Pho
Dac
Biet
which
is
the
house
special
beef
noodle
soup
with
all
the
beef
options
and
(6)
Pho
Tai,
Gan
which
is
fresh
sliced
beef
&
tendon
noodle
soup.
Both
have
fairly
clear
broth
that's
nicely
flavored
with
an
earthiness
rather
than
just
being
salty.
The
soup
was
still
hot
that
it
cooked
the
sliced
beef
when
poured
over.
Onion
and
cilantro
is
automatically
included
in
the
noodles
with
options
of
bean
sprout
and
lemon

Special
Combination
Rice
Plates
with
pork
chop,
egg
roll,
rice,
and
soup.
It's
always
disappointing
when
the
rice
is
bad
in
a
rice
dish
:(
Part
of
it
seemed
like
old/leftover
rice
since
it
was
stale
with
some
crunchy
chunks,
and
stuck
together.
The
pork
chop,
while
nicely
flavored,
was
dry
and
hard
to
chew.
The
egg
roll
was
decent
but
not
amazing

worth
for
the
pho,
would
skip
the
