Chicken tastes like it s spoiled, beef too salty, tofu taste very artificial, noodles all stick together, like literally whole patch of noodle, rice cold and dry. The dim sum is also cold and taste meh. This restaurant is not recommended at all.

Surprisingly good food at the airport food court. I got the wonton noodle soup. Noodles were nice and chewy and it came with 4 big wontons and broccoli. Soup a tiny bit bland but overall still hit the spot. Portion was generous and I was too full to finish the whole thing. Not the cheapest at $14 but not bad at all for airport prices.

2 sides with rice or noodles $14.99 3 sides with rice or noodles $16.99 After the long flight and not having rice or Asian food for three weeks. We were craving for rice and the fried rice was delicious! Make sure you order Xiao long BAO (soup dumpling), it was delicious. I can rate this 8 out of 10, of course considering that we are getting food from the airport! Thanks for satisfying us! Service wasn't bad too and we tipped 15%

Ridiculously expensive for such terrible food. Everything was cold despite being under warming lights and in bowls that are kept in hot water. The orange chicken was hard and the teriyaki was super fatty. The noodles were the only edible part but agin were cold so even those were not good.

It's inside terminal G, took the train from terminal 2, I was hungry so I looked for rice and koi has it... had curry chicken, broccoli and carrots sauted and fried rice for 14.99 plus tax. Drink not included. Need to pay extra.

Dry orange chicken, sui mai/lomein/grilled chicken is okay. Panda Express is better quality by far, but was disappointed with how dry the orange chicken was. The sui mai fell apart cause it was fresh and stuck to the compostable tray unfortunately but it was surprisingly okay.

Food is average, ok for an express meal with friends, family prior to departure, pre-security. Dim sum is good for sharing.

This review is only for its milk. For those who need to purchase milk and chocolate milk inside in the airport, this place has it. My kids love drinking milk and we were able to find it at this place. It is pricy, $7.50 for two. They also have fruit packaged. The check out was quick.

I liked both the authentic Chinese / American Chinese food. Dim sum (har gaw (shrimp) and sticky rice) are comparable to what you would find at a dim sum restaurant. Fried rice and noodles are good. There are lots of beef and chicken dishes. There is a lot of seating in the food court. It’s a great place to go to if you want a meal before going through TSA.

I stopped by because I was craving some Chinese food while waiting for my layover. As expected, all foods in airports are overpriced. The chicken was also pretty dry and hard. Seasoning was not bad. Staff is friendly but nothing above and beyond.

I was trying to fill up before my international flight and figured this was the most food for the money. A little greasy but it was a good serving of food. Definitely not the healthiest thing to eat but filling.

Really tasty rice with teriyaki chicken, fried tofu and vegetables. Unexpectedly good food for the small food court inside international securiry SFO

Looks like Panda Express, but it absolutely isn’t. Chicken served was free range, maybe from the Jurrasic age.

I’m sharing this review to ensure that no one makes the same mistake I did by eating at Koi Palace Express, located in Terminal 3 at San Francisco International Airport. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. I ordered three entrees – orange chicken, Kungbao chicken, and teriyaki chicken – along with a side plate. All the chicken dishes were disappointingly dry and tough, suggesting that the meat had been precooked and frozen for an extended period, resulting in an unpleasant texture and taste that hardly resembled real chicken. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were quite meager. Don’t waste your money on this establishment; you might find yourself regretting your decision, just as I did.

I saw they are actually making wonton on site and I ordered wonton noodle. The noodle bowl was perfectly prepared with egg noodle. The wonton has a lot of shrimp in it.
