I loved this hotel! I would say it's almost perfect except for the parking fees. I truly enjoyed the room and the bar and breakfast restaurant. Delicious breakfast options. The pool had a little too much chlorine, so much that you could smell it on my skin for two days after. The bed in our room was super comfy and the electric shades were a very nice touch. The hotel was near shopping and restaurants. The gift shop owner was lovely and informative. All in all this was a great stay and I would definitely come back here again.

Very high quality hotel with great amenities. Room was very comfy with ample space and motorized shade. Complimentary iced lemon water in the lobby was a lifesaver as we unluckily arrived during a heatwave. Staff was generally very nice. There is a pool and a nice gym.

Perfectly located hotel with great proximity to high-end and department store shopping Rooms are comfortable with a well designed lobby, bar, and check-in areas. Hotel-sized amenities in the hotel room were beautiful smelling. Great work area for business travelers with a large desk. Quiet hotel and perfect for a restful night of sleep.

We usually stay at the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins on Nob Hill but decided this time to stay at the other Intercontinental on Howard Street. This put us on the east side of the city and so we decided to stick to visiting places we have not been before along the east and south east side of the city. This is a really nice hotel. We got upgraded to a corner room on the 26th floor. Killer views of the city. Everything was perfect. The room, the service, the ambiance, the bar drinks. We also lucked out with gorgeous weather for the three days we stayed.

Late check out 1pm! This hotel was a dream. Jacuzzi and pool open a plus. Breakfast buffet amazing. A little confusing if it comes with your room. Bed and extra pillows were awesome. Tipped everyone because everyone was so nice. Parking expensive. But felt like a celebrity with valet parking. All in all. Definitely coming back. Oh! The electronic window shades were cool and staying 29 floors up was amazing!

Very nice property. Room is modern and clean. Food is delicious, a top 3 burger I’ve had of all-time. Good drinks. Convenient to Moscone Center if you’re attending a conference. Service was exceptional as well. Pricing can get pricey but I had found a fairly reasonable deal for my stay a Sun-Thurs in early November.

Rooms have great views of the Bay. Get a corner suite! We only stay at hotels with hot tubs, and yes they have one, but on our recent visit the pool/hot tub is closed for 2 weeks, very disappointed! The hot tub here is fairly large, but not much of a view. The bar/lounge/restaurant is nice, have a drink!

My stay at the Intercontinental was perfect. From the stunning rooms and views to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, this hotel should be your #1 choice if you're planning on visiting San Francisco. The gym is incredible too. I can't wait to come back!

Had a nice short stay here. Staff is amazing. We arrived early around noon and our upgraded room was already ready. Staff took time to explain about the hotel since it's our first time here. Comparing to Marriott, the room is much more spacious and there's no ridiculous amenity fee that Marriott charges you ($25 for things you don't necessary need). Will definitely come back. Only complain I had is that there's a piece of gum sticked to a glass that was given for brushing teeth. Not too big of a deal as i just find other glass in the room; however, not so clean when hotel emphasize being "clean"

My husband and I just returned from a birthday trip to the InterContinental San Francisco and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was close to the metro and easy to get to from both airports. I would highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

The entire team at Lounge 888 is exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special note of gratitude to Kathy and Luis for their outstanding hospitality; our stay was truly enjoyable thanks to their warmth. Housekeeping ensured our room was impeccably clean with daily checks, and the front desk staff was consistently available and supportive. In our extensive travels and numerous hotel stays worldwide, this stands out as one of the best. Highly recommended!

What a great full service hotel! The rooms are spacious and very well kept up, the service is right on par for a hotel of this caliber, and it's pretty close to the freeway in terms of accessibility. The restaurant is outstanding in every way.

Very clean, friendly, & professional hotel. The rooms are very nice, beds comfortable, and staff very courteous. Located just south of mission street, there are some interesting personalities walking around the area at night, but what do you expect in downtown SF, right? Easy access to restaurants & great views of the city from the rooms. There is a cool small bar on the first floor. I would highly recommend this to others as a clean & safe place to stay!

Snow is a great employee. He made my family's experience the best it can be. He went out of his way to make sure my five year old son felt extremely important and the turkey lollipop was the icing on the cake. Thank you Snow!
