The new Admiral club is located between B11 gate and B15 gate in the fully renovated, beautiful SFO terminal 1 which is now called Harvey Milk terminal which fully opened in May 2021. This upgraded club is 20% bigger than the previous location in terminal one, and is very bright with wall-sized windows, and you feel spacious and airy. Upgraded furniture, chairs, nice lamps, arts - yes, this is the lounge! Business center, conference room (you can rent) , phone booths, are there as usual. Plus resting room, kids room (Universal Studio themed) are both notable. Food is not much changed, however the famous avocado toast bar continues!

Overall, really enjoyed the new SFO Admirals Club, and found this spacious location to be one of the most relaxing places to be before flying at SFO. The entire space is flooded with natural lighting, the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows allow unimpeded views for aviation enthusiasts, and the variety of seating options definitely make it a very comfortable place for business and leisure travelers alike. That being said, the selective eligibility requirements to gain access into the lounge in addition to the limited free food options make it unlikely I'll be visiting again any time soon. In the meantime, I'm more than happy to hop over to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse in the adjacent terminal for some on-demand dining thanks to my Amex Platinum card, even when I'm flying economy on any airline! This is one of the best Admirals Clubs in the country. It's spacious, well-organized, quiet and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make it a great experience for every guest. The food is relatively traditional (when I was there, breakfast was eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc). Beer, wine and certain cocktails are free, other cocktails you have to pay for. The sleeping spaces are quiet and secluded, the desks/tables great for working. Overall this is one of my favorite parts of SFO.

Plenty of comfortable seating with power outlets available. Soda dispenser was completely out of all diet sodas but I was able to get a can of diet coke from the bar without difficulty. Two kinds of hummus, cheese, crackers, fruit, soup and mac and cheese with addins were available. The restrooms were clean and there were two shower rooms available. Attendants were constantly circulating through the lounge cleaning up and sanitizing between customers. There is a darkened quiet area with laydown loungers where you can get some rest. There is also an enclosed children's play room. For adults, there are several enclosed sit down phone booths were you can speak on your phone without disturbing others.

Beautiful lounge. It's big and spacious enough to never feel crowded, and the service is top notch. Speaking about service, barmaid Linda is a shining example of professionalism and hospitality, and I highly recommend everyone to try her Expresso Martini. It's just that good. There's all the amenities you come to expect from AA lounges, including snacks, office space, quiet zones, children areas, and lots of seating with outlets. Even the avocado cart shows up for lunch. Excellent lounge, would chill here again.

American Airlines Lounge near Gate 13 of Terminal 1. We thought we had access to this lounge because of our Amex card but alas not. And to get to the Amex Centurion Lounge meant a long walk out of the building, so we’d have to go back through security. So we bought a day pass. Big shout out to Debbie who was so helpful in making the process easy. Upstairs we were able to log into the internet and get some business stuff out of the way. Having a quiet space to work is most appreciated. Internet connection was excellent. We’d arrived in time for the breakfast menu of scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, bagels, yoghurt etc. But then that was removed and the lunch food came out of soft tacos with all the fillings, soups and other delicious food. Plenty of food for everyone. If you’d like an alcoholic beverage, you have to pay for this. Wheelchair accessible. Great staff and excellent customer service.

The worst business lounge I've ever used. Hardly any hot food, plastic cutlery, ludicrously small plates, cheap and tacky. Budget business lounge. Avoid. Oh and a menu that's paid. Really disappointing first class experience. Sucks.

Not a bad club. Bit limited on space and like most clubs, it can get packed. Freestyle soda machine, great bar service and the usual self serve food options. Lounge staff are amazing and can often pull off miracles regular agents can't do. Even if you are not a member, it can really be worth the $50 to get in if you are stuck in the rather boring terminal all day.

I had used some miles to fly first class so I was given complimentary entry into this lounge before my 7am flight . The lounge itself is pretty spacious with lots of comfy leather lounge chairs. Typical breakfast items like fruit and oatmeal were available with the addition of some yummy avocado toast. It was a nice place to start my trip!

The food is shocking. Soup which looks old and tired, and cheese that screams I have been here for hours/days save me so eat outside. Do go to the bar and order some beverages I love that they have Heineken 00 as a free beverage. I also loved that they had lovely cheerful happy to help staff. Just improve the food and this would be a 5 staff place in America.

Greeted and checked when past the sliding doors. Bartenders Mei & Greg friendly and attentive. Just missed breakfast but lunch was quickly brought out. Meatballs- pasta salad- cheeses and chicken noodle soup. Minus one star for the rude woman who rolled out the guacamole cart. Common courtesy would be to ask the bar guest to move over a seat or 2. Instead she rolls the cart and places a large sign literally beside me- I had to push the sign away inorder to move seats. Simply rude. Clearly she has a grinch spirit !

Paid for entry via the AA website. Very large spacious lounge with beds, showers and a good viewing window to watch the planes. The food wasn’t that great to be honest with only hot soup, some nibbles such as potato chips and dips and some small deserts. The coffee was good though and it was nice to be away from the madness of San Francisco airport.

Overall a pleasant lounge. Fortunately, everytime we visit, the lounge is only at about 1/3 capacity. Nice place to sit and have some nibbles. Food is good but not great. Better than the average lounge. Soups are usually good. Have mainly been there during early morning, so mostly breakfast. Has oatmeal, cereals, toast, avocado toast station, hard and scrambled eggs. Some wines are complimentary as are beers. Other beverages for purchase as are other food menu items.

I love how bright this lounge is, with high ceilings and a great view of the tarmac. Lots of drink options and a good amount of food offerings. The staff here is great, extremely attentive and helpful.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This was my first Centurion Lounge I've ever visited. Like all the other reviews mentioned, it is small, it does get crowded... There are a lot of regulars that come here it seems. The staff was well trained and they are very attentive to guests. They will find you a seat, collect your plate, any...

πŸ‘ Overall, a positive experience. The on demand dining is great conceptually but the lukewarm service and a sub par execution of some dishes leave a bit to be desired. The lunch buffet is fine and an improvement on American lounges but doesn’t hold a candle to better lounges in Asia or Europe. The b...

🫀 We used this lounge b/c we had complementary pass that was going to expire shortly (without it, you have to pay $59). Being said that, this club is not worth it. Low quality food that a 2-star inn can provide as complementary breakfast. Seating is okay, but there are many similarly comfortable chair...
