Is cheap and it has a good location. The staff was awful and they charge $200 deposit in cash which is weird I had to ask for extra sheets cause they were dirty af and the Mexican lady got offended when I did so I mentioned to her they were nasty and smelling like pee. The pillows were stained and flat. It was better sleep without it.

If I could give zero stars, I'd do, -1 even!!! First night the smoke alarm in the room started chirping at 10pm, we asked the night clerk for a new battery, she told us she couldn't do a thing, so just let it sound and ignore. We were traveling with our children, awaken for the loud chirp every 30 seconds. Just like that. We protested and she told us to go and buy a new battery with our money because that was not her problem. I protested again and finally she said she was going to call someone and walked away from us to watch TV. 30 mins later again. I asked her to call said person, she then said she was going to call the police on me!!!! If it wasn't because we had already paid the whole week we could have left. We finally got a battery around midnight. Cherry on top, they never took our trash out, we even asked for new bags to do it ourselves, nothing, again, not their problem. No counting neighbors who apparently needed to reorganize the furniture a midnight. Totally the worst experience ever.

Used to be a cheap motel now its over priced. Dissapointing. They just redid the floors in every room. You get what you pay for. No bugs ever and rooms always clean enough. Good budget hotel but the Ritz it aint.Street. Free parking is nice and always seems to have spots open. Close to great shopping on Union Street and Chestnut street and great restaurants in the marina district! Easy walk to the palace of Fine Arts and the marina.

Our family always stays here. It is a very simple stay. In the end it's a bed, bathroom, and tv. Plenty of free parking. Lacking a fridge & Microwave in the room.

We had a smoking room and it was really small. Barely fit our two large suitcases and 2 handluggage cases. Room was not clean when we got there and housekeeping cleaned the room. When we got back the same black hairs were all over the floors (I am blond and my husband bald so definately not ours:-)) After that we never saw them again untill our 4th day there. Had to get towels etc ourselfs at the frontdesk. However, the american guy at the front desk was super helpfull, really appreciateted that. Gave us advice on how to drive, where to go etc. He was so friendly. As regards to the room, you get what you pay for I guess. The price is more than reasonable for San Francisco and the location is also great. If you are not to fussy and u just need a cheap place to lay your head at night, this is the place for you.

First trip ever to San Francisco traveling from Colorado, the hotel was a good first time stay. We had a few issues with our key constantly not working but the front desk quickly fixed it. Room was cozy for the couple of days we were there. No noise complaints or anything. AC worked well. Good sized bathroom even though shower water pressure wasn't the best but to be expected, the water was hot at least. Parking was a little bit of a chore but was manageable. Wouldn't mind staying again. It helped it was so close to so many sights and the marina!

It was THE WORST ever motel that I have visited (out of 21). Room was stinky, dirty and tiny. It looked like a shelter for homeless. And staff was very unpleasant, making us wait in the rain while he talks to other customer.

the room is terrible, from 12 at night someone had sex in the next room, very loud ... after a 10 hour flight, this is not what you want to hear. a very big mistake was to choose this place. there was a bad smell in the room, my clothes stank for a few more days.

I would not recommend this place. My room was dirty. The shower drain was plugged. There was a huge air gap in the door so you could hear everything outside the room perfectly. The beds are so uncomfortable and the pillows suck. Trust me go somewhere else.

The beds were clean, and there were no visible stains on them. Kind and helpful staff. Within walking distance of a lot of nice places to eat. Wifi was spotty at best, no phone in the room and no small coffee maker or even coffee in the office. If you are concerned about safety, the doors to the rooms don't help with securing that feeling. Giant gap in the frame, the door actually buckles when you put your hand on it to push open. It has a lock on the inside but is obvious it can be kicked in with one small tap. so, not a good place for the security conscious. Decent place to lay your head, Friday and Saturday nights you can here the partiers in the other rooms, not to mention the dude snoring directly next to our room, I guess I would say if you were looking for a quiet motel, this one would not be what you were looking for. But fits tight budgets and again, no visible stains on the beds, so... there is that.

The hotel room was nice. It was spacious with a flat screen, microwave, and fridge. The bed was lumpy in some spots but toleratable.

Front desk staff were rude and called my husband a liar which I felt was very unprofessional. Rooms are nice with fridge and microwave. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly. Parking you can only park one vehicle and if you are in a single bed room you are not allowed to have more than 2 people in it. Not even to visit they will access your guess of staying over night and charge you for it. But it was a decent hotel. Other than the guy at the front desk I liked the place. It's not a fancy place so I wouldn't suggest it as a vacation hotel.

We used to stay here on our yearly pilgrimige up north to the City. It was "acceptable" that it was old and dated because the price was right. But in the past year or so it has become... well, much less acceptable. Now that the rooms are really tired, the attitude of the "gentleman" who works the front desk seems to bother me a little more. I like this part of town, and there are other options I chose last year... and for next years trip will will abstain from this establishment... but still be nearby.

The motel is clean but there is no housekeeping during your journey. About service, there is a Wi-Fi but maybe your room has no reception (like me). πŸ˜… The place is very practical for visiting the area nearby. If you're OK with that, you can reserve this place on line. πŸ˜πŸ€™πŸΌ

Just a standard dated motel. Light didn't work (had to use bathroom light), TV wasn't on a stand and just leaning against the wall, noisy and beds were uncomfortable with three thin pillows to share between two beds. Location was superb and staff were very friendly.

Decent little motel staff was very friendly the on-site parking was great and the 24-hour surveillance is good... However, 24-hour surveillance is also needed because the surrounding atmosphere isn't so good. We had a random 4:00 a.m. wake up call from somebody outside banging on the door. The rooms could use remodeling because the lighting is terrible and there should be an operating manual for the shower.
