am
a
very
regular
travellers
who
is
in
hotels
at
least
once
per
month.
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
based
on
service,
quality,
amities
and
price.
Rooms
are
large
but
as
a
two
year
old
hotel,
they
are
already
in
need
of
a
repaint.
There
is
a
constant
smell
of
drugs
and
the
shower
does
not
have
wash
away
quickly,
causing
flooding.
Beds
are
comfortable
and
room
is
serviced
daily.
The
biggest
disappointment
about
this
hotel
is
the
facilities.
You
are
charged
a
ridiculous
guest
amenity
fee
for
nothing.
There
is
no
bar,
you
have
to
sit
in
the
lobby.
No
room
service
or
mini
bar.
Also
the
inclusion
of
breakfast
is
your
rate
is
not
accurate.
I
had
breakfast
included
in
rate
but
was
given
a
$25
voucher
for
the
day.
This
was
not
enough
to
cover
breakfast,
as
an
example
a
coffee
was
around
$5
and
a
breakfast
with
toast,
eggs,
and
fruit
was
$23.
Plus
tax,
you
will
go
over
this
allowance
daily.

To
confirm
it
was
$25
a
day,
there
were
two
guests
in
the
room
making
a
total
of
$50,
$25
each.
My
point
still
stands
and
another
example
of
hidden
cost.)
I
am
a
member
of
this
brand
and
had
no
perks,
upgrades
or
late
check
out
when
requested.
I
am
also
a
Hilton
diamond
member
and
will
without
doubt
be
returning
to
Hilton.
I
have
never
paid
$280
for
a
late
check
out
there
(this
was
later
negotiated
to
$150,
still
a
ridiculous
charge).
Would
not
recommend.
