Very cool eclectic little place. That's maybe not such a big thing for San Francisco, but I really enjoyed this bar. Right next to Toronado which is touted as a great beer bar, I enjoyed Noc Noc far more. The beer list may be smaller, but there were still excellent selections available. Great service.

A really fun bar - walked in when the bartender was having discussion with a guest on whether one song is Marvin Gaye remix. The whole aboriginal vibe, as it claims on google map, is pretty nice. The not too bright lighting also makes it a great date place - yes there are a few make-out spots

It’s a nice place to hang out with your friends. I heard this place had been here for a long time, like from the 90s. The paints and lights are the best part of this bar.

This place is amazing. First, the owner is tending bar. That means great service with a personal touch. Second, the beer list is incredible. Third, the interior is crazy wonderful. This is a SF must see!

Cozy but never crowded, with offbeat decor and a nice sake menu.

When it's not a Molotov's kinda night. You can find a nook and have a conversation. The owners are incredible. The sake's pretty decent!

I had my 30th birthday party here with 40 people. My friends all kept telling how much they enjoyed the venue and how they enjoyed the beer. I really like the vibe and the owner is a great guy. Rahmat will take care of you and ensure there’s good customer service. Totally recommend going here, especially for a private event.

Came on a Tuesday night for my little sister's 21st birthday. Just a stop on our long night. I'm not sure if it was the owner that served us but he has a long beard. We explained to him how there was a man at the door that followed us from the pizza place next door and was acting really weird. We were honestly ready to fight this guy. But the man that served us said he'll walk outside and handle it. He's been outside this whole time just to make sure this guy doesn't bother us anymore. Excellent service. He even let us try the sour beer to see if we liked it. I'd recommend this place fasho 😝✊

Nice beer selection and a Burning Man-esque atmosphere. The bar seats are uncomfortable and immobile but the bartender is great and it's a good scene

We rented out Noc Noc in late January to host a surprise engagement party for some of our friends. It was a fantastic experience and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, intimate space to celebrate a special occasion with those you love. Rahmat, the owner, gave us a great quote for the evening (the best we got in town) and was super responsive in the days leading up to the event. On the day of, he tended bar (serving a really nice variety of beer & sake) and was just a really fun, friendly presence. He let us show up early to set up decorations, bring in outside food and got us hooked into the bar's sound system so we could get everyone dancing. It was a night to remember and we were all very grateful to Rahmat and Noc Noc for making it so easy. I will definitely be back in the future!

Noc Noc tolerates homophobia Unfortunately I have to change my review. There was a group in the bar tonight who were pretty drunk. Normal One person in the group was pretty loud, negative, and aggressive. Not exactly rare Eventually the loud, negative, aggressive person started shouting the slur f----t repeatedly. A complaint to the owner brought advice to ignore it. I am very sorry to say that after over twenty years, I can't go back. Noc Noc tolerates homophobia

Old school Sam Clams Disco bar. Good beer selection, friendly bartender. You will not find another bar like this. Oh, and happy hour until 7pm!

Best bar in SF... Go alone and DON'T tell anyone about it. You'll understand

Great spot for a dating or girls night out. It doesn't serve cocktails just beer, wine and sake. Highly recommended!

Came here at an early time when it was empty. Great, divey vibes with lots of conversation pieces in the decor. Hot sake was good too. Wouldn't know how this place is when it's crowded, but it's definitely worth a stop.

There won't be anyone in the world who's so rude and arrogant about being an employee. That man, the bartender, got coronana and died

Great beer, nice decor and friendly staff. It's like going into a cave full of beer, but not overly crowded or noisy (at 230 on a Saturday).

Cool place, small bar in SF. Very sour sours which I love. Bartender was great. Had good drink suggestions. It was cash only tho so make sure you have paper before you go.
