Bad experience and a big waste of money! I don’t get what’s so special about this place since everything from the salad bar, to the service and most importantly the meat itself was below average quality. Most of the items from the salad bar and even the sauces were flavourless. There was absolutely no consistency in the quality of meat - sometimes it was too dry, sometimes way too salty and other times under seasoned and bland. It didn’t seem possible to even get one good cut of meat. Indoor atmosphere was fine but the patio was not good and service was slow and pretty bad. Waste of money and a very disappointing dinner experience after spending $75pp. Would not recommend and definitely won’t return.

It was a very nice place! The snack bar was very good and the déifièrent meat served were perfect. It is kinda expensive to eat there but it is worth it if you go there for the first time. I wouldn’t go there all the time though. It cost me 169$ for three people and the tip asked was up to 27$ if I thought was a lot. The food was perfect though!

The best option for a Steakhouse in the whole Bay Area. Located right in San Francisco SOMA area, this restaurant should be on the “must visit” list for those visiting. This is the best salad bar in the whole Bay Area (see pictures). The establishment is well managed by Mr Vinicius (see picture).

Enjoyable experience. Visited on a Saturday evening around 5pm by the time we left the restaurant was starting to get full. The continuous offering of meats was fill full and there was great selection of cuts beef, chicken, and pork. On the pricey side $189 for a party of 2 and 1 glass of wine. Would encourage visiting if you haven't been there before.

Excellent food, service and drinks. All around fantastic experience for everything we had. The thin sliced cuts were the best out of all the meats. The chunky, or bacon wrapped pieces were far too well done for my tastes. The salad bar / Buffett was excellent and had plenty of variety. For dessert we had cheesecake, tres leches, and chocolate cake, although they were out of ice cream that normally comes with it. Will return!

It was my Boss’s birthday choice not a place I’d ever choose. We have one at home and I’ve never wanted to experience this disaster. The best item on the menu for me was the soup and the dessert. All of the meat they brought I could only eat off the edges because it was raw and not to my specifications. Everything was flavored with garlic like it was the only seasoning they had. Glad its over and I won’t ever have to do it again!

Great place to have a satisfying meal after a long walk around Union Square. Service is great, food is great, and what a nice salad bar they have. Tons of meats selections fresh off the bbq roller. Overall great experience.

We visited the place on a Wednesday evening for a conference event. The place was full of guests, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed the soft light and combination of dark and golden colors in their interior. The collection of vines is impressive and nicely presented, the food and snacks are delicious, the personnel is fast and friendly. Can definitely recommend the place.

This fogo customer service was phenomenal! My family and I went for a birthday dinner and the staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. The salad bar had so many selection to choose from, and the meat they brought you was very delicious. The restroom was very clean, especially for it being in the downtown area. The atmosphere was very nice, good music playing and people were just seen having a good time. Overall, good food, amazing customer service, and good atmosphere! 10/10

The place to go for a taste of Brazil! I made reservation and we got our table immediately. The host was so nice and gave us the option to have a waiter that speaks Spanish. Our server Rita was so nice and the staff kept coming with plenty of meat options. The gaucho in charge of prepping the meat was on point. Plenty of meat options piping hot! Great experience overall and fogo never disappoints. Been to their restaurants in other cities and the people I take always enjoy the quality of the food. Highly recommend, especially if you’re a carnivore!

Another great restaurant in San Francisco. Family was in town so we decided to head out to a beautiful venue with an all you can eat dining experience that boasted an amazing salad bar and delicious Brazilian style meats. We all left extremely full and satisfied. I’d recommend skipping a few meals before heading in so you eat your fill. Check it out!

Had a wonderful evening of food wine and friendship. Can’t offer a higher recommendation than any meat with the bone in. Also the seafood was glorious. Kelsey was fantastic as were Romania and Julian. I can’t wait to come back again!!

Mimi was the best servers for us today. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great experience. The food was delicious, especially the steak. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and we had a great time with our friends. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fun and delicious night out.

Came in on my day off like I usually do in shorts and a tshirt, definitely not dressed to impress, however I was treated with great service. Frequently but not bothersome asked if everything was okay. Especially shout out to gaucho Milton showed me the proper way to experience the meat and made the whole evening worth remembering. This was weeks ago and I’m still easily able to remember the attention to detail he had. Can’t wait to go back soon rather than later👍🏽

This place is always a treat! The salad bar is amazing and service is always impeccable. Even though we were sat in the back in the wine case section. Service was still on point. Shout out to Milton for satisfying my cravings of chicken hearts.

My Husband and I had an amazing date night here this weekend. The garlic picanha was delicious and the service was great- our favorite Gaucho was Pablo. He was so polite and kind. We will definitely be back!

Amazing cuisine, the entire dinner experience was absolutely magnificent. The staff was super friendly and very efficient, we had food coming our way all the time! And the desserts were delicious. Certainly well deserved 5 stars!

It was a very nice experience especially because it was my first time in a long time to be in America again. The food, the accommodating servers, and venue were all divine. We were able to eat different kinds of meat on rotation and the salad bar was premium. Overall 10/10. Expect many friendly jokes from Raul Gaucho, his service made our whole night.

I did the best of Brazil deal. Salad bar amazing, service fantastic. We even met Milton our gaucho. The meat was cooked to perfection. An amazing time for my son's birthday. His first time ever having fogo.

Everything about this place was legit. Service was incredible! My only complaint was that they checked on us a little too much. jk I've been to many Brazilian steakhouses and often find at least one salty item. Here....nothing....I even liked their Parmesan Pork. I couldn't get myself away from the salad bar. I knew I was losing $$ filling up on the cheap stuff but I couldn't help myself. It was good. They also hooked us up with this amazing chocolate heaven on a plate. Thanks

Amazing energy in this place. Camilla our Server made the evening perfect and she was assisted by Julian who we didn’t spend as much time with but a lovely fella. What I really liked was that the staff worked as a team and helped each other out as they walked through the restaurant and they were all very positive and had great enthusiasm for the food! The salad bar is extensive and delicious, and the cuts of meat. Obviously perfect! If you are looking for a different experience, and experience, you will remember in the city, I recommend Fogo.

Had am amazing experience here tonight. Our server Camila, Marcela and other staff members ensured we were well taken care of. In addition to their salad bar and churrascaria, we HIGHLY recommend their Wagyu Ribeye! Worth every penny. Just phenomenal; it just melts in your mouth and their relish pairing is a really nice compliment. In addition to their cheese bread, Marcela prepared fresh fried plantains with vanilla ice cream (omg!!!!). We really appreciated their level of service, attention to detail, and efforts to elevate our dining experience. Bravo!!!!

Had early dinner reservations for my birthday yesterday and Ulises made sure the experience was a great one. Food was amazing, service was great and the creme brulee was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Great &!fancy restaurant to eat the worldwide famous churrasco rodízio. I was visiting San Francisco a few days with my partner so we’ve decided to try this location after having satisfactory tried Vancouver location All I’ve to say is that the service was good and fast & the food delicious although some of the meat was well bellow done which makes it very less tasty, something they have to take care off but not being a reason to give them less than 5 stars Also the price is a bit high for what you get, comparing this restaurant against other fancy & fine food restaurants

My husband and I loved everything about this place. First, their website is easy to navigate and plan a reservation (really helped us as we are out of state). We knew what the prices were and what would be included pending on what we ordered. Once we arrived, the staff were friendly and gave us a breakdown as we said it was our first time here. Setting is nice as well and close to a good chunk of hotels (my hubby and I walked there from our hotel). Now the main part - the food - so so good. The meat was cooked to perfection and the sample appetizers you get are great (carmalized bananas especially). Dessert is also top notch and you get a good variety to choose from. Definitely go here with an empty stomach so you can enjoy as much as you can!
