Unfortunately
when
I
come
thru
SFO
(I
guess
due
to
time
of
day)
I'm
always
hungry
and
some
places
are
already
closing
and
options
are
limited
anyway,
so
I
end
up
at
Urban
Tortilla,
even
though
I
already
know
their
Burrito
is
nothing
to
write
home
about.
Their
"stake"
is
hard,
flavorless
and
chopped
real
small
(either
to
make
it
last
or
to
disguise
its
gristly!),
however
interestingly
enough,
what
ends
up
completely
ruining
the
burrito
(or
bowl)
is
their
RICE!!
I
don't
know
what's
making
their
Rice(s)
turn
hard
and
feel
like
there
are
uncooked
grains
in
them?
Do
they
need
to
cover
them?
I
mean
I'd
like
to
think
that
they
know
how
to
cook
rice
(?),
but
why
does
it
not
stay
soft
all
around?
Every
forkful
I
took
of
the
rice
had
HARD
grains
in
them
and
it
was
horrible!
It
just
ruins
the
Bowl/Burrito
and
I
wouldn't
be
surprised
if
that's
the
reason
why
they
seem
to
have
less
customers,
because
this
was
not
first
time,
but
I
guess
I
forgot
and
went
back.
Btw..this
is
was
after
8pm
so,
don't
know
if
the
rices
sit
there
too
long
untouched
just
getting
dry,
so
pls
cover
them
and
or
stir
them,
or
something!
And
just
plain
test
them
out
yourselves
and
see
if
hard
rice
is
something
you
would
"enjoy"
having,
on
a
$20+
dollar
burrito.
(Btw..there's
another
review
on
here
that
mentions
"uncooked
rice").
