I used to go here all the time and was happy with quality and amount at the location. Just ordered my favorite Tuna Poke Bowl for delivery, even opted for the cauliflower rice, which costs extra, and very disappointed with this tiny portion size. This plus a lemonade came out to be almost $40, which seems 2x what it should be given the small amount. Will probably not order there again for take out given the poor value.

The Chicken Pesto sandwich was delicious and the Cucumber Mint lemonade was refreshing!

Lemonades are awesome and a great buy. Bowls are also good and you get a great portion, they look delicious but taste fine. Also a fair price compared to other health restaurants in San Fran.

I like this lemonade location. The staff is friendly and the place is super clean. As usual the food at lemonade is healthy and has a lot of great healthy options for sides.

I've loved Lemonade since I started visiting their Yerba Buena location for lunch when they first opened - it's been wonderful to have the West Portal location nearby. Their curbside pick up we an absolute godsend during the pandemic, and now it's just one more thing that keeps us coming back. Staff is always friendly and helpful, food is delicious and well packaged. Outdoor seating is available with plenty of tables. The turkey Tijuana sandwich is my go-to but I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered. Definitely get a lemonade with your order!

I stopped by last night in an effort to find some shelter from the rain. I was greeted by the duo working the front. They asked if I had any questions or would like to sample anything. I picked out my items and paid. Kudos to the young man who helped me out. I could tell he looked a bit tired but his smile never faded and he provided excellent service. Lovely place, amazing and genuine workers along with good food- what more could you ask for?

We came around 7:30pm but everything inside already was already cleaned up, with chairs up and floors wet, and all food trays put away. The closing time is supposed to be 9pm. This looks unprofessional to the customers walking in. The photos and menu looks amazing but the reality is totally different. The guy who works here for sure he is not happy with his job/boss or he is having a bad day. No smile at all the whole time. He made me feel like me eating here is adding more work to his job, especially when he already cleaned up the whole restaurant 1.5 hour before closing time. Food is served as cold even for meat like salmon/chicken unless you ASK for warm and the way they put the food together on the plate just like throwing everything inside to fill up the plate. You will be surprised by the server handing you the plate by ONE hand like don’t really care how you feel about their service. I would give 0 star if I could for the quality of food and 00 for the service. After the dinner I had to go somewhere to eat again because the portion for the price is not even fair. No, thank you I’m not coming back and support this attitude of business.

Today I enjoyed a delicious noodle dish at Lemonade at West Portal. The noodles were called Buckwheat Soba noodles mixed with kimchi. A mixture of roasted broccoli, edamame, cilantro, and scallions complemented the noodles. The dressing mix tasted vinegary. The meal was absolutely delicious. I would order this meal again and try to prepare this dish at home for a side dish. Second visit, August 8, 2022, Great Chocolate Chip cookies.

I ordered online to pick up. I got the hatch chili chicken dish and sub out with beef. The only thing they got right was the beef and rice. They put brussel sprouts and kale, there was no Mexican street corn or hatch chili sauce. I wrote in to complain because it's too much work to go back to fix an order because parking is hard at dinner time. No response from the company. Check your food if you're picking up.

We were thirsty and came into lemonade. The nice staff allowed us to sample the drinks before we decided on lavender elderflower lemonade. It is really good and the elderflower notes are strong.

A poke "bowl" that's only 1" high isn't a bowl. I can't believe I have to define this. Minimal poke, way too much rice, very little sauce. Sad.

December 2017 update: Had the turkey BLT sandwich, kale salad, and chips. Sandwich seemed bigger than last time. Kale salad was very tasty. Overall, excellent lunch. Took a slice of cake home too. Bumped up to 5 🌟. July 2017: Had a turkey club sandwich at about 230pm and it hit the spot. The sandwich was a bit small. But other than that, it was a nice lunch.

Great juices and salads! The raspberry mint lemonade is delicious!

I rated two stars because the food still tasted good in the end. The recipes are great, but I’m not sure if they forgot to cook it, or chose not to. We ordered delivery about a half-an-hour before close. It was my first time ordering here, and I was so disappointed to bite into completely cold potatoes. I’m not sure if it was because it was close to closing time, but my food was barely warm, while my husband’s was completely cold as if just taken out of the refrigerator. The macaroni and cheese even had that “lovely” coating it gets when it gets cold and sticky from the refrigerator. I’m pregnant, and not happy about having to fire up my oven to make the food even edible.

I’ve been to this spot a few times and adore it. Colorful decor, lively (but not obnox) music and a splendid variety of food make this spot so good. Not pictured but consumed were a turkey sando and a butter pecan toffee cookie. Two thumbs way up.
