Great place to grab drink with friends. This spot is also dog friendly which is a big plus for anyone that has a dog or enjoys being around dogs! Excellent service and great selection of Whiskeys and Bourbons.

Can't recommend going there. I'm almost 40 and also looking that old - first time in years someone insisted on seeing my ID?! Furthermore (I assume the lady owns the place) the bartender isn't really friendly and the overall atmosphere isn't worth the prices she asks for a beer. There is another one down the street owned by a young guy - that's where you want to go.

Our favorite neighborhood bar! The ambiance inside and in the parklet are fantastic. On a cold and foggy day, it's nice to be by the fireplace. On a sunny day, you can enjoy a beer or cocktail outside. We love Lisa and the bar so much, we decided to host our wedding after party here! Everyone was accommodating & at the very end of the night we were so happy to have some dogs join us in the celebrations.

Great place to stop for a beer on a walk through Sunset...outside patio is my preference but inside is nice. Beer price varies with bartender....7 to 9 dollars for a KSA on tap.

This is a neighborhood bar with a friendly owner and interesting regulars. Drinks are strong and well-priced. Very low-key place on a bustling street. Loved it!

As a fellow bartender at the Blackthorn down the street. I can tell you all the fireside is one of the coolest bars in the hood, mostly due to the bartenders. Very local but great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Best regards Thomas

Great atmosphere, a neighborhood place where some locals allegedly meet their spouses (I’ve heard of at least one instance) and pet local pooches who are given treats (with owner permission). Good place for game nights and they even let you bring food in to enjoy!

It's like a Cheers bar. Very local, Always seems to have friendly big dogs. Gas fireplace is a plus for inviting inside. Drinks well made and reasonable. No food but restaurants galore in neighborhood.

Nice bar :) They don’t serve food but you can bring it in and eat there. Great seating areas

Good for price. Usually only one bartender at a time. Please be patient with them. Love the atmosphere. Very relaxed and layed back.
