Super sketchy and unprofessional. And if the drive thru order is not ready (which is not my fault!), why do some of the employees pretend that there is a place to park and wait for the order when you all definitely know (especially after I tell you!) there is not a place to park because of all the loitering that is CONSTANTLY occurring in the SUPER SKETCHY/DANGEROUS parking lot? Literally not a single parking spot but the lady at the window refuses to acknowledge that and instead is aggressive and rude, and the order was, of course, ready two seconds later anyway, so all that fuss was for nothing. You should just let me wait at the window and take a chill pill. The orders come out quick, so there is definitely no need to tell people to leave the window, especially when there is literally no place to go! Please be respectful, especially to the person who is always very nice to you, and who never rushed you!

After finishing work I wanted a Oreo pie. Little did I know that would cause me literal hell. That entire staff who interacts with customers anre actually god awful. If you want to fight a complete stranger come to this location. People are insane here. Horrible atmosphere, horrible service, and horrible staff. A triple combo. The woman working the window today August 8th .2023 at the pick up at 7 pm is terrible and an instigator. She told me my food wasn’t ready. Told me to pull over to the right side I’ve been putting it up to her ma’am don’t you see that people are double parked. This parking lot is extremely small mind you. Insanity I wrote a complaint as this was putting my safety at risk I don’t expect them to be security but I expect the people to be told they can’t park like that OR explain to the insane woman that it’s not my fault! “ Hello, I just came home from the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. Once I arrived there was a group of men and a woman and multiple pit ills in the parking lot. Thats not the issue. It’s that they double parked. So there was cars parked and then they parked their cars behind those ones. Pushing into the drive thru. The woman at the window then said to me can you please pull over and wait 12 minutes? As they McCafe Oreo pies werent ready yet. I said yes but then I said her can you please look to the right I cant pull over anywhere where do you want me to pull over? I couldn't pull over because they were double parked. I took photos as well. She then ask me to drive to the front of the drive-thru and park at the certain part only giving around 1 cars length between me and the drive-through pick up window. Its a very small parking lot. My biggest fear was having a confrontation with someone and thats exactly what happened. Multiple people picked up their order fine but this one woman who was extremely difficult and rude decided to come up to my window and asked me to leave! I said her maam I am picking up an order I cant pull over anywhere . I cant go anywhere and theres people blocking me on the right side and she continues to call me names and all this stuff. Saying im a demon and I am crazy. I dont appreciate that. The people at the window didnt explain to her that not only did they ask me to pull up to the front there was people double parked to our right! But of course its my fault though. she continues talking bad about me to McDonalds employees and the woman is telling her what my order was! Why would an employee do that? and the woman than starts to make fun of me. Laughing. She was able to exit fine she drove past both mine and the double parked car. There I was no need for the confrontation. The employees didnt stand up for me at all or properly explain that they people were illegally parked. I want you to know the atmosphere and Service was so bad this location I will never go to that place again. Its actually terrifying location and they were allowing these people to park badly like that. They literally didnt care! They just said yeah yeah yeah to me. I hate this place and wish I never orders. I was made fun of for 5-10 minutes and they did nothing to explain I was not in the wrong. Most of the food was warm at best, some burgers were practically cold, even though the drive through was as busy as it can get... The latte machine was broken as in many other places and the restrooms were disgusting. Honestly one of the worst McDonalds locations I've been to. Honestly just rather go anywhere else

I recently visited the McDonald's in the Filmore area of San Francisco, and while there were some positives, overall, I would only rate it 3 stars out of 5. Firstly, the prices were a bit steep for what you get. I ordered a basic meal, and it cost me more than I would have expected for fast food. While I understand that prices can vary depending on the location, I still felt that the value for money was not quite there. Secondly, the bathrooms were in dire need of attention. There was a foul odor, and the floors were dirty, with trash scattered around. The toilet was clogged, and it was clear that it had not been cleaned in a while. It was a disappointing experience, as it detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment. On the positive side, the food was of good quality. I ordered a burger and fries, and they were both hot and fresh. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and salted just right. The seating area was also clean and tidy, with ample seating available. Despite these positives, the high prices and dirty bathrooms left me with a less than stellar impression of this McDonald's. Here is a photo of the drink I called the restaurant at 12:18pm twice!!! and my order was at 11:49am via drive thru I'm at work!!!! Can't come back right now but I need my drink to NOT have y'all hair in it thank you!!!!

They make mistakes on a large percentage of the order. Check your food because its likely something is missing or incorrect. Its a poor use of everyones time to have customers check every single order.

Did not like the experience. Coke was awful. Hashbrown was so oily, could not eat it. Egg muffins also was not nice. Probably working understaffed, because the staff could not deliver right items.

I visited McDonald's with a group of people and I got to tell you how kind the workers are, they gave me a free child's wakanda toy for free! since we spent all that money. Food was ready in time it was still warm. Overall I would say I will spread word for the service!

Truly one of the worst Mcdonalds I have been to in terms of both the environment and customer service. In a ghetto part of town with gangsters constantly always loitering the parking lot with their modded Honda civics. And the staff at this Mcdonalds dont come to the table even if you select the Table Service option in the app. Then if you select Dine In, they still give you a take out bag.

They are always rude, don't follow instructions when ordering like no salt or a specific amount of cream and sugar i want for my coffee. Always have to request fresh food. I used to frequent there almost everyday but have had nothing but problems.

The place was very busy and it was hard to find parking space. All the self ordering stations were closed. Lineup was huge. You can see bags of prepared food in one side for Uber eats or other delivery companies. Staff was doing their best to serve the customers but line kept getting longer. There is a drive through but the cars were lined up on the street. The place inside was cleaned and so were the washrooms but no toilet paper on men's side. Food was good though and compliments to the lady taking the orders, she kept her cool even one person was yelling at her to take his order. One or two stars for the staff. I was expecting it to be busy but I guess we went there the busiest time of day around noon.

I requested hot fries and they were not hot I asked for plain burger for my daughter kids meal not happy had everything in the burger terrible place not clean inside or outside during my visit parking lot not easy to monover do to entrance and exit homeless people asking for money if denied they would use foul language they just didn't care who's buying food I don't think I would come to this location again also the strawberry shake was melted not cold temperature.

I went specifically for the Pokemon Happy meal, even asked. Not only did they give some random rabbit toy, they charged me extra for the cheese in a cheeseburger, AND THEN NOT GAVE ME ANY CHEESE. Very upseting!

Some of the rudest and slowest service I’ve ever received… I’ve been picking up a order for door dash and been locked out of the parking lot so an employees boy friend could take my parking spot? Also had them ignore me for over 30 min with the door dash order sitting on the shelf I had to even cancel the order for that particular dash…

First, I was ordering food in my car, and the fat cashier was stealing my money and withdrawing more than necessary, and once I ordered my food inside, and when I wanted to use the bathroom, there was an open sign on the door, but it did not open, so I thought that someone was inside, and I waited for a long time until someone came and asked the cashier to open the bathroom, so he opened it Through a button at the cashier, it's as if you open a prison cell. I don't know why they close the bathroom and don't allow certain people. This is racism, and I think I will file a case in court.

It's a wonderful new McDonald's; the food and service are amazing. The problems are dirty tables in the eating area with clean tables filled with non-customers. Each visit I have eaten in and been in a full small eating area with over a dozen people and only 3 actual customers, including myself. This feedback is from multiple visits, btw. The entrance was partially blocked each time by massive motorcycle delivery teams. So, for me, it's delivery for sure or drive thru perhaps. Never takeaway or eat in. Still my first choice for McDonald's in the city proper.

Got rid of drink refills. Prices thru the roof. Remodeled this location and the one at the mall has RFID so u only get one or two drink refills. Never coming to McDonald's again. I feel bad for the workers they are great workers, they should seek employment elsewhere. Going to tbell next time. F the McDonald's corporate communism, dictators of far more than diet. The young lady taking orders was more into her cell phone leaning up against the wall on her phone ignoring the line of customers in front of her, it took me walking from the back of the line to get her attention she looked up from her phone shocked that there was a line in front of her. Wearing a hoody with a Hennessey bottle on it, very unprofessional. Received my food the bottom bun was hard as a rock. McDonald's customer service is no more all they care about is getting food out fast the quality is not there asked for extra ice received no ice, asked for sweet and sour I received honey mustard! TERRIBLE

Most definitely the worst McDonalds in the Bay Area, but quite possibly, the worst McDonalds in America. You know how you can completely expect what you’re getting from a McD’s? Yeah… well, guess again. I don’t think they heat up the food thoroughly, everything is dead cold and cheese is raw on every cheeseburger I’ve ever gotten.

The fries were all just ends. Nothing was hot. The wait was long. My milk shake was smaller than what I asked for and mostly foam. The person who took the order was nice and my guess is overworked.

This is one of the sketchiest McD's I've ever visited. I used to visit here a lot because it was close to me and probably 20% of the visits, I would get harassed by someone loitering around outside. Not harassed enough for it to be a crime, but more than enough to tell me I'm not welcome there and enough to cause me to prepare to defend myself. It's sad to be treated that way and it not just being an isolated event.

They got my order correct..that's the end of my expectations at McDonald's. However this location had an angel on the mic taking orders and collecting payment. She was so sweet and polite it was just a joy to go there I'll be going back next time I'm in the city and have a craving for some cheeseburgers

Got a couple hash browns about 05:00 in the morning at the McDonald's on hopper Ave next to Chevron gas station in Santa Rosa. And I'll say they were some of the best I had, Golden brown and the perfect chrisp at the perfect temperature. I didn't want to stop eating them, wish I had gotten 4 instead of 2. Go get yourself some in the early morning, I bet you'll like them to.

This place is bad service night manger was very Rude need more training or maybe that all good help they can get but looks bad for the McDonald's company. I Went with my family before 10pm at 7-17-22 had my family and my elderly mom she has trouble with walking needed to use the restroom she yelled at me because I was letting my family come inside to store.But remember I was already inside waiting for them to come in to store to order my food inside I would like the owner to look at cameras so they can see how rude the manger acted and to see the poor customer service she has.........

I ordered food on Ubereats and I got fries without salt, no sauce, no straw for my drink, and neither of the two McFlurry's I ordered. I don't know if it is the fault of the delivery person or the restaurant, but I wanted to make sure to leave a review for both.

San Francisco has failed this location. The area is seedy, violent, dirty and full of drugs. Just 2 days ago, this area had a shooting per Citizen app. McDonalds didn’t fail here. Progressive politicians failed. Imagine the poor souls who work here, just trying to make a living, and have to deal with all of the issues every day. I hope to one day change this to a 5 star review, after our incompetent leaders get replaced

HORRIBLE service in the drive thru. Over 30 min to get my food with only 3 cars ahead. Fries were ICE cold with no ice in drink and no ketchup. Cars double part making it nearly impossible for an emergency vehicle to get in. Amazingly no one in the store eating so you have to wonder why the parking lot was packed people are just standing around.

I'd add half a star for efforts of some staff members who try to be helpful and work to keep it clean and mostly orderly considering the location. Near the parks and the local covid testing and vaccine giving location in the general neighborhood that's open on the weekend. Plus only place that's walking distance from said location. The Chinese restaurant across the street looks closed for good.

Young man at the front counter was attentive, polite and helpful. He was sweetly engaging with a young woman and her small child,slipping them a complimentary toy. Super cool guy. My favorite Mckey-D's!
