I stayed here for one night, in one of the Queen rooms with the view of the bay/bridge. If you can afford that I recommend it. The room was good, pretty updated. The bathroom was nice, modern. The service was professional and welcoming, polite. The location felt very safe, compared to other places in the city. Walkable to Fisherman's Wharf area (20-30 min walk). The Ferry building is like a 2 minute walk - quick snack, ice cream, food, coffee, some small shops, etc. If I return to SF this hotel will be near the top of my list.

Not especially happy staying here. The rooms are very small and the view is craps Additionally, the room I was in was next to the YMCA and was extremely noisy. Lots of banging and moving around. I requested a different room and was moved to a room that had less amenities than the previous room I originally booked- before I had a tub (which I was looking forward to) and was moved to a small room with only a shower. I was too annoyed to ask for a different room (again). The room rate is fair, but they charge an additional $65 for parking. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. I rather pay extra for better quality.

A beautiful old building with lots of history, right on the waterfront. We had an amazing view! The building was very well maintained and the room and bath were surprisingly modernized. Newer double pane windows kept the noise outside and we slept well on the comfortable mattress. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay again.

We loved it here! When we arrived they helped with our luggage and Devin and Jevon were so nice, accommodating and very helpful. They gave us great tips on places to visit while our stay in SF. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and had a comfortable bed. They have complimentary coffee, tea and donuts in the morning. There’s bikes you can take for a stroll at no charge and free wine tasting from 5pm-6pm. The hotel was super cute with beautiful views from our room over the bay. We’ll be staying here from now on when visiting SF. Loved everything about this hotel!

Do not stay here. The rooms are from the 90s, the staff are polite but unhelpful. Expect a view, don’t count on it, even when the hotel is empty! We had the pleasure of a light well, which was perhaps 8x8 ft. And when I say empty, there were less than 10 guests staying there. Amenities were not available. The pictures they post are incredibly flattering for what can only be described as a holiday inn with very cheap lipstick. Trip was in Feb 2022, only just got round to making this review as I’m booking my next one and remembered how bad the experience was here.

The room was great. The staff was exceptional. The only reason I can't give a 5 star is because they charged my personal card, that should have been used for incidentals to pay for the room tax. This was a business trip. My colleague and I were charged instead of the company card on file. This happened Thursday and Vicky He has not responded to requests from my organization. It's now Tuesday with no resolution. This kind of poor business process and lack of response taints the whole experience. Sheila

My stay in early October was a great experience. I was in touch with Jojo, who was most accommodating. Arriving quite late and exhausted after ~20 hours of travel, the welcome at the Harbor Court Hotel was warm and courteous, the room was cozy with a beautiful view, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer setting to rest and recharge. Everything was spotless clean, Wifi worked well, and I appreciated the good availability of charge points and power plugs. Big thanks to the team of the Harbor Court Hotel -- they certainly put customer experience first!

I stayed at harbour court hotel from August 25th-29th and had a great experience. The front desk staff are very polite and even upgraded our room as i accidentally made a booking for a queen bed instead of a king. The rooms aren't very big but the location is amazing as you're right opposite the ferry building. The hotel offers free bikes that you can take along the promenade to explore the different areas of the city. There's also a wine hour where you get free wine around 5pm where you can sit and relax before you go out for the evening. I would definitely recommend a stay at Harbour Court Hotel and will be coming back again.

Incredible experience at Harbor Court!! Love this fun hotel, it’s so unique, playful and beautiful!! The staff here made the stay so unforgettable!! Julian, Luis and Francisco opened their arms and made anyone who walked through those doors feel like family instantly. Everyone is so exceptionally friendly, warm and kind! They had tons of great recommendations and I had fun exploring them! The bikes they have in the lobby are available for the guests to borrow, how amazing is that?? I think one of the best ways to explore this city is by bike! There’s so much more you can see and it’s so much more fun! Julian, Luis and Francisco also gracious went above and beyond in helping me figure out how to get to Petaluma from SF. Being it’s my first time, all the bus lines were a little intimidating. But they researched the route and everything and told me how to get to the stop, which bus to take and when. They are the nicest people! I can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to be back already!!❤️

We had an awesome week-long stay at the Harbor Court. The king room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but functional. We got a room off the street that was super quiet. I especially loved the lobby, which was equipped with tons of great work stations. I found this location far preferable to your more traditional downtown hotel areas like Union Square and SOMA. Close to everything and all transit but not right in the belly of the beast. Would gladly stay again!

Great spot for enjoying area by the bay bridge and ferry building. All the staff were friendly and helpful! Also very close to Oracle if going to a game or event there. Highly recommended, and the price was quite reasonable.

I stayed at the Harbor Court hotel for 2 days and it was perfect. The lobby is newly renovated and beautiful. I was able to walk to Oracle Park to see the Giants play. Some of SF’s best restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was a great experience! Close to everything, inexpensive, great hospitality, clean, and modern. Complimentary coffee and donuts with your stay and pet friendly! Downside is on-site parking is expensive ($65) and street parking is minimal.

Great hotel! Even better job by Luis - and he was absolutely AMAZING! He was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of us. The cocktails at the Japanese restaurant next door are very good.

This hotel is just great ! Everything is great and refined. I came to stay one night I ended up by staying 4 nights. The staff is sooooo nice and helpful. Thank you to Jessica, Jhonae and Michael and all the staff. You made my stay here a very good one. I got the room I asked for with a lovely view over the bay at a great rate. Next time I’ll come to SF, I’ll not have to look for a hotel… I have a great address now.

Had the best stay at Harbor Court hotel. The hotel was much nicer than the photos depict. Also, excellent and friendly service from the staff. Julian and JaVonne both helped me when I ran into an issue- true five star hospitality. Will definitely be staying here the next time I’m back in SF!

Room in this hotel is very well designed. Room size could be little bigger and should have a closet to hang cloths. However, the ambience is excellent and the location is perfect for an out of town visitor.

The hotel is in an amazing location with a staff that is extremely accommodating. Janelle and Mike were especially helpful and made sure our late check in was well accepted and helped by making sure a pack-n-play was setup for our 2 year old to get to sleep when we arrived. The hotel is wonderfully situated near the Market Center which we visited every day. The hotel attendants were always welcome to help us back in with our stroller and we’re always available to help with our luggage cart. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as every day we found a new special activity or event or cocktail hour to enjoy ourselves at.

3.5 stars. Pros: The A/C worked well, the shower was nice and was glad to have a fridge and complimentary water bottles and fruit water at the front desk. Loved the lobby area as there is plenty of seating. Great location from the Embarcadero, Oracle Park and tasty restaurants. The complimentary bikes looked nice but didn't have time to use them. Luis at the front desk showcased excellent customer service and Danny that helped out with room requests was stellar. Cons: Maybe I missed in reviews how small the rooms were because if I had known this, I would have never booked the room. I got a Cityview queen and for 2 people it's really small. This is definitely for one person instead so you have room to move around. The bed felt full size and the bathroom was so tiny. The closet cannot hang long dresses or clothing so be ready to fold it. While the complimentary wine hour from 5-6 was an option, it wasn't as social as I thought it would be as just bottles of wine and glasses were put out and left to us to serve ourselves. Didn't seem like there was a good turnout. The other front desk members I encountered in the evening didn't seem that happy to be there nor gave me any enthusiastic energy when I was serving that to them. Note: Valet is only 7am - 11pm with in/out privileges, so if you need your car outside of that you are out of luck.

Wonderful room. Small but comfy & cute, clean & quiet. Great price, especially as a last minute booking on a holiday weekend.

Great for staying, not much of breakfast like some croissants, juices and coffee. A main good point is the offering of good quality bicycles for free and also free access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel's position is great.

I stayed August 12th on my birthday and the graveyard person, (we checked in after 1030 pm) I can't remember his name...maybe Edgar or Eduardo, Hispanic, very well dressed. Super professional, he was amazing! He obtained razors, a shower cap. Toothbrushes, Tooth paste, deodorant, other necessary things since we were traveling without luggage. He was amazing, and we are grateful. I told him I'd write a great review because he did such a good job. Seriously, he made my birthday better when we got stuck in San Francisco. Thank you so much! He made this hotel better. Also. I'm a travel agent. So I will be definitely spreading the word
