Two stories of fun!! So many props to use to pose with the figures and they definitely have something for everybody! If you purchase tickets online you save $3 per ticket. We had lots of fun and got so many great pictures. The figures all look so real and the place is kept very clean. This was fun for the whole family.

Its very costly comparing size and wax statues inside the meusium. You can cover this in 10 mins. London meusium is better comparing this

It was mine and my honeys 2nd trip to San Francisco and we had so much fun! We went during the weekday and only a few other people were there; I loved that there was so much space to look around and taking photos was so fun with the props! The wax figures are so detailed in person! A perfect place to visit for a date night or family trip.

Tbh, lot of the wax figures don't resemble to celebrities quite as well as others. It is really cool, fun to walk through, a few randoms figures that I swear most of us don't give a damn about. Polite staff. Look up the GoCity Pass. It's. Worth. It.

Had a lot of fun. We took a lot of pics and enjoyed ourselves. It was a fun time, for sure. The only reason I dropped a star was that I bought a photo pass with an admission ticket and got nothing from it. Tried to claim at the end but got no pics. Other than that, I loved it and will bring others to check it out.

We had a lot of fun taking pictures and interacting with the props. It doesn't take long to get through the museum, but there is a character to please everyone.

Great fun! We enjoyed this experience very much. It is cool to see the sculptures. They are so realistic that it took me a few minutes to relax - it really did seem like you were looking at real people. Just all in all a very cool was to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend.

I loved the figures and the set up. Suggestion, your pyscho tub...I loved it, but if there was a wax figure of Janet Leigh in the tube it would be even better! The price is a bit expensive, I get it though it is San Francisco. Me and my son had a blast.

My son and I had a great time exploring the wax museum. It was one of the highlights of our vacay. You can move through as fast or as slow as you want, great photo ops, no boring tour to follow.

Fun place, Google shows this place as permanently closed. That may be why there was fewer people here on a long weekend!!

Even after residing close to NYC, I never got a chance to visit Madame Tussauds. For that reason, I didn't want to miss the opportunity in SF. This accessible museum is such a fun place to be, exhibiting numerous wax statues of celebs from various genres could be seen & few of them were unrecognizable for some reason. Of all the rooms, the flower room remains on top of my list, the prison set up and then the Camping site. Besides the intricate details added to the rooms not to mention the statues, I love the provision of extra costumes & tiaras for a more decent photo-op. We purchased combined tickets online for Tussauds & The Dungeons at a reasonable price. This wax museum is suitable for all ages! #Day2

Great place to bring the family. This was my first time to actually go inside and I was not disappointed one bit. The amount of detail that goes into the wax figurines is amazing. I will definitely be coming back here again.🤩👍

This place was so fun. It was my husband & I first time visiting. Most of the waxes looked just like the real celebrities. We were able to take some great pictures. Perfect for a date !

We have visited several wax museums and I think this one is good, they tend to change the exhibitions constantly so each person will see different figures, the size of the museum is good, it is located in the Fisherman's Wharf area so you will be passing through your sightseeing tour, I definitely recommend visiting.

Not a great place for kids. Not as many wax figures as I would have anticipated and Leonardo Dicaprio looks like a Jack Nicholson impersonator. The price of admission is too much for the amount of time you're likely to spend there. IMO. Probably won't visit again.

Off the cuff we decided to visit the Believe it or not and Madame Tussauds museums. It was really fun and informative/educational. The price for both museums were affordable. I recommend visiting them. It was fun!

This place was fantastic. I must've gone on a low-volume day, my wife and I had the place to ourselves. But, this was a lot of fun. The majority of the wax figures were uncannily well done. And, for more historical figures, it was super enlightening to match be able to match a face to a name. I had a great time.

Great Fun! Not as many wax works as I would have liked to see.. But.. the wax works there and their "surroundings" were spot on!

Each place that I've visited has a lil of its own flavor. This place was nice and loved all the celebs it had. It was nice during this time when we visited before the covid arrival. If we're in the vicinity again, we would come back.

It is expensive, but it is a fun activity to do once in a lifetime (or like every 5-10 years). Kids and parents got a kick out of it. The best part is that they allow you to get right next to the figures for great photo ops!

I have been to several all over the place. They do all kinds of start to look the same. Once you have seen a few you could probably stop going. But it was really cool to see. It is cool cause it walks you through how they are made and the work that goes into them.

As a big fan of the Tussauds experience, it's no surprise that I liked it here. However, my goodness me, it felt like the shortest visit ever! Makes one question the value for money!

Very friendly service team - our family had a wonderful time there. Other than wax statues, there is a small section where you can pay $12 pp to experience some VR games, which was fun for the kids. Overall, pleasant experience, only that the collection didn’t seem as big as other cities.
