Overall, a positive experience. The on demand dining is great conceptually but the lukewarm service and a sub par execution of some dishes leave a bit to be desired. The lunch buffet is fine and an improvement on American lounges but doesn’t hold a candle to better lounges in Asia or Europe. The bar and the bartender are excellent in making cocktails on demand so that’s a plus The quiet room and showers are fully stocked so good additions.

Honestly I wasn’t going into this lounge with high expectations…. I was very pleasantly surprised! We accessed the lounge in advance of a Singapore Airlines flight. The service from the entry staff, bar staff and restaurant staff was all lovely. Staff were focused and attentive. A couple of minor communications issues, but I put that down to accent related issues rather than unprofessionalism. The lounge itself is busy, but it never felt too crowded (we were here on a Sunday evening). Bar had a small lineup, but managed to grab a couple of glasses of wine within a few minutes. Champaign was lovely. One great feature of this lounge is that you can do formal seated dining. I had the miso soup, mushroom risotto and green tea sorbet. Finished with an espresso martini! There is a large variety of lounge suites, chairs and tables to suit all passenger needs. The suites look super comfortable and classy, perfect for sneaking in some work between flights. Overall, a very classy experience. Goes to show you shouldn’t judge without experiencing first hand… I would happily come back again.

We have been enjoying visiting the Polaris Lounge when we fly with UA. The lounge is new and spacious especially after the remodeling. We certainly do not miss the time when we had to be in other lounges when it was closed. The staff are friendly and always have smile on their faces. They are attentive to passengers' needs. We like the dining room and be prepare around lunch time it gets busy. The shower and quiet rooms are our must prior hopping on our long international flights.

Competes with the Singapore Airlines Silver Kris Lounge and even better in several ways. For example a complimentary sit down restaurant with a great menu and service staff. Best United Lounge I've ever encountered and hope to see more like this one in the future. Even the buffet food is high quality.

Excellent Lounge. Nice selection premium liquor including Grey goose, aviation gin, Hendricks, crown royal, Johnny Walker Black label, etc. Excellent wine selection. Nice selection of draft and bottled beers. Food was good with a wide selection. Nice service. Very comfortable seating. Showers and quiet areas available. WiFi was fast.

Hands down 5 stars! Spacious, individual seats with lots of room for bags and to spread out. The dining room menu looks top notch (I had just eaten prior to arrival so didn’t have room for more) but worth checking out in the future. Full fancy bar with all the bells and whistles!!

Great food, nice lounge. Not too full. Clean and showers available. They also have a dining room next to the standard buffet.

We were invited to this clubs because of our business class seats on Turkish Air. It is one of the nicer clubs I’ve been to. They have a nice dining room where they take your order and serve you at the table. The food there was hot or miss. The cheese plate was nice and so was the buffet outside of the restaurant which we brought it into the restaurant. The lime custard was one of my favorite. It was like a crème brûlée infused with lime. So good. They would get drinks from the bar for you as well. The service was only ok. They never brought our entree. It is very spacious and the restrooms were great.

This may be one of the best airport lounges I've ever been to. I enjoy every single stay here - it's quiet, clean, the food is great, the WiFi is fast, and the staff is attentive. There are quiet rooms, showers, a nice restaurant, and anything else one may ask for. If you have some extra time: come here early and order at the restaurant. The burger is amazing. The only downside is that they don't serve alcohol-free beer in the restaurant area -- you can get one at the bar, though.

Hands down, the best business class lounge in the US and possibly North America. The sit-down dining room food quality is awesome, the shower and nap rooms are top notch, plenty of food, drink, and seating options. Great spot to relax before or after a long flight.

Nice lounge, definitely a little nicer than the typical united lounge. Better food options, including a service dining room with very friendly wait staff. Drink options are definitely more premium. Still was on the busier end of the spectrum but always able to find a seat.

This lounge is one of the best in the United network. There is a sit down restaurant, full bar, showers, buffet, and ample seating. Noon-ish is probably the busiest in the lounge.

Well deserved one of the best lounges in the world. Simply few levels above compared to standard United lounges. Just past the checkin desks are showers if you need one. Bottom floor is quiet zone with few comfortable armchairs, well equipped with charging points and few restrooms. Don’t expect any food, just water and tea. Up the stairs or escalator is a busy good and drinks zone. It’s usually very packed and hard to find any free seats especially during evening rush hours. Decent selection of food options frequently replenished. Well equipped bar with wine drinks and coffee. The hidden secret is however a la carte restaurant at the very end of lounge. Most people don’t get that far and do t even know it exists, it certainly happened to me once. It’s first come first serve basis, so if you arrived earlier you may be lucky and get a seat. Sometimes they do waitlist but it may take a while. Rasta has quite limited, but nice choice of chef prepared three course meal. On the day I was there they were serving a burger and vegetarian pasta for main. Good selection of wines as well. Overall I’m really impressed that United stepped up its game and pulled this amazing lounge! Well done !

Over a few levels (I think 2) this is a solid lounge with zones to help cater to all needs. There's the main bar and dining area. The food options aren't very good, however there is a restaurant you can book yourself into at a 45 min wait. At the other end is a chill out area with a "Studio" that focuses more on hot drinks and bar snacks and sweets. Very nice. On this floor there's a great view of the apron. Downstairs there is another quiet zone and the showers. There are plenty of showers and the system is well-run. Overall, this would have been 5/5 except for the limited buffet options compared to other airlines lounges in Asia. Not everyone has 45 minutes to wait for a seat at the restaurant.

Stylishly decorated and with plenty of separated micro spaces for private snaking, working or resting prior to flights. Drinks available at the bar. Good variety of the food offerings typical for the USA airport lounges.

Loved the on demand dining concept, although portions were small. Restaurant quality food. I ordered a couple plates to have a satisfying breakfast. Traditional buffet style tables aLounge was quiet, very clean, and not too crowded during mid morning on a weekday. One of the better lounges i have visited.

Quite a nice lounge that is spread across 2 floors with plenty of space and quiet areas. The shower facilities here are excellent, the food is OK and the bar is well stocked. There is also a restaurant at the far end of the lounge (at which you pay).

One of the nicest and well balanced airline lounges I've been in recent times. Huge, spacious, quiet. Well staffed with nice smiling caring people, and presentable too. Great selection of healthy, natural, real food (meats, pastries and breads, cheese, fruits, and egg dishes) and the beverages are very good too. I didn't see junk food at all (potato chips, sugar-loaded cookies, of any sort). Mostly I fly Star Alliance, and the lounges of ANA, Singapore Airlines and Lufthansa used to be impressive, but not recently--over crowded, poor selection of foods, understaffed. In general onboard service of American carriers is not as good as compared to their Asian counterparts and Lufthansa, but on the ground, here in SFO their "lounge department", shines like a star (Polaris is the name!) and is definitely outstanding. Kudos to all the people involved on this service!
