Employees seem quite knowledgeable and store is just average but they have a big sign that says 25% off your first order and they gave me no discount. I won't come back purely because I can't stand liars.

Love this store, great deals for gifts too! The employees are all very nice and knowledgeable PLUS different people have different reactions to the plethora of items sold out there. Some have the opposite affect and they are never pushy and never “know it all!” This is appreciated and of course service with a smile. My go-to for friends and family!

They got my order wrong and refused to fix it. I literally just stepped out of the door while reading the receipt but they said all sales are finals even though it wasn’t my mistake. I fet like someone robbed me and I can’t say anything. Also this place is pretty expensive and because they have all their products out, they’ll treat you like your about to rob them and eyes will be following you everywhere. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.

Super nice and helpful staff. With a consumption lounge available for patrons. Urbana is a great place to welcome and become knowledgeable in the cannabis industry. I recommend everyone drop in and check it out for yourselves.

Really fun atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, with an AWESOME smoking lounge in back. They provide various glassware for smoking, hemp wick, free papers, lighters, water, often FREE snacks from nearby businesses, and now I hear they're hosting salsa classes!?! I can't wait to see a room full of 15 people high as heck trying to learn to dance.

Not only do you get to select the products off the shelves yourself, every single staff member is more helpful and friendly than the last. Behind the shop is a cafe where you can smoke your purchases and rent out anything you could possibly need to smoke with games to play as well as free WiFi. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

This place is fantastic! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Alexis went the extra mile to show us how to use an unfamiliar product, so we felt comfortable with our purchases. The lounge was also beautiful and welcoming. Will definitely visit again!

Wow! This place is great :) it was my first time and every single staff member was attentive and helpful. Angel the lounge attendant is awesome! They had an event that day with some great ppl. 10/10 recommend cool chill experience.

Love this place! First time vaping and smoking in a rec lounge. (Employee) Angel is an absolute gem; he is knowledgeable about products and prices, he has the innate ability to multi task and provide excellent customer service with a smile on his face, and best of all, he just seems like a cool dude. I went there by chance while exploring on vacation, and ended up coming back three more times. Will be back again!

Love this place! Easy parking, clean and modern dispensary with a brand new lounge in the back that's well lite, modern, and clean that also hosts monthly events. They have a salsa night! Angel is fabulous at taking care of the lounge guests' needs and it does not feel like the typical dispensary lounge (if you can find one). Every one working here is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

I love Harvest. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They are well stocked, have a good variety of products and even have products for pets. I get the tincture for my special needs adult son who I started giving tincture to about 3 or 4 months ago after his pharmaceutical meds were no longer working. This has helped so much in so many ways.

Staff is nice but... This place usually dissappoints either with high prices or today for example, oil level is lower than supposed to be. I was initially suspicious cz the seal tape also seemed to have been tampered with. Not going to drive there to return it. Another time, they sold purple punch as day time but it actually has super strong indica sedating effects. SMH

Great selections, helpful and friendly staff. We didn’t get to experience the lounge due to our own time constraints (bummed!) but next time will try to! Recommend this spot for your needs.

I've been coming here for years. I like that I can walk here from home. Decent selection however they often run out of my favorite brand of flowers. I'd prefer if they'd keep them in stock. Then I'm forced to go elsewhere to find them. I was told they rotate through staff, specifically management & buyers.

Decent prices. Did not run into any issues. Pipeline is okay for prices. FLIGHT is a little better though. I've been around the block and good bud and prices will be found here, and around the Sunset. I recommend visiting Oregon for sure! - okay bud (only been to one place in Portland) The staff members didn't talk much upon my entry. Guard was nice. Cashier - she was also very nice. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Not crowded at all. Cool spots to smoke at nearby (GG Park, lot of trails, bodies of water, exotic plants, etc. --- Including gardens and the Ferris wheel -- what a trip if you were high!)

Absolute G.O.A.T. (Greatest of all time) I’ve lived in the outer Richmond for 2 years so this is my local dispensary. Every single time I’ve visited, I’ve been met with kindness. From security, to check-in, to cashier, to lounge / dab attendant. Keep in mind, I normally haven’t run into the same person twice. I probably visit too sporadically but every single staff member is so so kind. We normally chat for a few min at the register or someone approaches me to make sure they answer my questions if I have any. Read the board when you go in, they always have sweet deals. Beware their sister location in the mission, not the same vibes or staff with a sunny disposition. I could go on forever but make the trip, visit this location, & hang out in their large and welcoming lounge. They are so legit! Love you guys!!
