It WAS a very good place to eat when it first opened but in the last 3-4 months the quality has completely gone through the floor. Pizzas are now soft, doughy, burnt bottom… the staff are rude, disorganized and very unhelpful. I walked in a couple of times with my wife & 8 month old child to be told online orders online!?!? Seriously? Sometimes they serve beers sometimes not, regularly don’t have basic fresh ingredients ready? The cook regularly swapping out with the register attendant probably sheds light on why pizzas are always burnt? Such a shame because for such a long time my wife & I couldn’t speak highly enough of the delicious, crispy, thoughtfully made pizzas from here. Whatever changed it was for the worse! After todays pizza we won’t be returning, nothing worse than that burnt taste overpowering everything else. Update: 12/09/21 Wife was insistent on returning as “they may have read the negative reviews and changed for the better” It has changed.. but not for the better. Ranch pots only maximum 25% filled… Pizza is still burnt on the bottom and looks like they’re refusing to clean the pizzas ovens….

Fantastic place. Here you can make your own personal pizza. By adding all the ingredients you want. The pizza is baked in the oven. I am pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.

June, 2023: They advertised 32 slices for $9. I took the bait. D'oh! What a bait & switch & a play ▶️ on words! I went to pay & found out it was 32 slices of pepperoni! Sneaky! The staff were nice.

First time here and I am surprised to see what they offer, build your own is only $13, what a deal! The pizza maker seemed surprised when I ask for everything on the pizza, it was a masterpiece, it was perfectly fired, crispy and chewy, not too soggy. Very delicious! friendly staff and fun environment.

All the toppings you want for one very reasonable price, high quality ingredients, scores of options, delicious, and, best of all, multiple GLUTEN FREE options. As someone with a severe allergy, I'm excited to finally be able to enjoy pizza again and not have to refinance a house just to afford it. I'd wind up paying AT LEAST twice as much elsewhere for a smaller, much less tasty pizza. And every single time I've been to Blaze, the employees ALWAYS offer to change gloves for me to ensure my pizza is safe. I'm impressed, grateful, and happy to give Blaze my regular business.

Food is good but line is so long, service is sluggish, like the staff are doing it on purpose (you could tell, because I've been buying here since they opened and this is the first time I experienced it even during pandemic, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they might be all new since I'm not familiar with the mid afternoon weekday staff) and they prioritize online orders (lined at 4pm finished at 4:50, if only my youngest doesn't love this pizza😢). Mind you it's not even lunch rush hours anymore. Management should do something if they are understaffed and get staff that at least try that they want to work. My son works for a fastfood too and if they are understaff to take orders and can not take care the current customer lining up they should pause their mobile and 3rd party services orders, something needs to get cut and take care of the customers that are physically in line.

Late lunch on a Sunday. Most tables were unoccupied and there was no line. I got the barbecue chicken. It was good. Great option for a quick and affordable lunch at the mall.

This is my favorite pizza chain store. They have variety of toppings to choose from. Friendly staff here as well. This is the spot for quick eat with variety of nutrition selection. They restrooms are not usually clean which needs some improvements. Overall it’s a great spot.

You get choose how to load up your pizza with your favorite ingredients, and they bake it for you. The experience is pretty casual, making it perfect for a quick and satisfying mall dining option

I was surprised how much I like this place.....you can build your own by picking any of the available ingredients and choose your choice of crust also for just over 13 bucks for a pizza that's probably about ten inches in diameter Good value I had the meat pizza which was pepperoni, meatballs (sausage) and red onion Love the regular crust it's thin and has just the right amount of crispiness

They gave us burnt pizza for take out. Very disappointing! Contemplating to take it back or go without food on Valentine's day. Also this is the second time they screwed up so had to write about it. The last time they gave us someone else's order so we had to go back, get our no meat order. Not to add the order is never ready on time. They always make you wait but since it was good pizza, we didn't mind the wait. But these returns are killing us and our appetites... Probably will not be ordering from here anymore.

Food here is affordable and delicious! I've really come around to loving blaze, the pizza here is amazing! You can build your pizza for however you want just the way you want, plus it's done super quick. Takes maybe 20 minutes full process with a small line. Definitely recommend the build your own so you can put as much as you want. They even have large pizzas that aren't on the menu but a great option for more then one person! Only complaints for this location are the outside dining is terrible, always covered in bird droppings and the birds are right above you so careful Also it can get a bit messy in here, tables won't be clean/trash over filled Other then that this place is amazing, great value, outstanding food, good service and huge variety!

Build your own pizza. You only have yourself or your kids to blame. All very decent for the price. When we went the bathroom was flooded and spilling out into the dining room. Pretty disgusting and the wet vac trying to stem the tide didn't add to the ambiance. Staff was friendly enough to help my kids make their own pizzas and im sure that gets tiring!

Customer service was bad, the kids working there talking about partying ect while im spending my hard earned money, disrespectful and the place was discusting bought a bottle of soda was full of greese, check this out. This is there line!!! Dont come here unless you want food posioning, been sick 3 days!!!

Except for the slow service/lack of enough staff preparing orders, the concept of being able to customize your pizza as it's being prepared while you are in line is novel and enjoyable. Once you get to order, the prep process is pretty smooth and the time it takes to bake in the oven is rather quick. They are generous in toppings if you choose the build your own option but they are also more than willing to add anything to your pizza order if you order from the preset menu. We ordered the White Top and the BBQ Chicken 11 inch pizzas which were extremely tasty. The wood fired dough is perfectly thin and crispy and perfect to share...or not 😂. We were so hungry that we didn't even stop to take pictures but I promise we will next time as we are definitely going back!

Real good pizza. I go there alot. I see why u have 2 ask for your receipt. I have their app in the only way you can get your flame points is by your receipt. But the workers there steal your points. SMH I was just there last night. And some one already steal the points. WOW

Love their pizza however If you order for delivery It will not be right. I ordered for delivery both my pizza were messed up did not have the toppings I ordered. When I call they don't pick up their phone And I get transferred to a team member who tells me to to bring the pizza back or email them and if I email them I'll take about 3 to 4 days for them to get back to me. If I'm gonna bring it back to complain about what's missing on my pizza that defeats the purpose of getting it delivered. So messed up that has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life.

Good. We choose all the toppings ourselves. It's a really cool set up and a very good pizza. Very quick to cook too. Definitely give it a go.

They only have one line for making both mobile orders AND in-person orders. Customers who come in-person are absolutely screwed because they have to wait for mobile orders to be made. I waited 45 minutes to get the most mediocre pizza of my life. I've been coming to blaze pizza at this location since it opened, I haven't been back in a number of years and I'm appalled at how downhill it's gone. Don't waste your time coming here.

The pizza is ready fast and is pretty good. It's all thin crust, so if that's not your style, this isn't for you. You get to choose your toppings then they fire it in the oven for 2-3 minutes. The operation is confusing, and moves fast, so be ready to answer lots of questions. The seating area is very basic and things like drinks and paper napkins are arranged badly, blocking the waiting area, so more confusion. But the pies are pretty good.
