Got my order from the drive-through... The 2 burgers were completely uncooked. I can not return it because they are closed already.

This McDonald’s always disappoints! Food is cold, fries are soggy!! Every time I think it might be better and they will get my order right I am proven wrong!!! It’s worth a little longer drive to the other McDonald’s to get a better meal.

Only left one star cause I had to mark one to proceed. Ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes. Get to work, no butter, syrup or utensils. like really people is it that hard?!

Literally the worst one in town. 90% of the time they won’t make the food correctly and its sloppy and lazily made. If you try to call you are either met with attitude, a hung up call, or they never call you back. Go to any other McDonalds in town. Its worth the extra gas.

Don't customize your food it's a 90/10% chance you will receive the wrong food. Presentation and correctness are a 1 out of 1,000

I placed a mobile order though the McDelivery on the app. I got the food and was missing a few things, tryed to call and it went straight to voicemail 3 times. First time this has happened and I am not happy with the service this time

This McDonalds is notorious for messing up your order. We moved into the area recently and have never had as many issues as we have had here. A couple weeks ago I did a mobile order and they charged me again at the store because they couldn’t find my order then charged me for it again online. I had to report to the bank to get my money back. They consistently mess up our order. Today we ordered for our family and they forgot some of our sandwiches and made the wrong ones as well and wrapped them as what we ordered. I am consistently missing items, or they are made incorrectly. The only way to get what you pay for is to take up everyone’s time and sit there checking your order again because they can’t even do that right.

Horrible! I'm a McDonalds coffee lover but what they gave me today was horrible. It tasted like pure water and caramel.

I have to say with out a doubt I will be returning more often I had a bad experience turned into the beat one of my life and for that I really thank the management/ Genesis For her professional, understanding and supportive attitude towards making it right without any problems if the corporation is viewing this she is a prime example of management and must be recognized

McDonald's employees are always getting orders wrong and they're always behind. Maybe if they stopped hiring people who get stoned during work hours the place wouldn't be so bad.

Waited 15 minutes for a burger after we paid as the first in line they’re ruining the brand name. They keep skipping our order in the line. The worst McDonald in history for sure.
