The room is sort of clean, but the carpets are absolutely not. Core memory worthy levels of stains in the carpets in all the worst colors. The area is a little loud, the highway nearby produces a steady white noise, and the frontage road attracts the occasional loud vehicle and car alarm. That’s not so bad, the location is near things people would want to go to. There was some dust in places it shouldn’t be, it’s not going to pass a white glove test, but the bathroom was acceptable, the bed sheets were obviously clean. The bed wasn’t great, but that’s ok, the WiFi sucked, but I have never had good hotel WiFi, the place had some creaky floors, but it’s SF, that’s fine. But the carpets.. the carpets are all I can think about. They just are stained to a degree that shouldn’t be acceptable to anyone, ever. This place could easily charge 2x the price if they handled their carpets, if they took care of the building and they did the basics.

What a bad experience. We arrived and no parking, then the room was dirty and when we talked with the receptionist he tried to help us ( what a lovely young guy!) but his manager wasn’t helpful at all. He refused to give our money back. Room with toe nails on the floor, dirty bathroom, litter on the floor, microwave dirty, dusty bedside table, no comment about the bedding… and the smell in the carpet is disgusting! I can’t not recommended this place at all.

This motel was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and recently remodeled. I have been coming to this hotel for years and it use to be a dive but has completely changed. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing that I could forsee as a problem is that it can be quite loud with the road traffic. The nice thing is there were earplugs in the room which really helped. Also the neighborhood is a little sketchy but there is free parking right in front of the rooms. The price is really affordable. Please like if you found this review helpful. Thanks

Rooms have been recently updated and are very nice. It's a small hotel, so you have to book quickly, but the rooms are great if you need to host a crew 😜. Colby is hilarious and very friendly at the front desk; the cleaning crew and hotel staff can be overbearing and slow to respond to requests for towels, and the soda dispensing machine out front has been out of order for years (change that maybe? please & thank you!) Location is kind of sketchy, but right downtown -- that's San Francisco for you 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s a hotel. Affordable rooms. Not great, but also, not bad! Convenient location. Close to The End Up! (a legendary SF night club), stores, downtown & public transportation. It’s also a pretty active cruising spot, especially at night & on weekends! Which makes it kinda sketchy, I guess, but if you’re there for the cruising, you’ll probably feel right at home. And, if you’re not there for the cruising, you honestly won’t even notice. My recommendation: Yes! Book it! You’ll have a great time either way!

The staff here are awesome people very friendly and the rooms were clean and modern, I was pleasantly surprised for the price I paid. Very convenient freeway access and good over all location for just about any business or pleasure that brings you to the city.

They do not return deposits in a timely matter. They will try to steal your money but besides that the person who helped was amazing.

Not great, not the worst place in the world. Waking distance to Oracle Park. Cool little bar down the street. Beds suck. Might be cameras in the rooms. Idk.

Everything was just perfect. Nice, clean, quiet, on time, friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

For being what it is... (U know.... a hook up a motel) they actually maintain this place very well ever since they renovated a few years back... It's cute it's clean at the same time The deposit is generally two times the cost of the room... And if you show up there and you don't have a $200 about to take them they will charge you for canceling.... (This happened to uhhh... My "friend") ((Swear it wasn't me... I GOT money)) 😅😅😅🤪🤪💯😭😭😭😭😋

Not a good hotel for the price point. Small room, no reception, no breakfast, no laundry, wafer thin blanket. Bad experience overall, but the receptionist boy was very courteous and helpful.

Cheap location and it shows but everything in the room works and staff are friendly. The wifi is very poor though. Bring your own hotspot if you want to work from here. It has good cell reception so I just use my mobile data

Room was very clean. No blankets on bed just sheets. Parking was very limited. Took two weeks to get my deposit back. Not happy about that. The man in the lobby was very nice & helpful though.

Great location if your going to a giants game, but there is a whole lot of bums in the alley and the surrounding areas has a whole lot of homeless sleeping on the street... BEWARE do not use there wifi!! I used it and next thing I know my card had over 500.00 in charges right after I signed in and ordered Door dash

Very kind staff, even helped us out with a parking spot, because all regular spots had already been taken (Giants game). Nice rooms with reasonable prices.

So not a clean or particularly well kept motel. It was selected as it had average reviews and near the CalTrain station. The room showed a good bit of wear, it was not particularly clean (photo below) and had an amazing oder. I normally would have talked to the office about these issues but the poor service at the desk made it clear to me that I could expect nothing from them. I have never been turned a way for a checkin for being 30 min early, but here they might be convinced to let you start checkin at 2:45 rather than 3.

You get what you paid for. Not up to par to cleanliness. But one of the few affordable hotels/motels with parking availability.

Well let's see. Amenities where horrible. T.V. didn't work, both mini fridge's didn't work. Shower temp. controller was loose, causing shower 🚿 head to leak. A gap above shreashold & door. Was not provide tissue. Limited parking. Might have seen a working girl leave one morning? Neighbors where a little noisy. Plus side, bed & pillows where comfy! 20 min. walk to Oracle Baseball park

Clean and convenient to walk to Oracle Park. Slim Pickens for a parking spot. Get there early and use an Uber to get around or walk. However late at night I would not like to walk these streets. A bit pricey for the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

I only give 3 stars because it's an antiquated place. However, the staff is outstanding & they get 5 stars. We've stayed there a few times, but on our last visit to SF to go to a Giants game, we got a late start & parking was full in the lots & on the street. We took a chance & drove to the Inn & asked if we could park there. They said yes & when we offered to pay, they declined. We will be staying there again.

Rooms are sleek and updated. Small size motel with rear entrance. Night manager was super helpful.

It's pricey for a motel. The service was good but I didn't feel safe. Holiday inn has the same rate and is a better place to stay.

Great location, cheaper than parking my RV at a park and have tv,shower and good internet. 5 min walk into city and 26 min walk to Chase Center for some awsome basketball watched the Golden Gate 3 games.
