Came here for a naan wrap and some chai. The portions were great, they gave a lot of meat but I didn’t think it had as much flavor as I am use to with Indian food. It’s a good place for a quick and filling Indian meal and the service is great!

Highly recommend. Easy to order on their screens. Thali plate is great because you get to smoke several dishes at once. The lamb was delicious and juicy. Everything was full of flavor and fresh. Friendly staff. Very clean location. I like that you can choose to eat with your hands or they can give you utensils. Taj Mahalo was really good.

We stopped here for evening snack. Tried the chai, samosa, and kathi rolls. The chai was very hot and they served it in a paper cup which kind of ruined the taste a little bit. The samosa were good although my friend saw them take out Haldiram's frozen samosa, so can't say for sure if they used the same. We liked the paneer and the chicken kathi rolls. Good quantity for the price. Taste was good too.

Chai is great! Portions are good and filling. Tried the Naan Kati with chicken Tikka and spicy sauce. It was good.

Easy to order (a machine is offered for self ordering alternatives). Dine-in option was convenient to recharge my mobile and watch people back and forth outdoors (great transparent, active facade).

Good for a quick bite in a vivacious neighborhood. The dal lentil soup was terrific and it had little chunks of lentils, garlic and spice. The atmosphere is fun & chill with pink colors and wood furniture. I've been here before and it's always good, with nice, fast service.

I used to love the place for the taste of kati rolls but today I had a a really soggy paneer Kati roll. The Samosa are absolutely delicious . The chicken masala Kati roll was so much better

Ordered the Thali with chicken Tikka and gobi aloo. The chicken Tikka is made with chicken thighs. So moist and flavorful! Has a nice "bbq" flavor and seasonings that made it extra juicy. The thali comes with soup and roti. Even though it was spicy for my taste, I enjoyed everything.

A convenient spot along Polk st. to grab quick bite. The cashier was friendly, and the food came out fast. Service is self served i.e. Order on the tablet or with the cashier, pick up your food from the window, get cups of water and utensils on your own. As a courtesy, you should clear the table. Food was about average and what you'd expect in a chain restaurant for bay area prices. Surprisingly mild heat tasting, so I got by without drink much water. I wouldn't recommend getting the lamb curry for an additional $2. Given the portion served it was not worth it. There was hardly any meat and potatoes. The Karahi Paneer was similar to stuffed peppers with paneer inside. It was edible but I wouldn't get it again. If I wanted something like that, I'd go to Mexican restaurant. Knowing this now, I'd stay away from these entrees and go with any of the Masala dishes. Having had a variety of Chai around SF, this was watered down and mild tasting. Not the worst in the world but tamed in flavor. Not much else can be said about the free colorful snack and the pappadum. Unfortunately they are not allowing customers to use their bathroom as of December 2021. 🔸🔸TLDR🔸🔸 Fast, convenient, and serve yourself service. Mild tasting flavors and mild in spice/heat. No public bathrooms, and low amount of food to high price ratio. This place caters to a foreign palette, and might be just spicy enough to get your foot in the door when it comes to Indian cuisine.

Is this an authentic Indian restaurant? No. However it does have its own unique flair with an Indian-American fusion. Their main dishes are either combo plates or naan wraps and you choose entrees for both. The food was ok but not good. I would say this restaurant is good for convenient and quick food fare but not for more memorable experiences.

Amazing, delicious, cozy, and quick! The food was super good and the service was good too. We roedores two thalis. One with chicken tikka massala and keema minced turkey. The other with channa massala (chickpeas) and gobi aloo (cauliflower). It comes with rice, vegetables, pickled onions, yogurt, and a lentil daal (which was delicious). We also swapped the rotti bread for naan, which was $2 extra but sooooo worth it

We were very disappointed on our visit here, both with the food and the environment. On the environment, the decor was pretty run down and doesn't represent India in a true sense. They used the right elements that connect with India but the overuse of these elements killed the vibe they are trying to create. For food, we tried 4-5 different items and almost all of them were disappointed with the preparation, taste and presentation. We tried Kati rolls with different fillings and all of them were hard to manage. The fillings used inside the Kati rolls had curry in it which made the roti soggy and hard to handle. The stuff inside was very hot, which also made very hard to practically enjoy it. The Chana masala barely had any flavors in it. In the kadhai paneer they used large chunks of paneer barely that had any taste. The flavors of other ingredients used inside kadhai paneer didn't mix together to give a cohesive taste of typical kadhai paneer. The samosas were savior as they tasted reasonably well and also the chutney with it. The idea of serving fryums is authentic but they were barely as crunchy as they should be. Overall, I think they have a great menu which can be executed a bit differently.

To Be Honest if you are looking for typical punjabi Indian Food this place is not for you. They are selling tortilla and representing it as a ROTI or Chappati. Also the food is all premade. They just put in your plate and serve. Chai is good tho!! Aunty ji Please make Rotiya and dont sell Tortilla. We ate three families and nobody liked the food. I left a note for you as well.

We tried paneer and vegetable kati rolls. Paneer roll was very spicy and vegetable roll had only masala and really had to search for vegetables! Taste was good but can be much better.

Many options to choose from, including vegetation and gluten free dishes. You can order using touch screen. Great daal lentils (thank you for the correction) and overall a decent experience. Inexpensive. Pass on the sangria pitcher, but try the glass, you might like it!

We chose this restaurant while walking the neighborhood because of how clean and busy it looked inside. We did not like the food and a few hours later the food did not like us either. I spent $80 on dinner for two that was not enjoyable. The tikka masala tasted like bland canned tomato sauce, the cauliflower was so mushy I couldn't eat it with a fork and the naan we received was not an order it was half a slice each. We liked the rice, it had a nice texture and the samosas were pretty ok. I have eaten better flavor and quality from a TV dinner.

Not a bad place per say. I was here for a quick grab. Menu is limited but offers what you exactly need. For fun, I tried their green salad with entree and this dish tasted like it needed some attention. Salad basically has greens and some carrots. That it. Some more thought in curating will make it lot more enjoyable. Entree side tasted great. Ambience is low key - 3/5 Service was quick - 5/5 Food - 3/5
