Very interesting experience. Came here on a Monday to catch a early flight. Good thing is they open so early. Trying to order 2 breakfast with coffee. Ordered a medium why mocha and a large Havana cappuccino. Saw the display of the wrap and croissants, looked great and added them on. Then total came out to be $52.... mmm.... the cashier is new so we ask the manager to double check. And the answer she gave me was “ the tax here is 11%.” WELL.... breakfast combo for two ... looks like the tax is more than 11%.... They did the math again the total came out to be $48... then we ask how much is one combo. The manager said $15. And the coffee is $6.1 and $6.2. How can two combos add up to $48. Even though I didn’t finish high school, I still sense something is not right. Eventually, we decided to order them separately. And the total only $37. A round of applause for myself. Saved $15 by attending high school, power of education! The croissant sandwich is actually fantastic, the softness of the croissant 🥐 and the flavorfulness of the bacon 🥓 goes perfectly with each other. It’s like you are sitting in Paris on the left bank, with Seine on your left hand side.... The bacon wrap is just ok. With the hot sauce, it’s like you are in New Mexico, by the side of Guadalupe river, with cowboys on your side. Well, that’s about it. Thanks for listening.

Very affordable airport breakfast, the coffee is delicious, the bread is delicious, and the service is also very good. A young lady serves every guest in an orderly manner.

Worst experience of my life in Peet’s. RUDE staff!!! I specifically selected Peet’s as my first coffee for the vacation and hope it will be as perfect as previous. HOWEVER I got the WORST service. The staff directly skip our menu and when I tried to confirm she (the one ware glasses) literally ignore my words. She even did not look at me when I said “excuse me”. I tried to communicate at least 3 times, no response AT ALL. I feel extremely bad and embarrassed. I have never experienced such thing in Peet’s. Finally she recognized indeed she forgot our order. And she NEVER said SORRY and never feel sorry. I cannot imagine this happened in an airport Peet’s. Peet’s, as a widely known company that impact Bay Area coffee, as a coffee shop that always provides good quality espresso (except this shop and except this staff) I think you should do better. The staff really need to say SORRY for ignoring my confirmation for being soooo RUDE I even feel she was racist to me. Your service ruined my trip. I hate this. You and the staff really need to say sorry to me!!!!

I prefer this Peet’s regardless I am getting out of airport or getting in! Yes they don’t have as much munching options as other Peet’s which are after Secuirty, however, there are no long lines. I like the staff, two folks taking care of small stall. They are gracious and sweet! Good job Peet’s for having multiple counters.

They were a mess this morning! A woman before me was served iced tea instead of cold brew and they didn't end up actually having any cold brew. All 3 workers had to spend like 5 minutes figuring that out. My favorite part was when one asked the customer, how is it not cold brew? I really just don't know how to answer that, she replied. Anyway, got my latte in my own 12 oz cup, which cost the price of a 16 oz cup because of course they don't serve smalls. No sandwich options, just pastries and oatmeal. The latte is way too hot and tastes burned, and the oatmeal was filled with way too much water.

If you’re an Aussie looking for a great coffee after a 13 hour plus long haul, don’t come here. It’s too hot, too big, bitter and not at all satisfying. Oh, and bloody expensive.

Coffee is okay. Everything seems very overpriced for what you get. The thing that bothered me though is the hygiene practices. I stood in line for 20 minutes watching this guy wear the same pair of gloves in which he touched his face/mask several times, touched customer credit cards, the cash register, his own cell phone, etc.. Then proceeded to grab people's baked goods for them. He did not change his gloves or wash his hands / use hand sanitizer at all. I'm not even concerned about covid.. It's just gross in general. People think it looks good to wear gloves but really they're cross contaminating everything and not washing their hands. This is especially a problem when you're handling people's food... Like this guy. I tipped because the lady who made my coffee and bagel was very nice, but she, too was wearing gloves.

I believe the service here is by far the worst peets I have ever visited, after spend $45 on coffee and food, the order was wrong on every drink ordered. They were put out when asked to correct the order, then the next round of drinks were all half full. I am most disappointed with this establishment. The worst part was the solution to the half full drinks was to top them all off with steamed milk from one container. No regard for drinks made with whole or 2% milk she just added what she was holding to each drink. No apology or attempt to make it right.

Would give the staff/customer service 5 stars. But it’s a bit steep for what is a 2-3 star coffee. Desserts are pricey, too. At least it wasn’t too crowded.

Great for an early morning flight. We had a 6am flight to LA and it was open at 5am. The staff were friendly and the pastries looked so enticing. The breakfast wrap with chicken apple sausage was large and filling. Great option to have for United flights!

The workers here are so unorganized and inefficient. They don't pay attention when you're ordering. Talk amongst themselves. Little/zero competition at the airport so they don't care.

Smooth experience, and a decent latte in San Francisco that’s non-Starbucks, in fact, I’ve come to like these locations! The brewed an excellent Post milk latte with vanilla.

A decent place to get drinks, pastries and snacks. The counters look clean and organized. The quality of a regular coffee is good.

Coffee is decent. Prices are not what is shown on their monitors, though, and some staff are a bit rude.

They advertise that they serve hot sandwiches but the only hot sandwich option is egg muffin. They have cold packed sandwiches. After standing in a long line, didn't want to go to another place to find warm sandwich.

This Peet’s doesn’t even accept Peet’s gift cards. When asked why, they said, “We just use the brand name, but it’s not Peet’s.” That makes no sense.

Good food but prices are a little too steep for quality. One cashier also shouted at a customer who thought he was called up to the register - so unnecessary.

Their burrito was so dry, each bite stuck to the roof of my mouth like a layer of lint from a well loved pair of levi's. To be honest I can't tell if the tortilla was sourdough or as stale as Vin Diesel's acting career. I wouldn't say don't go here, but I might suggest something more tantalizing like 3 day old doughnuts from Dunkin'.

Peet’s is doing their best to keep up with the tradition of long lines at SFO. The prices are higher and the service is worse than a regular Peet’s. These companies need to step up their game. Thought you were going to pay with your Peet’s gift card here? Wrong!

Typical airport option, they were packed and had about a 15 min wait. ( the only place open). The coffee was good, unfortunately their breakfast options don't allow changes for those of us with allergies.

Friendly, fast purveyors of Peet's fine coffees. Decent pastries. Only have Dasani water for sale - minus 1 star.

Prepackaged Sandwich here was actually INSANELY good! Got an Italian sandwich that was sourced from Sausalito. It had 3 different kinds of meat, pesto, mayo, tomatoes, peppercini on focaccia bread! 🥰 $15 was a little pricey… but worth it only in the airport.

That was the worst breakfast burrito in the history of mankind. Burnt, hard tortilla; 400 degree interior; bad flavor. Their cold sandwiches are bad too. Do not recommend, go further into gate 3 for some actual human food

No Starbucks nearby so I tried Peet’s coffee. I got a matcha frappe. It tasted and looked like watered-down drink. Very disappointed. I tossed it in the trash. Too bad…

Not bad, but nothing special either. I prefer Starbucks, which apparently is in the upper floor of the same terminal

Came here before my flight at 5:30am. Peet’s was open and not busy. Pastries and coffee were fresh. Service was very good, and not overly chatty. This location does not have hot food, but you can visit a nearby location for hot food or go to a restaurant.

The breakfast burrito was terrible, the chocolate croissant was very dry, almost like it was 3 days old, and my medium capuchino was filled only half of the cup.

  • 4/5 Yash P. 1 year ago on Google
Very good coffee, amazing stuff, lot of options but I would still prefer if it was a little reasonable, for what it is they are quite expensive as they charge about 5 dollars minimum for a good coffee

In an airport I usually avoid waiting in long lines when I want to get something to eat and drink, so I chose Peets Coffee. It is a chain, so I guess the quality should be standardized, but to my surprise, I had my worst scone ever... so disgusting...

There was a big line but it moved quickly. They did not take points from the app though.
