January, 2024: I always ❤️ love eating at PF Changs! The food tastes 😋 great. The food is fresh. The service is top notch. The restaurant is clean. I also like the mall & the Wells Fargo branch in the parking lot.

Stoneridge Shopping Centre environment is perfect, with a mix of brand name stores and big box stores to choose from. What really stands out to me is the comfortable seating areas where you can take a break during your shopping spree. This malls allow people to bring their pets on a leash. It's great if you have a furry friend, but remember to ensure your pet doesn't cause any trouble. Convenient amenities like charging stations and even a cotton candy vending machine. I recommend a visit for a fun shopping experience.

Stone ridge shopping center not good for shopping because a lot of store are closed for permanently. Not a lot of good store left in this shopping center. Also from outside look very dirty. JC Penney’s side outside look rundown. Also shopping center not well maintained by company. Inside shopping center stores are not big branded store left. May be a reason within 10 min all the company outlets are there. Parking lot also not well-maintained.

Kind of fun to be back in a crowded mall after the last couple of years without such experiences. Got a crazy good black friday doorbuster deal at H&M. easy parking and they are going to add a big new food court in an empty department store.

I don't know what genius at Simons thought removing every single directory in the mall for a qr code was a good idea. I just want to walk up to the directory look at at it for a few seconds and see where I need to go without all the extra bs. It really downgrades the shopping experience and I don't think I will be going to this mall anymore. In my opinion a qr code is a major downgrade from a visual map and directory. An upgrade would be having a giant touchscreen directory like other nicer malls have.

Was in the mall for the first time. Wanted to find restroom. No obvious signage so I had to find a directory (also a challenge). Walked across whole mall to restroom on upper floor. Big sign says that both men's and women's are closed, go find another. Have to find a directory again. Find new restroom on ground floor. Walk there - no signage at all to direct to restrooms, concierge desk, or anchor stores or anything else. Find restrooms. Men's has an "out of order" sign on it. The ladies in the group did their business. Decided not to trust the directory again (if we could one) - just went to Macy's and asked where their men's room was. Yay Macy's. Boo on the mall and their lack of signage, poorly placed directories (maybe near the escalators would be useful), and restrooms that aren't available.

Horrible experience! I was there tonight on New Year’s Eve it was around 5:30ish pm. I’m 8 months pregnant and went to use the restroom by the main entrance on the first floor. The restroom was being cleaned, the cleaning lady told me I could not use the restroom, to go upstairs. If I was not pregnant that wouldn’t have been a problem but after I informed her that I was 8 months pregnant about to pee my pants she continued to tell me to go upstairs. I told her no repeatedly and said some not so nice things. The whole lobby heard and was just as shocked when they saw I was pregnant. I had to walk across the mall and go upstairs to the other restroom! I ended up peeing my pants on the way! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as a pregnant woman trying to go pee! After I went to the restroom and cleaned myself up. Walking out to leave I saw another lady that worked there and asked if she was in charge of the cleaning crew. I told her I wanted to file a complaint and explained what happened. She was rude and called security and said they were coming up to me! I was already on my way out as I was not going to spend any more money there! I was shocked! 8 months pregnant peed my pants because I was told I could not use the restroom and the security called on me! So unacceptable as a pregnant woman! If you plan on going to this mall I recommend a different one!

The mall is big and quite busy on the week days. There are Macys and JC Penney. It could've been better if there was a big food court of some sort.

Beautiful, clean and well kept mall. We had a great time walking around finding everything we needed and have tasty mall snacks on the go. We for sure will be back soon for more Christmas shopping. The mall is beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday as well.

Title: Suburban Shopping Paradise – Stoneridge Shopping Center, Pleasanton, CA Review: I'm a frequent visitor to the Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, California, and it never ceases to amaze me. This center offers a seamless blend of top-end retail, dining, and entertainment experiences, all nestled in the peaceful and beautiful suburban setting of Pleasanton. The architecture and layout of the center are the first things that catch your attention. With more than 160 stores spread across a well-landscaped and spacious area, the design reflects meticulous planning and convenience. There's an abundance of parking, including multi-level structures, ensuring a hassle-free experience right from the start. Stores in the center are a good mix of high-end luxury brands, popular fast-fashion outlets, and essential everyday retailers. You can find everything from Apple to Zara, Nordstrom to H&M, and Sephora to Pandora. Whether you're in need of tech gadgets, fashion-forward clothing, or luxurious skincare products, Stoneridge has it all. The food court offers a wide variety of culinary delights to cater to all tastes and budgets. Whether you want to grab a quick Starbucks coffee, enjoy an exotic dish from the Panda Express, or sit down for a relaxed meal at the Cheesecake Factory, you can find it here. One feature I must mention is the center’s commitment to maintaining an inviting ambiance. It's always clean, well-lit, and offers comfortable seating areas for those who wish to take a break from shopping. Additionally, the center regularly hosts seasonal events and activities that are a delight for both children and adults. The customer service at Stoneridge is commendable as well. The center’s staff is friendly, attentive, and willing to assist in any way possible. I was particularly impressed by the mall's efficient security system, providing a sense of safety while shopping. Overall, the Stoneridge Shopping Center effortlessly merges the convenience of a suburban mall with the variety and luxury of a city center. It offers an enjoyable shopping experience that goes beyond mere retail. Whether you're a serious shopper, a casual browser, or a family out for an enjoyable day, Stoneridge caters to you all. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Pleasanton area or those visiting. You'll leave with bags full of goodies and a smile on your face!

Stoneridge Shopping Center at Pleasanton houses leading brands in Fashion, Apparel, Cosmetics, Footwear, Sunglasses, Toys, Cell Phones, Restaurants etc. Some of them are Macy, JC Penny, Forever 21, H&M, Zara, Apple and many, many more. There are numerous multi-cuisine restaurants where one can dine and enjoy a meal. We enjoyed our lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. A good shopping experience.

I like this shopping mall. It seemed surprisingly busy considering it was the day after Thanksgiving. I shouldn't be surprised because of COVID going on. Just be careful, people who are walking in the parking lot don't pay as much attention as they should. Good variety of stores though.

It has most of the brand's stores, including Macy's, Apple store, etc., and famous restaurants such as cheesecake factory, Pf change, California Pizza Kitchen, etc. Also, there is a lot of parking around the complex.

It felt colder inside the mall than it did outside, and it's December. Every store I went into felt about the same temperature, and the employees I talked to all said the mall stayed this temperature at all times. There's a good selection of stores here, but mall management seems to be too cheap to turn on the heater. Maybe I'll come back in the summer.

Not a safe place, lock your card, hide all your belongings, park in a well lit area. Be prepared to have your purse or bag checked by security, and have a metal wand check. Alot of young people come here, it's cold friendly earlier vs later.

Good place for shopping , dinning and lots of other fun. My kids love this place. Just have to little extra careful during night time as saw some bad living around looking into cars and aggressive when you ask them stop and go . So don't leave anything visible in your car.

Nice huge mall at a great location. Caters to most needs, but I would have really appreciated some more clothing brands here. Options are pretty limited compared to the Livermore outlets for instance. Has a huge parking and clean public toilets though and good food options.

Went to JC Penney for shoes. Since I have wide feet, finding shoes that fit is a chore. Penney's having lots of shoes at least ensured I found ONE pair that actually fit, and I actually liked...which is more than I can say for another department store I won't name.

  • 1/5 Jaclyn P. 1 year ago on Google
My low rating is due to the fact that when this mall closes (and you may not realize it due to being inside a dept store that stays open later) you get locked out of the main part of the mall. This means you will have to walk all the way around the exterior of the building to get to your car if you parked on the other side. It feels very unsafe as there isn't sufficient lighting in some areas and sidewalk doesn't go all the way around. Definitely not handicap accessible. The stores should either announce when they are closing their doors to the main part of the mall or just let you out when you're done shopping. Otherwise, the mall is pretty standard, I would probably rate it a 3 or 4 if it wasnt for the safety issue. Not a whole lot of concentrated food options. Can get crowded on the weekends.

Haven't been in a mall since the beginning of COVID. Spent my early career making malls look nice. Some of the stores weren't as nice as they could be, but the mall was nice. Clean bathrooms, seemed like a safe environment.

There are some good shops in this mall but there are a lot of empty stores too. Guess it's why we all shop online nowadays. It needs a face-lift. Police also need to be able to arrest thieves. But that's another story, another review.

Well I finally able to find my way here from Bart. Walking to the back there is like no entrance all doors are locked except for some white doors that lead to inside the mall. Was shocked that they have dmv here. Actually inside the mall. And they have allot of stores. The ring guy who has stall on the floor actually had a ring in my size I have big hands. And I was lucky to get a size 26 ring to fit my finger. Everyone in the stores are really kind and nice. I even discovered a nice cat center. Where you can play with cats. Didn't check out the entire mall they need to have better signs outside. Where to enter. Instead of having to go around the entire mall. Not really disabled friendly either had to walk a while to find one elevator. To get me down stairs. Would be kinda difficult with someone in a wheel chair

A great mall to walk and browse around. The only thing that is annoying are those sales representatives. I understand that is their job but if someone tells you, "no", they will not change their mind. They also try to do that tipping scam when they offer something 'free' then ask for a tip. Stop saying it is 'free' when you require a tip. Nice try though. They were trying to convince me that my acne treatment will not work. It is actually. Acne does not go away over night and my prescriptions are free. It is so annoying when people try to take advantage just because someone looks 'friendly'.

I went here for DMV visit and DMV Here is faster than other DMVs. More organized and staff are attentive. Now about the mall, it is less crowded when I visited, which I liked. Did some shopping and had quick brunch and all is seamless and clean!

Not enough security Personnel around the ones I saw were walking together chit chatting not paying attention to the crowd some young adults were smoking marijuana right outside of the exit door the smell was coming into the Mall no one did anything about it. Not comfortable taking my family there with the lack of security and powers of observation they should have a uniform police officer assigned to the mall

The mall is actually good... but 3 stars because for the life of me I couldn't find the restrooms.. just found one tiny restroom in a corner on ground level. Otherwise the mall has great options and is massive. Too bad they're tearing it down for housing development in a year or so.

  • 2/5 Scott 3 years ago on Google
This is a sad and dying shopping mall. At least one-third of the stores are closed. this is a good place to come if you're afraid of covid-19, because there aren't very many people here. And the mall does have plenty of covid-19 prevention measures in

The mall has very nice stores but directorys are hard to come by and can make it hard to figure out if certain stores are there. Also I sometimes see people eat in the mall without masks and sometimes gets crowded. Each store has a limit but sometimes the amount of people outside the store is the issue.

Ate at cheesecake factory to see what all the hype was about and man was I disappointed the steak was ok at best, the potatoes I ordered were hot on one side and cold on the other( i guess they want you to mix them to make them warm) the green beans were not cooked at all they were hard and tasteless. Hopefully this was a new cook because even the pasta was nasty. Only thing I enjoyed out of the meal was the complimentary bread at the beginning.
