I loved seeing "Dear San Francisco" at Club Fugazi today! A beautiful portrayal of dance, acrobats, music, and poetry. The script was funny & charming, lots of uniqueness of SF, and great skillful tricks! I thoroughly enjoyed it! A well-balanced cast, each with a creative talent! 👌

Where beach blanket Babylon used to be there now is a new San Francisco experience. Think cirque du Soleil but better.

This show was incredible! Paying homage to all that's San Francisco including the beat poets of North Beach, in an incredibly beautiful restored historic venue... I went with my company team and am going to be getting tickets for my entire family. Bravo/Brava!!! If you want "in" on the action, sit on the stage, near the front or on the ends of the aisles... but you have to be brave :) This is a MUST SEE!

I WISH I could give them more stars. 1st, the venue. It's a beautiful old building, at the beginning of the show they give you a little history about it. Seats are nicely spaced, I didn't feel crowded in at all. The safe, polite, helpful, amazing! The ticket taker was great, the usher was friendly and helpful and the waitstaff was on point! But the highlight? The show!!!! Dear San Francisco was so moving and amazing and beautiful and funny all in the same breath. I was crying, I was laughing, I was enraptured by every movement the performers made, every word spoken to the crowd. This was the perfect experience for my 1st time in San Francisco and for my last night in the city. I'll be back, and I'll be back to see this show!

Go watch "Dear San Francisco" The acrobats have an amazing energy and are so very talented. You can see the joy their art brings to them throughout the show. The show is 90 minutes full of fun energy. It's engaging, funny at times, and even thrilling with the stunts. It's money well spent supporting local talent and the SF arts. Highly recommend!

Club Fugazi has good seating. I definitely liked the balcony seats for the 7 fingers show since you are able to appreciate everything from bird’s view. The theater is small so seating is nice and the chairs rotate. I’m glad they are still around! Can’t wait for another show! I 100% recommend “dear San Francisco” to anyone, but specially for those who call it home!

Such a great show and a beautiful tribute to San Francisco!!! A must-see if you’re in The area!! Don’t miss out💗! The 7 fingers are incredibly famous and great at what they do! Do yourself a favor and go! Take a friend or 2!!! Also, the Dark chocolates were such a delight 💗💗💗. The show is about 90min long so I suggest using the bathroom before it starts… you won’t want to miss the action once it starts 🤗. My guest loved it so much he even got Club Fugazi swag 😂.

Gorgeous space, really great post-Beach Blanket Babylon renovation done, restoring the vintage jewelbox character to this theater while catering to contemporary audiences. Awesome, friendly staff in this classic North Beach venue. And it's home to a pair of amazing shows, too - stop on by!!

Dear San Francisco on Valentine's night was the BEST DECISION we've made this month. I can't even put words together to describe this show that will do it justice. So, please, GO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF! BRAVO.

One of the BEST nights ever spent in SF! The performance of Dear San Francisco by 7 Fingers at Club Fugazi was spectacular! The acrobatics, the music, the vibe, and the seats on the stage made for the an exciting 90-minutes. Highly recommend. Happy BD to one of the performers- "Dom", what a way to celebrate with your family & friends!

With such a small stage, Club Fugazi can do so much. Your eyeballs may pop out a few times, but they never hit an audience member. The content of the show is a chronological look at our San Francisco with modern cultural tones. It's in the old Beach Blanket Babylon Theater, and in the same form, they poke some humor at our society. It was a great night, and I will see it again with the teens. There is music, acrobatics, and social consciousness, all rolled into a laughter filled applauding 1.5 hour show. We still had enough time to eat at Tony's Slice House afterward.

I saw the “Dear San Francisco” show at Club Fugazi with some friends, and highly recommend it!! It is Cirque du Soleil-like, but pared down and very up close, and you can enjoy surprisingly tasty food and drink during. Club Fugazi combines live performance with the feel of a speakeasy, and it’s where “Beach Blanket Babylon” played for decades in SF North Beach, keeping its dazzling spirit alive. 🙌🏼 We liked it so much, we came back for a second time to watch the same show. The staffs are so friendly and attentive, specially the manager Jordan. He will make sure the guests are well taken care of and have a good time. Not to mention, the food is awesome. Panna cotta and avocado toast are MUST TRYs Oh, and their original songs by 7 Fingers are incredible. I fell in love with the songs and added them to my regular playlist. Highly recommend the show! PS: the area felt safe to walk at night as it is near a police station. We parked at Border Parking on 1647 Powell St for $10. It's is only 1 minute walk from Club Fugazi.

During the walking tour we have visited this place, learned its amazing history, and met some people who were part of the Dear San Francisco show. The show looked quite interesting so we decided to get tickets for it. This was the best decision we did while visiting San Francisco for a vacation. The show was an highlight of our trip. The pure art and performance, skills and acting took our breaths away. Sitting behind the stage also amplified the experience. I would fly back to San Francisco just to see this show again. I feel so honored that I was part of something so special.

Wow!! Dear San Francisco blew me away. Club Fugazi has such an incredible history and connection to San Francisco. The 7 fingers have done an incredible job creating a love letter to this complex and beautiful city. The performers were so amazingly talented. They made the craziest stunts look easy! If you are looking for a fun night out that will make you say Wow grab a ticket to Dear San Francisco at Club Fugazi!!

Soooo fun!!!! They let (and encourage) you to take pictures to post, but honestly, after the first 5 or 10 minutes of the show I was so memorized I forgot all about everything else. The strength and skill of the performers is mind-blowing, and the way they added extra texture and context with the lighting, sound, and storyline...... I'll definitely be returning! I wasn't that interested but my mother wanted to go, so I came along. Far exceeded my expectations, I'm converted. Can't wait to drag some of my friends so they can have the same experience.

Can’t recommend the show “Dear San Francisco” enough. What an absolute gem this place is. The performers are incredible, all so talented and engaging with the crowd. The building itself is historic and intimate, allowing you to sit close to the stage and within the action. We loved our night here and it was one of the highlights of our trip to San Francisco. Again, GO SEE THIS!!

We got last minute tickets for $49 each and it was so worth it. Such an intimate theatre with amazing performers. Even in the cheapest seats the view was great. Come and support a local act.

We went to the Dear San Francisco show, and it was awesome. Fun, energetic, and very entertaining. The acrobats are incredible;the way they move around on the poles and the other objects can make you forget for a moment that gravity exists. The other parts of the show are awesome too - we especially loved the Chinese yo-yo - I won’t say any more so not to spoil it, but suffice to say it is a really cool scene to see live on a stage. Also, the visuals and music of the entire show are great. Definitely recommend.

Breath-taking Acrobatic Ode to SF at Club Fugazi "Dear San Francisco" at Club Fugazi is an heart-pumping spectacle that captures the essence of the city with mesmerizing acrobatics, humor, and heartfelt moments. Who needs Cirque du Soleil? This is a cool venue for an explosive show. The talent on display, some of whom were trained by the iconic circus Master Yi Lu, showcases incredible athleticism and grace, making the audience gasp (embarrassingly loud at times, I admit) performance. The interactive element, where our own definitions of what San Francisco means are shared, added a personal touch that made the show even more memorable—especially when my own message was read. It's not just the performers who deserve applause; the crew, particularly the unsung hero managing the rigging, played a crucial role in bringing the magic to life. This show is a testament to the spirit of San Francisco, its inclusivity, creativity, and resilience. Our family lives here and we brought our son. "Dear San Francisco" impressed us all. We'll be back. Dear San Francisco at Club Fugazi is an absolute must for anyone who wants to feel the true heartbeat of San Francisco.

A wonderful show that evokes every emotion. Super entertaining on all fronts. Amazing acrobatics combined with story telling of San Francisco’s rich and complex history. A true love letter to the city. The stage seats are such an interesting viewpoint that make you feel a part of the show. The cast is so welcoming and interactive with the audience before, during, and after the show. This is a Must See!

I have seen Dear San Francisco three times already and will probably go for more. Anytime it still surprises me. If Beach Blanket Babylon reflected the spirit of San Francisco then, Dear San Francisco is what one could expect in 2022 to do the same thing. Ironic, moving, poetic and incredibly entertaining and acrobatic at the same time. I will go again and I know I will still enjoy it.

Watched Dear San Francisco and it was a great time. Super amazing performers and I definitely recommend people check it out. It's not that expensive either. The venue isn't that big so any seat you get has a pretty good view.

LOVED Dear San Francisco. We went to the show on the last night of one of the performers. Great circus acts and authentic love for this city. The performers seem like they’re having a ton of fun through the whole show. The venue, Club Fugazi, is historic and beautiful inside. Lots of space, so it doesn’t feel Covid claustrophobic. They do not serve alcoholic drinks or snacks — just non-alcoholic.

This review is for a performance of Dear San Francisco. The show was awesome! It's a great tribute to San Francisco and I doubt I'll ever see such a unique show tailored to the city again. Staff is very COVID conscious and friendly. Line to get in might seem long as they check vax cards but it moves quickly. I purchased orchestra seats that were row J, seats 4 & 5 (end seats closest to the wall) and wish their website mentioned an obstructed view as the seats above me blocked the view (see photo) for some of the higher aerial stunts. Luckily seat #3 was empty so I was able to scoot over. Had I known there was going to be an obstructed view I would have purchased different seats. Besides that the website is very helpful on the type of seat you are purchasing. One annoying thing was the devices they use to charge people for food and drinks make beeping noises which are very noticeable during the quieter parts of the show. It's comparable to a phone going off at the movies. Hopefully there is a setting that can be adjusted to turn the noise off or try to use the devices during the louder parts of the show.

We had an incredible evening at the Dear San Francisco cirque show. The performance is intimate and perfectly curated to showcase the cast’s talent while staying on theme and captivating the whole audience! I didn’t know what to expect for a circus show and was left impressed and awestruck by the cast! Would highly highly recommend!!

My niece bought tickets for my birthday. I have never been here and did not know it existed. We got there a little early and waited outside. Masks are optional. They checked our ID and vaccine card. Then they walk you in and to your seat. Some seats are behind a table so if you order food and drinks you have some place to put them. Other seats have no table in front of them..but you can turn your seat around to use the table if you want. They also have balcony seating which would have been cool seats...they all have tables. The waitress came over right away to take our order. My mom was the only person to order and it was a bottled water...wayyyy to expensive. We ate before we went...so we did not order food...it did look good though. The show was fantastic. I really loved the lighting and acrobats. The performers were very entertaining and very fun to watch. The way they acted was like a loving family... It was hard to turn away because you just did not know what you would miss. I would come see another show for sure.. It would be great as a mothers day gift..ir a date night experience... Incredible.

We saw Dear San Francisco...Excellent show!!!! The remodel inside is gorgeous. The staff were all so outgoing, welcoming, and nice. If you haven't gone to see this, put it on your list!! I can't wait to go again ❤️

$6.50 for a small cup of mediocre lukewarm decaf. No waiter in sight after it was served. Show started 22 minutes late. Super tight seating - perfect for viral spreading. No one wearing masks even though the confirmation email says to bring a well fitted mask? That’s the experience, and the show hasn’t even started… It was a terrible way to start a performance that we were really looking forward to and set a poor tone. We thought the acrobatic performers were pretty amazing however, and put on really impressive performances. It was a lovely tribute to SF and represented the diversity and culture of our city. Overall, the show was actually an hour long if you subtract the fluff. I’d appreciate it if the people in charge of production would be more attentive to these aspects of the show in the future.

Quintessential San Francisco! We had the most incredible experience last night at Dear San Francisco in this historic landmark theater. The show is a must see. The table service was phenomenal with a great menu. There isn't a bad seat in the house with the layout of the seating that's equipped with swivel chairs that was clearly well thought out. If you want to feel true San Francisco life, see this show and feel the warm embrace of live art again.

Everyone who's visiting the City should plan a night at club Fugazi. I love their modern twist of theater and acrobat performance rolled into one. 90 minutes of spectacular show, money & time worthwhile 👍

Just left the 7:30 Friday show of Thank You, San Francisco and couldn’t wait to leave my review. The artists are beyond talented, and it made for the perfect date night. Highly recommend paying a little more for good seats - you won’t regret it!
