Really good coffee, the scones were a bit dry, but the coffee makes up for it. There’s almost always a line, but probably the shortest line of all the coffee places in the airport.

Not so great. I ordered a blended snickers. The kid looked at me confused and said they didn't have that flavor.... I then informed him that "yes you do, all you have to do is mix two of your most popular flavors caramel and hazelnut." When the drink was made I noticed there was no chocolate and asked the girl and guy making drinks to add it. I was met with a real attitude about it. As the girl who just made it was too excited to taste the extra to actually fix the drink I paid for..... i mean come on, I already double paid for half of each flavor and had to explain how to make it This was 1/13 845am I paid almost $7 for this separated garbage

Peets was open at 5am and had an excellent selection of pastries and coffee. Service was fast and easy. Coffee is wicked hot! I had an almond croissant which I almost never get but it looked like the best baked item that appealed to me. The croissant suited my taste. Not a ton of almond and it felt more like a sweet croissant than anything else. Coffee was consistently Peets style coffee, always on the stronger side. If you don't like it this way, have them add some water. I've gotten use to it over time.

Have an iced latte while waiting for the connecting flight. Using the number system instead of the customers' name, it is much more efficient and faster to clear the line. Super long q, a lot of customers. Understand fast order and speed in processing to clear the line, but it would be great and be more friendly to visitors if willing to pay more attention to customers requests....

Drinks are great as usual, but I was sorely disappointed by the ham and Gouda sandwich. Looked so good in the case but the bread was stale and the internal apple slices soggy. Maybe it was a bad idea to order that untoasted at 8:30pm

Terribly made drinks. I was lucky that I even got what I ordered. The person making drinks was also mean and blamed customers when she made them the wrong drink. My latte was not good. Some airport Peet’s are ok but not this one (at least not the person making drinks). The guy taking orders was nice.

The cashier was friendly but inputted the wrong drink, so the barista made me the correct one. The matcha smoothie looks nice but tastes like a milk smoothie and needs more matcha in it.

Not too happy with their service, counter totally forgot about my order, and I have to show them receipt and repeat “no I haven’t got anything”. Well finally I got my food and drink, there was not even a “sorry for the delay” nor any eye contact from the staff. 0 customer service, felt like chop liver…

I got the pastrami sandwich and asked for it hot. Made a solid meal that wouldn’t win awards but hit the spot.

I'm pretty sure they forget about your order once you pay for it. After a 10 minute wait, someone will look up to you and ask you what you're waiting for, and yell at someone to make your order. The 16$ sandwich I waited 20 minutes for was not worth it.

Waited in line to find files in baked food and couldn't order but peets is my favorite.

So many reasons. For one figure out the difference between iced coffee and cold brew. THEY ARE DIFFERENT.

They charge for water cup and them ask you to fill the cup from public fountain.

Consistently good coffee. They have a selection of grab and go sandwiches, salads, yogurt, and drinks. They have a selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches that are made to order. Peet’s offers brewed coffee, iced tea, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, and other beverages. Service is hit or miss. They move fast, but at times not too efficient. Today I was asked multiple times how my day was which was nice. I come here often and they have never been out of anything. I work in the coffee industry and I always prefer a Peet’s or Starbucks compared to a restaurant or cafe as I know the coffee will be fresh, and the equipment will be clean.

Be prepared to wait 20 mins for a $4.25 medium cup of mediocre coffee. Super slow for no reason beyond employee disposition.

Ordered two hot lattes, got one hot and one iced. The barista wouldn’t correct the order. Also, when she saw me waiting she asked which order I was, I told her my number, and she asked me to just repeat my order to her. It didn’t appear she was working on the drinks In Order but was just asking people waiting to repeat it to her.

They have little staff and they don't stock up with all the orders, I ordered a mocha frape and for doing it in a hurry they gave it to me very watery
