Food 4.7; Ambiance 4.9; Service 4.75; Quality food in a residential area that's so popular it's advised to make a reservation. We were luckily got a seat as a walk in so we could support my children's school fundraiser pizza they've created. I don't usually like pizza but I did enjoy this one. The crust was crispy but still chewy and I preferred the white sauce they chose. Wish they had more cooked veggies on the menu. Save room for dessert! 2 people; $43

"When simple gets it right." This should be their slogan in my opinion. The menu is scaled-down which is refreshing considering most Italian restaurants do the opposite. The food is outstanding and the service is equally matched. What makes Fiorella unforgettable is the custom "Bay Area Legends" wall paper rounding out a true Italian American Bay Area cultural staple for me now in San Francisco.

Pasta ala vodka sauce w/ ricotta is so amazing! The best I've had anywhere, this should be one of your entries to share! Everything was very good, but that was the killer finish. Farrow salad, stonefruit salad, corn pizza and pepperoni pizza were all very good. Wonderful meal!

Came for a wedding mini banquet thing. The food was ok but lots of mini complaints for it. I think because they felt like they were on a time crunch to get out food to the guests, many things came either undercooked or burnt. The risotto and pasta was slightly overcooked, while the pizza had some pretty bad underside burnt marks. The staff also didn't seem to know how to use their various table equipment for the pizza, with one of them putting the pizza in top of the elevated tray and the other moving it down, and a last one just straight up just removing it. Maybe an actual dine in experience, non event kind, would've been a different experience in food and atmosphere but, for big events, I feel like you'll have a better time somewhere else.

Finally dined here, are on the heated back patio which was perfect and very warm (very powerful heaters!) I got the heirloom tomato pizza which was delicious, juicy, and had perfectly charred, thin, chewy crust. My aunt and uncle don’t eat dairy and the server was excellent in making any accommodations for them, they enjoyed their marinara pizza after adding anchovies and mushrooms. We also ordered the peach, strawberry, and blueberry fruit crumble for dessert which came in an adorable cast iron pan and was a great way to finish dinner. Excellent service, tasty pizza and spacious heated patio will bring me back!

We’re in the area and got lucky with a cancelled table last minute. Pro tip: never hurts to put your name down in case there are cancellations. We had the arancini balls and the asparagus pizza. Both were phenomenal. The pizza was the showstopper. The restaurant has plenty of vegetarian options.

Fantastic food and great service! The pizza, pasta, and rice pudding we had was very tasty. I'll certainly be back!

The food was alright. We got a few appetizers, pizza, and pasta. A nitpicky thing - we were a party of 6 so it would have been nice if the waitress could have mentioned the appetizers came in amounts of 5s.

Had a wonderful dinner experience with family, at Fiorella Clement. Sat in the back patio, the setting was very enjoyable. Loved the music selection as well. The food was great, the service was just right. We tried the Rigatoni... Classic, different Pizzas and the salad. The Stone Fruit Crumble was a late decision and really worth the effort. Ask for a double scoop of Gelato to go with it. Thank you to Juan V for looking after us. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Awesome evening.

Everything was great except they kept rushing us which is just so odd and gives you anxiety as you’re trying to enjoy your meal. We had a 5:30 reservation, there was one other table inside, two outside so it’s not like they were trying to turn our table over. We were maybe halfway through the appetizer when they brought the entrees and tried to take the app away as we were still eating it so we had to tell them to stop and even then they tried to take it away one more time. I still had a half a glass of white wine and wanted to switch to red for my dinner but they just dropped the entree and left. They tried to rush us through dessert as well. What’s the rush? The food was very good and having worked in restaurants for years, I get turnover, but this was early, no one else waiting for a table, and we ate at a normal American pace, which is faster than anyone else.

Mushroom pizza is always a favorite. The meatballs are also great. Recommend making a reservation for weekend visits. The back patio is really nice with heaters!

Excellent fresh, original dishes, with great service and satisfying meals. Herb chicken wings, figs and ricotta bruschetta, rigatoni, salad, and dessert were Most excellent choice for dinner! It was worth circling the block 3 times for a place to park. Highly recommend.

Solid, solid spot for pizza and Italian fare in the Central Richmond area. Nonna’s meatballs are great (enjoy with Parmesan!) and the pizzas and pastas are also delicious. Been many times and likely will go many more. Cheers!

Came for an event. Their restaurant isn’t too big. Walked all the way to the end and to the back. The set up was just their tables all together. It was cold at night so they had all the heaters turned on. We had alcohol included for 2 hours. Server was very attentive and refilled our drink the entire night. Baby lettuce: could use a bit more sauce. I personally don’t like edible flower pedals in my salad. It’s pretty but random. Meatball: my favorite dish! The meatballs were a good size and the sauce was 10/10! Burrata pie: they placed a pizza stand in the middle of the table and then placed the pizza on top. It was not cut. So we had to remove the stand to cut it and spread the mozzarella then cut. They want you to experience the spreading of the cheese. The table was not big enough for us to cut it. Salsiccia pie: I think this was just okay. The flavor is there but this pizza can get messy. It does come cut though! So that’s a plus! Rigatoni: I think it could’ve cooked a bit longer. The flavor was delicious though! Chocolate budino: the salt on top with the nuts made it even better. If you love chocolate, this dessert is for you! Crumble: i think there could be a bigger scoop of ice cream. It taste better with ice cream in every bite. Price: it was a bit expensive in my opinion. Parking: it’ll be a bit of walking. Not easy to find one near the restaurant.

Amazing food. Natalie was lovely, helpful with my Gluten Free requirements and so welcoming! Thank you for a fab dinner. The Gluten Free pasta was delicious and they didn't charge extra for my allergy requirements!

Service was a+ and the pizzas were some of the best I’ve ever had in SF. The waitress had awesome wine and pizza recommendations. Best pizzas: 1) top shelf New Haven - similar to a margarita but lighter on the cheese 2) basil and stracciatella - amazing pesto like topping with fresh dollops of cheese Somehow they thread the needle on crispy with a super light and fluffy crust. I will forgive they called me after I left accusing me of dining and dashing even though I paid with the “in kind” app they spam me with through email, left a 25% tip, and was dining with my 3 month old and wife….and then answered the phone right away when a random number called me and assumed there was a miscommunication.

They very good wood fired pizzas. Very flavorful. There pastas occasionally change. They aren't mind altering recipes, more standard offerings, but solid. Meatballs are a solid side!

Hidden neighborhood gem. They make BY FAR the best Neapolitan pizza in San Fransicso and yes it's better than Tony's in North Beach. House made sausage is excellent, great wine list. Dining in can be problematic for walk-in customers as there is very limited space. Super service; they go out of their way to accommodate!

Solid pizzas and pastas for an extremely reasonable price! We started with the corn aracini - interesting but not something I would necessarily order again. We got the burrata and salsiccia pizzas, both of which were great with slight preference for the latter. We also got the ditalini con peas and bolognese for pastas to share, the ditalini surprised me and exceeded expectations.

I came here tonight with my partner and family. The arancini were good. The burrata pizza was slightly disappointing, as the sauce did not stand out and the burrata was already opened and dried, instead of the typical juiciness that comes when it is punctured. My sisters had the bucatini, which were too soft. My mother's mezze marini were firmer and her eggplant sauce was very good. I ordered a salsiccia pizza that was a little too thick, particularly for a white, and the sausage itself was soft, not firm or in any way sauteed before being placed on top of the pizza. However, my partner ordered the sweet onion pizza, which was excellent. The onions, spigarello, and garlic cream blended perfectly with the cheese to not weigh the crust down. Overall, some of the dishes as Fiorella impressed me and are well worthy of recommendation, while others I would avoid. This place is worth a visit.
