Cup of ice for $10. Drinks mediocre. Bar covers glares tv due to plastic. Ehh. Music is ok. Nice setting. Waitress will ask you 10 times if you need anything else.

The Best food and customer service as always Linda and shirley are the best. Such a beautiful location I highly Recommend.

Great venue for personal milestones. My experience with BYB&L was a little yucky. There was only ONE functional restroom. No functional HVAC system. It was ridiculously hot given the event had 30+ people. The restroom sink had NO RUNNING WATER-like why?! I let the staff know & she was shocked. & I found it really strange that it wasn't disclosed a 20% gratuity was unspokenly added to our tabs. Then the tab asks for an additional tip. Which I'm sure is a good come up with drunk patrons not paying attention. Idk. Whatever. I hope y'all do better. Definitely didn't get what we paid for. Here's a cool picture of the DJ. Enjoy.

I really enjoyed Samantha Rocks karaoke nights! The happy hour specials and food is so great! Now they host Speed Friending/dating with classic games like Rock em sock em, Connect 4, Jenga, Uno and a bunch more! It's a fun event called Speed Game Events

Had a pleasant experience until the owner approached me telling me "you can sit outside" getting close to my face & saying it obnoxiously as well. She was rude for no reason & will never go back. Feel bad for how she even treats some of her bartenders too

I like their drinks, their appetizers, the impressive work ethic of their staff, and the numerous corgi pics the owner has on rotation on some of their monitors.

Awesome food. Visited during covid time, nice outside dining. Japanese style pot stickers and chicken nuggets were delicious. Bbq pork shoulder and crispy pork belly were awesome. Very friendly staffs.

Been going here on and off for 11 years and counting. It is not the fanciest place (in the Outer Mission no doubt), but the owner of the place tries her best. It is all about the experience of a true dive bar. People like those moments where they know they can go to a place to relax after work, listen to hired DJs on selected nights, watch sports, eat food, or even be fancy and go upstairs for the wine bar. No dress code per se' (but just for your impression and dignity... be clean!) The owner really knows how to pick the bartenders. A few have come and gone, but many of them are my life long friends to this day. Long story short- go there for local sports, relaxing for the week, and partying for the weekend. .....scratch that last one out if you don't like crowds. It gets packed lol. It's worth it however.

Nice place. The 1st floor is good for dancing and starter drinks. The 2nd floor has a more chill vibe going on better for having conversations.

Worst service ever. They brought me food I didn’t order and then I was told by the Manager/Owner that’s what I ordered and she doesn’t want to argue about it. I was still charged even though I asked them to send it back. Been there a couple of times and feel like I need to double check my receipt every time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I left shortly after and will not be returningz

Best bar in the area they have great food, great cocktails, a large selection and very nice staff. 110% recommend
