Very good location. Room was just Okay and couldn’t open the curtains ?! Shower pressure was pretty low. Gym should have been usable but was.. closed when I asked ?! However Service was Good by the Staff (and pretty smiley and very helpful). The Breakfast was simple but very good. All in all => I will recommend it.

It was average. The best part was the breakfast. Our hotel room was at par with a 3 star hotel. Nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable enough. Window AC unit was loud. No fan in bathroom for moisture. Toilet seat is tiny. Shower is nice and warm. Has fridge which is convenient. Front staff are kind. Another good touch is there is always cool lemon/lime infused water with individually wrapped plastic cups available for you when you walk in. Wheelchair/stroller friendly. Only one elevator though so line can get long. Had gym but didn’t work out. Looks small. Overall worth it for the price with breakfast.

First and foremost I just want to say that if I ever return to San Francisco for a work event, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. When I first arrived, I was greeted and provided 2 wine corks to redeem at their bar located in the hotel - I didn’t get a chance to redeem them due to work events but I thought that perk was a plus. Just to give insight on charges, I was charged about 48 hours prior to my check in for the first night value plus tax and fees. Upon checking in, they charged a pending hold for the remaining value of my stay plus a $200 deposit, which was refundable once I checked out as long as my room was in order, and there were no damages or excess cleaning needed. I had a room on the eighth floor, which had an impeccable view of downtown San Francisco. The room was cold considering the weather was between 40-50 degrees during my stay and the baseboard heater that was in the room didn’t do much for the heating but the hot shower made up for the difference. The cold room didn’t bother me too much because I usually sleep with a fan on anyways. The bathroom was kind of small but it was just me so I was OK with that. The shower that I had was with a glass door and frame which is really nice. There were some maintenance that had to be done with the pipes during my days but management made sure to communicate the details with signs posted in every area for a guest to see and read. The open communication was very consistent. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I loved how they had different options each day for both hot and cold food. The location is also ideal since it’s one block away from Chinatown and a 6 to 8 minute walk to downtown/Union Square, so I had an awesome stay!

A nice, basic place to stay. Definitely don't expect a luxurious resort or anything, but it has everything you expect and need from a hotel. Stayed there for a long weekend getaway trip and we loved the staff and the location. Less than a ten minute walk to multiple public transit lines including BART trains made this a perfect place to stay for checking out the city. The staff were attentive, considerate, and helpful throughout our stay. I can't imagine getting a better value in SF than we got at this hotel.

Decent place to stay, comfy beds, clean room, and attentive crew. Docked a star because they were painting the lobby area one of the nights we were there and it made coming and going fairly unsafe with all the plastic on the floor/the smell was something. Otherwise, would stay again.

The hotel is an older hotel but it is very clean, rooms are comfortable, a selection of hot and cold items for breakfast. The friendly front desk staff do their best to get you checked as quickly as possible. They are very knowledgeable about the city. The Cleaning staff do an amazing daily cleaning of the rooms. Kitchen staff replenish breakfast items very quickly and fresh coffee brewed every morning. Teas and orange juices are offered as well. There is no on site parking but there are parking garage two blocks away. San Francisco is a walking city. Safe your time and enjoy it instead of searching for parking spots. Car rentals are available 3-5 blocks away. There are plentiful of restaurants. Downtown shopping is minutes away. Well recommended for families.

This is an average hotel. It’s clean, quiet in room 215 or not street side but not sure if it’s loud towards street rooms. This hotel is close to public transportation spots. No tent homeless people but homeless people are sprinkled throughout San Francisco. I felt safe at this location. Bar was not open our 4 day stay over weekend. Breakfast was eggs, hash browns or diced potatoes, meat, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, and bagels, toast. Beds are comfortable. This isn’t a fancy hotel but good for price. All staff very nice.

Older hotel with beautiful decor. Staff was very friendly and greeted every guest with a big smile. Walking distance to Downtown and Chinatown, perfect for business or vacation. My room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Woke up to a delicious buffet with a good variety for adults and children. Will definitely be referring friends, co-workers and family to this hotel.

Perfect SF experience. Beautiful window room with views of the city. We walked everywhere and always came back to friendly staff. Wine social was wonderful with a warm fire and delicious wine. Bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was worth getting up in the morning. We’ll definitely be back. Thank-you! 😊

The hotel is centrally located, just a block from Chinatown. The breakfast was great. The beds are comfortable and room spacious. The 2 issues that I have. 1: Parking is on a different street than the hotel, surprised because there are other parkings on the same street. 2: Staff are not welcoming nor friendly. I was surprised how rude the front desk guy was when we checked in.

The hotel is in a good location, near Union Square and China Town. Most of the decor is dated, the carpets are especially in need of replacing. The breakfast was adequate but the room is too small. You have to squeeze in to all sorts of odd places or wait for somewhere to become free. The buffet doesn't have much variety, but is ok, although it is squashed at the back of the room. The lift is very slow, so we used the stairs most of the time. Staff are friendly and helpful although the maid service only happens every other day. Don't expect to get clean towels unless you ask.

Some reviews expressed concerns about the safety of the location of the hotel. As female travellers, we found the area the hotel is situated in to be very pleasant and safe. This is now our go-to hotel when we are back in San Francisco. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The water pressure of the shower is fantastic with a good temperature range. The staff here are extremely helpful and kind. While the rooms are a little older in terms of style, the pillow and beds feel very new. The room is also thoughtfully designed with a usb charging port and power sources on either side of the bed so you can easily charge your devices. The bed is also massive. The room comes with a fridge which is good for storing food if needed. There is also a microwave in the lobby as well as citrus water. Our stay included a complimentary buffet breakfast every morning and it was fantastic. They had a great range of food including waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs, an assortment of pastries, toast, cereal and yoghurt. Their coffee station also include fresh milk in adding to creamer. They also have a complimentary welcome drink for all guests which was very generous and made the hotel seem like home.

We loved our stay. It was only one night but the service and dedication were amazing! From the time we approached the front desk til we checked out. Rooms were really clean and smelled nice. Loved the corner room as we had so much open light and the street view.Location was great as well close to Chinatown and Union Square! Would highly recommend and we will see you all again in our stay to The bay. Until then take care of yourself and eachother!

Best 3 star hotel I've stayed at. Breakfast was great. Check-in and check-out were easy, awesome service. The checkout is at 12pm so that was really inconvenient. Room was clean, I didn't smell anything weird like some of the comments mention. The area was quiet and felt safe. I could quickly get to union Square or any of the tours stops. I did get it on discount so it was not that expensive. If I come back, will most likely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. Super kind and helpful staff. Abel, Punya, Arturo and young lady, sorry I didn't get your name, thank you all for great hospitality. Abel even sent a birthday card to the room for my husband's birthday. Breakfast was delicious, beds super comfortable. Location is great, one block from union Square, 2 blocks from China town. It's a big city and hotel is on a main street, so it can be loud. However we knew that, so we brought a noise sound machine, so we slept just fine 😊 Bar in the hotel is currently closed, but there is so much to do and places to go in walking distance from hotel.

6 of us came down to San Fran from Vancouver for the NFL game and stayed at the Executive Vintage Court. The staff was so helpful and friendly from the get go. We arrived early and were able to drop off our bags and the front desk staff provided a map and great information on what we could do in the area. The continental breakfast served every morning was fresh and there were many hot and cold options. We were there for three nights and the hot breakfast changed each morning. The rooms were clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. I was blown away by the hospitality of the staff and the proximity of the hotel was perfect.

I must say that our stay here was a great experience. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We fell in love with Roxanne's Cafe and we were right outside the welcome gate to China town. We did have a tasty breakfast here and the staff was courteous and proffesional. A special shout out to the front desk mgr. Abel who was informative and cordial to us during our stay. Also I want to mention the chef who cooked up the great breakfast. We WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK! Try them, you'll like them!

We at a great stay. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Free wine 🍷 in the evening next to the fire was very relaxing Morning breakfast was tasty and workers were very attentive. The location was ideal and the parking package included with a slight price upgrade was so worth it. The parking attendants were very quick and nice. The building is old and historic but kept up well only downside the heaters in the room put out minimal heat but we like it slightly on the chill side.

Great Location! 1 block from China town. Easy walk to Oracle Park. Building was built in 1912, lots of history! King room was nice, simple room, Great Price. Complimentary breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee and assorted pastries. Will stay here again next time I am in the city. Comfortable bed!

Staff was super nice and breakfast was simple but good enough. My room was not too big but it had all the amenities I needed (TV, desk, mini fridge, dryer and iron). It was also very clean and packed with toiletries of all kind. Location is perfect.

Such great service! Punya gave me some great recommendations and was super friendly! The cable car stops just a 1/2 of a block away in case you don't want to trek up the hill to get there! I do recommend buying a multi day pass otherwise it's $8 each way on the cable car. The room was comfortable and offered plenty of space. There is a small fridge in the room but no microwave. Very close to Union Square and Chinatown. There is also daily breakfast and wine tastings.

We had a perfect stay at the Executive Vintage Hotel in San Francisco. The rooms are very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The late night check in was easy and we felt very welcomed from the guy at the reception (Ronnie). The Hotel is good located and excellent for sightseeing. The other guy at the reception, Punya, was very helpful & courteous. Also the guy at the breakfast - Danny, was very kind and we had to smile every morning when we saw him :) Summing up the whole stuff was awesome! We would definitely recommend this Hotel. If we go back so San Francisco some day, we will book this Hotel again.

Excellent hotel in perfect area. Loved our room here for 5 days, giant king bed, comfiest ever was like sleeping on a cloud. Fantastic shower, excellent cold fridge, especially as was 35 degrees a few days, great safe and good drawer space. Air con tip, use the ‘cool’ setting….the fan just blows warm air around. Only negative in the room was blinds in need of replacement….a bit sparse, and carpet a bit dated. Didn’t affect our stay tho. Breakfast excellent tasty food, would be good if had gluten free bread, and dairy free milk option, but I just bought my own.the cooked food really good and nice area for breakfast and lovely lounge area. Would go back in a minute, great staff too, thankyou.

Our room was on the small size but comfortable. Front desk experience was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and a highlight of the stay. Rom service was every second day which was acceptable. Location just north of Union Square was great. Good value for your money in a city of expensive hotels

Alright for what it is; a 3 star hotel. The decor is tired but active renovation was occurring in May 2022. Staff are polite and helpful, the continental breakfast is decent and the location is great for accessing most of what SF has to offer.

I can't say enough about this simple hotel. Clean, friendly and comfortable bed! The best value and best location in San Francisco. An American breakfast is included in stay with extended hours to 10 am.
