customers for more than 18 years. I am so happy that they survived economic downturns, the pandemic and still serving the community. God blessed them!

Whenever I am around the area, I go and pick something up. My favorites are the combo plate with Shawerma chicken, finger baklava, and the tea. But the wraps are great too. The place has plenty of seating. They are super fast and friendly. It’s always delicious. One of the few affordable places in the Bay Area.

Great falafel wraps, I've loved since 2000. Take the version with roasted eggplant and fries (yes fries :)). With the spicy sauce. Yum! One of my go-to places for middle eastern catering as well.

Really delicious Mediterranean flavors and decent value for money. The combo is extremely filling and can easily be shared with 2 people. The lamb and beef gyro is flavorful while juicy. Fries are nice and crispy. Falafel is decent value and has good taste. Food came out quickly and there’s ton of outdoor seating.

We have been coming here since we were students at Stanford, even though we no longer live in the area we still make the drive for the delicious wraps and juicy meats! Amazing kind host, a true Palo Alto tradition!

Great Mediterranean food. Very popular place-meaning crazy M-F lunchtime. But they are very efficient. The family owned restaurant are happy and generous. If you smile enough, they would let you sample a falafel while you wait for your food. So yummy...oh get the mint tea. Perfect on Fall days but just darn good

I’m a bit disappointed with the food after ordering here. Many of these reviews hail it is a restaurant with great vegetarian options with authentic flavors, but I did not find that at all. The service was great and the chefs and host were all amicable, but the food really fell flat. The Mediterranean falafel wrap ended up tasting more like a strange fusion of Mexican and Mediterranean flavors, rather than a great version of either cuisine. It didn’t help that the inside of the falafel wrap is coated in a watery slurry of Tahini and olive oil that ends up making the burrito fall apart soon after picking it up. The slurry also seeps into the falafel and eliminates any of the crunch that would normally make falafel so satisfying to eat. The falafel itself was pretty flavorless, and did not appear to have any fresh herbs within it. The inside of the falafel appeared to be brown, and did not taste like much more than blended chickpeas. Veggies tasted fresh, but they weren’t remarkable enough to save the burrito. My favorite component ended up being the two strips of eggplant inside, which had the most flavor of anything present, and were very well cooked. Fresh herbs would do a lot for the wrap, and perhaps a change of sauce, or the sauce on the side rather than inside of the wrap.

Amazing food and some of the friendliest service! I always feel welcomed by the staff, and am surprised often by complimentary tea, falafel, or baklava. The falafel deluxe wrap is my favorite, but everything I’ve tried is delicious. The prices are very affordable, and they have maintained it even over the last few years!

A favorite to meet with associates and talk. Just the right level of noise and commotion but still can hear. A nice patio on the sidewalk and a small courtyard in back.

Excellent food, easy ordering process over the phone and ready when I arrived. Food was fresh and flavorful! I was able to sit outside at the time of my visit although now even outdoor dining has been closed everywhere. They had some really good looking sweets on the counter as well! Come on a Sunday and you will have I delightful market lining the street!

I am a tourist and I was walking around looking for a place to eat. I saw this place, walked in and ordered a shawarma wrap. Literally the best thing I ate in a long time, and the taste was authentic. The staff were so kind and friendly, god bless their souls

I was pleased that there were many vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered the falafel wrap & it was really flavorful—especially the sauce. One of the only downsides to my visit was the tight fit inside. I came around lunchtime with a friend; there was a substantial line & there were many customers inside. My friend had her baby in a stroller and it was pretty difficult to maneuver around. Overall, it was a pleasant visit & I’d return to try more food on the menu!

Oh no! What happened to Med Wraps? I moved away from PA a little over a year ago and am back in town…it’s changed and in a bad way! The falafel taste kinda gross and the wraps have wilted greens in them. Gross! Missed my old place. Not any more, it’s gone!

One of the best Hummus. Overall food is very good. Lots of different varieties for drinks.
