Are all the reviews even real?! 🤨 Like everyone is saying the location is the most disgusting place I've been to, to get food. So the food is OKAY not the hype I've been reading from the reviews... but the portion were soo small (we did a take away). Also you can see that while I was eating I also found the vegetable tag inside my food and the next day eating the lamb curry I found hair 🤦🏻‍♀️. It was definitely eye opening for us, to not trust the reviews and to choose an upscale restaurant or at least something that it's worth it. And this is a real review!!

Service, Cleanliness, and Food- all the things a great restaurant has, and Thai India has it all and more. Let me also just add that I ordered this food 3/5 days of my trip to SF… yes its that good! The service was amazing- staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We could not believe how incredibly clean the tables and floors were. Super up-kept and you really dont find that everywhere. Now lets talk food.. We ordered the fresh young coconut oh my god it was incredibly fresh and afterwards I ate the inside malai (coconut meat) and it was so so good- ordered this everyday for three days.. Then we got the Tom Yum Soup- it was DELICIOUS. So hot and fresh and it honestly cured me of feeling sick- i felt so energized and fresh after eating this (it is spicy so beware). Next we got the pad thai, it was delicious again and all the perfect levels of sweet and savory. I also got the golden cauliflower which again was great! Cucumber salad also a great choice. Definitely returning here when i’m back in SF- love this place!

Amazing and tasty vegan food. Jain options available in most of the items. We tried jain red Thai curry, spring rolls, fried tofu and mango sticky rice. The restaurant is clean and good. Parking is little difficult to find.

I recommend this restaurant, the food is really good. The personnel was really kind. All of the food was great, but the Yellow Thai "Lamb" Curry was specially delicious, one of the best dishes I've tasted. I would come back just for it!

Delicious! We got panang curry with tofu & pad se ew with mock chicken (no egg to make it vegan) & then had sticky rice with mango for dessert. Everything was so flavorful with great texture - we loved every dish. The ambiance is nice & restaurant felt very clean. Our waitress was very sweet, communicative, & attentive. We're glad we got to eat here for our last meal on vacation in SF.

Lovely little restaurant. Love that it is all vegetarian so I don’t have to worry about oyster sauce or fish sauce in my meal. Food is delicious. Neighborhood has lots of trash everywhere and lots of people loitering near the restaurant. There was only one waitress but she was very efficient and kind.

The mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream is yum. Pad Thai is also delicious. Rice wrapped rolls with peanut sauce is yum. Ask for their amazing tamarind sauce on the side for your starters. Love the food here. The waiters are very efficient and quick here. They are very responsive to anything we ask for. Service is quick.

This place is a treasure. Of course it’s the TL, but they keep the door locked and it’s calm and serene inside and the food is scrumptious. We kept it basic with pad thai and tom kha. So good. Eager to return and try the other dishes. It’s a family run place and the staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely check it out.

So here’s the thing… this place is located in the Tenderloin, which if you didn’t know, is sketchy as heck. My gf and I were alone at night walking around & we spotted this place and ran in. We are vegan and big foodies. So we got an app & two entrees, and they were all tasty. My gf tried the vegan duck, and we got the vegan chicken wings as an app, and I got a veggie stir fry dish. Y’all need to try their food bc it’s amazing. The location was sketch and might be reason enough for people to not wanna visit- hence why I took a star off. I feel badly for taking a star off for something that’s not entirely the establishments fault, but hopefully one day they’ll get popular enough to be able to find a better location.

We went there for early dinner. We ordered Tom Kha soup (Vegan) , Green Curry (doesn't come with rice) & Pad See Ew(Vegetarian) & Sticky rice. Everything was amazing in taste. Service was nice and fast. Quantity was generous and prices are reasonable. Will be definitely coming back!

Vegan eats review: Massaman curry Pumpkin curry Pineapple fried rice (didn’t eat. Has egg.) Catfish dish Sweet and sour chick’n Fried tofu Spring rolls Curries were phenomenal. Appetizers standard fare. Catfish a tad salty. Sweet and sour chick’n a little too saucy for me. Portions were healthy. Everyone left full and we had plenty of leftovers. Staff is super nice and helpful. Offered good recommendations and was attentive but not intrusive. Neighborhood is a little sketchy.

Quick, laid back restaurant with tasty food. We got there right before the kitchen closed, and were very grateful they were so welcoming and willing to serve us! We ordered the pad see ew, fish rolls, and a few other items. All of our dishes were good.

Amazing food, polite and friendly staff. The chef takes a lot of care in their taste and as well as the presentation. The food is a delight. It will be a treat for non-vegetarians as well and might actually convince people to move to plant based food. The Volcanic beef or any other item from the chef’s special section is a must try. As for people complaining about the area, yes it’s the tenderloin, which happens to be the place for best Thai and Vietnamese food in the entire city. I don’t see any sense for docking review stars for their location

Good Vegan restaurant. My mom and I had dinner there. I ate spicy fried rice and she had the Bangkok duck. Great food great service and the place was clean.

A good experience of Thai here. The spice levels are high. Would prefer a mild instead of medium spice level next time. Pad See Mow was amazing! Service was very friendly! Everything is vegetarian.

Best thai food I've ever had, vegan or not. Everything is fresh and the veggie "meats" are great. Slight preference for their veggie "beef". We visited the restaurant once and ordered takeout twice during our 3 days stay in San Francisco! It's just a bummer that the neighborhood isn't great at all. We travelled from Belgium and didn't know a lot about SF beforehand so the Tenderloin district was quite surprising to say the least. Still, the food is amazing and I would visit the restaurant again if I could.

Great vegan food and good ambience!! Server was polite and very friendly; and also knew about jain options (no root vegetables) We ordered pad kee-mao, panang curry with Jasmine rice and golden cauliflower. Every dish was delicious!!

Portions are good and they have lovely plating — I like their carrot flowers and attention to detail. I had the Tom Kha soup (flavorful but a bit too sweet) and the curried cauliflower appetizer (tasty). At lunch time, they were almost empty, so not a particularly warm vibe but fine for a corporate lunch. Only complaint is that they didn’t bring out our food all at the same time, meaning some of us had to just look at our meals for a while. Also, it was very hot because of the rare SF heat wave and no AC. All vegetarian.

The food was amazing!! The flavors were very well balanced! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Thai cuisine. Especially vegan Thai!!! I’ll definitely be back!

Great that they are able to veganize any menu item, however we got half filled takeout containers with random RAW beet spirals to fill the empty space and all of it was under salted. Will not be ordering form this place again.

Best Jain Thai food ever had! Drunken noodles, spicy fried rice and green curry are 100% recommended. Chef suggestions were spot on according to our taste. Clean bathrooms and restaurant. Only negative was the neighbourhood which did not feel very safe at night. Must visit for Jains or Vegans when in San Francisco.
