Cancelled my appointment I drove 150 miles for 4 hours before the session after waiting over two weeks for the appointment didn't offer me any sort of other options except I could have another appointment in a month and a half and then the girl was very rude to me. If you need help I would not recommend this place as they are not professional do not answer their phone and really did not offer me a whole lot except a lot of hot air! Not a professional operation considering they're dealing with people that need help

I am giving this clinic ****only because of their wait time in scheduling, I believe that your appointment should be your appointment. People have lives, jobs things to do other than wait! In the checked in waiting areas where there is carpet they could use a good steaming ,they have very soiled carpets, pretty gross to look at, The staff there is friendly, for the most part, I have a good doctor he listens, and truly want to help you get better👌🏾, I do wish there was one on one services offered as well. I can say since I have been going there and taking my prescription medicine I have been doing a lot better than before, I suffered from , depression I didn't want to leave the house I smiled on the outside but inside I was so frightened and alone, now I am free, I have a steady job that I'm happy with, I have moved and relocated to a better neighborhood for my children and I. Life is much better now there is hope! But you won't know until you take a chance....🙌🏾

I have been in healthcare for a long while now and in working in community-based health care in the Bay Area you become familiar with the different offices and how they operate. I have been empathetic to some of my patients when they tell me that they do not get the services that they need in a timely manner at this office. But now it is personal my mom ended up being a patient of this office when she fell on hard times and she told me she was now a patient of this office and I cringed and for good reason. This place is a Medical-Cal (Medicaid) hub for mental health. Unfortunately, this is most of the time the only option where low-income people with state coverage can get in to receive mental health serices. But at the same token, this place is a pill hub they sedate there patient until there next visit. Then the sedation just carries on. My mother has been on more pills that did nothing for her other than make her so out of it that she became a danger to herself. I have had to take her health care into my hands and force them to change her meds. Force them to stop certain meds, and yet again I am having another adverse reaction with another med and no one can return my call until Tuesday next week (mind you today is 06/14/2018) or I can take off or work from my own clinic and do a walk in and wait for hours as if I were at Highland. There no triage nurse, no mid levels, and no Doc of the day on staff to help when we are having a real problem that does not warrant an ER visit. Thank you for being such an awesome place to help the community that needs mental health services them most

I am a Service Coordinator who works with a patient who uses the Oakland clinic. He needs a document signed by his Dr. so that he can access a much needed service. The client has had trouble negotiating getting this signature on his own. I have tried to call the Oak and Fremont clinics many times. All prompted lines only ring and ring. This has happened at all times of day for several days. None of the web pages open up due to some kind of ERROR message. What is going on with this place of business??? What is happening with the mental health service provision to these patients? At this point I will be showing up at some point with my client to facilitate getting this signature with no appointment and no insight as to weather the Dr. is there or not. What is going in there? Dissatisfied Consumer

Dr. Weber is so incredibly compassionate and genuine. Ive been seeing him for about 10 years. I only wish they also offered one on one or group counseling.

Worst/most incompetent facility I have ever had the misfortune of being assigned to. They are unreachable by phone, and employ mental health “professionals” with criminal charges on their records (involving the misuse/abuse of pharmaceuticals.) If you are struggling with your mental health, the Shuman-Liles clinic will ensure a that a nail go swiftly into your coffin. Stay away from this place at all costs!

17 years or more. This is the only place I have been to as a patient for my illness. It’s not an easy task at times. The staff treat you with patience and respect. My medications are always filled fast and they see me quickly if I accidentally miss an appointment. I pray they will never close and same therapist will be here to help me through many more years to come.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Never answered phone, messing up my prescriptions I've been having trouble with them rescheduling me the past few times Dr. Webber is retiring on the 10th of September 2023. The date September 14th 2023 Dr Weber has retired told me that they were going to give me 3 months worth of prescriptions they didn't they said they were going to send my insurance company or referral notice they didn't if you want to go crazy if you already are go there. I heard that they are under investigation. THE WORST PLACE TO GO IF YOU NEED HELP.
