First class, state-of-the-art facilities, latest medical technology, talented and dedicated medical personnel, and generally welcoming administrative staff. This place is a most welcome addition to the neighborhood and makes me grateful to be a long time Kaiser member. We waited a long time for a new Kaiser MOB on the east side of the city, but now I think it was worth the wait.

I wanted to thank everyone at the injury center of the Kaiser Permanent location at 1600 Owens St, San Francisco, CA 94158, USA. I unfortunately held my finger into the juicer and it was definitely not as bad as it sounds, but the pain was excruciating. So I took a taxi and ended up in the injury center a few minutes later. I am so happy I am a patient of the Kaiser Permanente, because everyone was extremely helpful and sweet the moment I entered the location. Even the door man offered his help in case I felt too dizzy to take the elevator alone up to the second floor. The ladies at the injury center were understanding, and did not make me wait a second. They cheered me up when the saw my anxiety and pain and even made me laugh a little bit. Through their thoughtful and sensitive approach I felt amazingly supported emotionally. The medical service was outstanding, as well quick and very professional. I felt very well taken care of and although I don’t want to get injured again I can only refer them to anybody. Thank you very much to Tamara, Mary, Dinah and Lemau for making such as unpleasant and painful experience very bearable and even add some hope and laughter.

This is a great place to get healthcare, ample cheap parking, big pharmacy right next to the entrance where you can get your Rx and also over the counter health supplies such as vitamins which are cheaper than at other stores, beautiful facility and friendly and helpful staff.

Recently visited the KP office on Owens Street in San Francisco. It was a positive experience with ample parking via the parking structure (don’t forget to get it validated) and friendly staff. Everyone has to wear a mask when they enter and keep it on for the duration of the visit. The office is clean, the waiting rooms are spacious, and it was a great visit. If you’re a Kaiser patient I highly recommend seeking treatment(s) at the Owens Street location.

Hospital is very very nice, set up is well needed advancement and really contrasts with the views nicely. The supportive staff is friendly some departments physicians are too busy for their patients but others have ample time to spend with you and that is well appreciated. I do also believe it depends on the time of day you schedule your appointments, so that is something to take into consideration. All in all quality and service are on the uptake.

People here are busy with their mobile phones. They are not doing their job. I missed appointment ended up in Mission Bay. I called number again and got answered by one claiming she is not ophthalmology. Same number 833-2020 dialed automatically. What is wrong with this eye department both optholmology and optometry is failing to make appointments correctly. Please I need to make appointment to see an eye doctor. My eyes are burning and stye is in my right eye. Last appointment was made was on same date I had physical therapy. Couldn’t Ophth appointment see it in their calendar that I had an appointment with physical therapy. So I had to cancel physical because Ophtho made appointment for same slot with Pt. Then I had to cancel eye appointment because of wrong building. Operator said will have ophthalmology call me instead I got auditory calling me instead of ophthalmology.

This review is for pharmacy. In my experience wasn't perfect and they are very slow and there wasn't a lot of people.

This review is for Thandar Lwin only. She was my primary care physician. When I asked for a referral to an endocrinologist, she told me she would refer me to a psychotherapist instead. I switched primary care physicians right away. The new primary care physician took one look at my blood test results and referred me to the endocrinologist right away. I wrote to management asking that they limit Thandar Lwin to physical check ups only, since she isn't competent enough to handle more than that. Nor does she even care about her patients. Management responded by telling me they received my letter but will let Thandar Lwin keep all of her responsibilities. Needless to say, I am no longer a member of Kaiser Permanente. Despite having had great care from other practitioner at this location as well as the Geary location.

Big relatively new Kaiser. Very clean and comfortable waiting areas. Soothing colors and art. Currently, there is a lot of construction around the area. Be prepared and cautious when driving or crossing the street. Not sure if parking went up or missed sign about validation. Parking structure was ten dollars - more than I remember in past. The number one thing in healthcare is provider, of course. But setting has a role and this setting is clean, functional, large, and easy on the eyes - all of which is a boost when you are in need of healthcare.

Kaiser is dogged about getting their members in for pass due care. I’ve never found going for care a highlight of my day. But, Kaiser sure helps with the experience. This pass week they got me to come in for a Shingles vaccine a Flu shot and a way overdue Cervical Cancer screening. I’m happy to report everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The two separate Dr.’s were more then generous with their time and asked me if I had any concerns regarding my health etc. I’m happy to report that my time spent this week at Kaiser Mission Bay has me beaming. Feeling good about taking care of my responsibilities towards myself with the help and guidance from the professionals at Kaiser. Thank you, Colleen

It is pretty new and clean. They have convenient validated parking. The personal is friendly and professional. You would find all kind of medical services under the same roof.

I want to take a moment to commend and compliment Kaiser on solving a major problem in healthcare. I had an absolutely horrendous experience with UCSF after tearing my ACL and 4 months of back and forth without any action plan. Then, I switched to Kaiser and it was incredible. From the moment I spoke with Dr. Lau to get me scheduled for surgery to recovery with Joshua, it's been so smooth, consistent, and professional. Kaiser is exactly what healthcare should be, and their app to SLA times to doctors are top notch. Thank you!

Nice hospital. Kaiser has always taken care of us, combined 12 years we've had Kaiser and very few if any complaints. This location specific: I like that there is safe parking nearby and always have spots available. The building is nice and modern. Elevators and everything works from a building standpoint. (Kaiser 2238 Geary St, I'm looking at you!) Definitely recommend this hospital and location. When I didn't have Kaiser for a period, I was able to easily download my health summary and provide it to my next health insurance company.

👍👍 This place is great. I don't know why anyone would leave a negative review. The doctors are great, they care and listen. After your appointment your prescription is sent right to the pharmacy. 👍👍 For being an app, Circle Medical works wonderfully. There are of course limitations to it being an app - everything has to be done through the app, so if you're someone who gets frustrated by that, it isn't for you. 😠 Policy is to make patients who registered as symptomatic to stand outside IN THE COLD and foggy shower. Patients should be notified at online reg, so they can dress warmly. After 20 minutes waiting, I was curled up shivering outside.
