If you’re looking for a place the Hanover is worth it. I have lived at a Hanover properties before and the noticeable advantage of the Hanover in their layouts is the Closet & Bathroom sizes are larger and nicer than most other properties in the region. I did a walk in without an appointment and Bibi Batsure was wonderful and immediately walked me through all the properties and rates. Also with this location compared to others there is more amenities and large hosting areas all over the property. Take a look it’ll definitely surprise you.

I had and AMAZING experience with Chelis! The property is spectacular throughout with incredible high end finishes in the gym, out door patio, pool, bbq, and seating areas. Honestly, it far exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was in a Vegas resort or high-end Manhattan apartment building. The lobby, hybrid-co-working spaces and e-lounges were all modern and state of the art. I particularly liked the landscaping too!

This is the best place I’ve ever lived in! It is close to BART and the amenities are very nice. The common areas are nice and everything is just brand new. The people in the leasing office are simply amazing, especially Chelis. I remember doing a virtual tour with him; he was so knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know. When I moved in, he was so welcoming and friendly. He also helped a lot whenever there was something wrong in my unit. But it’s not just him; the whole team is genuinely kind. They’re always there with a smile, ready to help out whenever needed.

My husband I and visited this past Saturday and we were impressed! I had an amazing feeling about this place before visiting and I was NOT disappointed. The grounds are beautiful. Love the resort style pool and grilling areas. The apartments have different schemes that make it so much fun to figure out what best suits your needs. The apartments are very clean and chic as is the entire property. Love the decor choices! I also love the security measures they take. We were blessed with the lovely Brittani as our tour guide. She was exceptional! Brittani is friendly (as is the ENTIRE staff), patient, and was happy to be of great assistance during application process. We were planning to see another property on Saturday but cancelled cause we loved Hanover so much!! Now just waiting patiently to hear the results from our application and hope to soon call Hanover home🙏🏾.

Amazing how most of the reviews for this place are just from people who toured. Everything that glitters is not gold and a lot will change once you actually live here. These “luxury” apartments come with holes and gaps in the walls where they rushed to complete the build. Cracks. Dents. Scrapes. Everywhere. In the units and out. I’ve seen all sorts of bugs throughout the building likely because they have easy ways in through all of the cracks and unsealed windows. Everything here seems to be cheaply made. The fixtures, the appliances… everything. And it is so easy to tell that this building was rushed to completion! We have already had things fixed/ replaced in our unit and the building is less than a year old! The walls are made of paper. I have never lived anywhere where I could hear my DOWNSTAIRS neighbors 24/7. Talking, eating, cooking.. I feel like I live with them. This is all in addition to hearing your upstairs neighbors (which is expected with a wood frame build). But it does change when you can hear everything from a cabinet closing to a toilet being flushed from below AND above as well as from neighboring units. Every other complex near BART has double paned windows. I’m not sure what the windows here are “supposed” to be but you can hear BART, the freeway, the people standing in front of the building etc. The parking here is a free for all however, SOME of us have paid hundreds of dollars in monthly parking fees for a parking sticker where others are here parking themselves, their friends, and their families for free without one. Which would sound better if there was guest parking like we were told there was prior to move in (it says guest and resident parking on the side of the building). This is just one thing (amongst many) that we were told something different before we moved in. Their system doesn’t allow you to pay rent early or pay more than to have an account credit. I have never experienced this and know that the majority of buildings in the area do allow you to do this. This place has a slew of issues for a “new luxury building” and seems like they will only continue to get worse. So if you value your sanity; choose just about any other building in town. If we could break our lease and leave, we would. Don’t make the same mistake as us and end up having to stick out a year+ lease!

We moved to Hanover Walnut Creek three months ago and I must say that it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly responsive, friendly. Chelsie does a great job organizing regular events and activities for residents, we’ve been to the Halloween Bash and Cupcake Party andreally enjoyed both events. We toured the propety with Brittani and she was very helpful every step of the way till our moving day, wich we really appreciated. I also have to meantion Luis, Careena, Chelis and all the staff that go above and beyond to quickly address any concerns or questions. The cleanliness of the building and its surroundings is another big plus. The maintenance team does an excellent job of keeping the common areas and amenities in pristine condition. Whether it's the lobby, the gym, or the outdoor spaces, everything is consistently well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is awesome - walking distance to Starbucks,pharmacy, restaurants, and the Bart station. Honestly, I couldn't be happier living here, and I’d recommend it to anyone. So, definitely give it a thought!

Great quality builds and sleek designs. Bibi was lovely and gave a super helpful tour (two, actually!) with tons of attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure my requirements and preferences were covered, and put genuine care into the entire experience. It was a great pleasure working with her. Overall, very impressed!

Just moving in and it’s been a great experience. Literally the entire staff is incredible. But I’d like to highlight one staff member in particular. Chelsie. She went over and beyond and helped me get a very large box onto dolly. She also kindly insisted on accompanying me as I transported it to my apartment. Im incredibly grateful for the outstanding service at Hanover.
