Beautiful Ferry Building. It is the best ferry building, some even tell me that it may be the largest yacht ever built. I don't know, but I'd say it's a beautiful one, unlike anything you've ever seen. And we're going to make it a lot better. You will see, when we have finished this ferry building will be the largest ferry building in the world. You look We are going to rebuild this building so that we can take the boats back because you know, people are getting too cold without their yacht jackets. So we are going to open the ferry building again and start building such valleys as the world has never seen. You look

Fleet Week is the largest annual spectator event in San Francisco, supposedly drawing up to one million people. It's headlined by an airshow culminating in the Blue Angels performing on the City Front at 3pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - weather (fog) permitting. Each year several US and foreign ship are open for tours/inspection at various piers. Buy a sailor a beer!

I've been to a couple of air show in my lifetime. This year's show is different because I'm not in Crissy Fields due to a recent break up. From Nob Hill to Ghirardelli Square is only five minutes for me. Everywhere I look there are people enjoying themselves. Law enforcement presence was heavy and that made me even more comfortable knowing we're being looked after. Fleet Week isn't just about jets and planes flying at high rate of speed and altitude. It's more like respect those men and women that serve our country's armed forces. This includes forces from Victoria BC too. Let's give these courageous men and women a salute for their dedication of hours on end practicing risky maneuver to entertain us. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡² πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ›«πŸ›«πŸ›«πŸ›«πŸ›«πŸ›«

Lol what a bunch of ungrateful NIMBYs, they’ve been doing this long before you people moved in. Don’t like the noise? Take one weekend a year away from the city, problem solved! Okay, rant over lol. I witnessed the action yesterday from pier 39, being a Bay Area native I have grown up always loving the amazing shows these skillful pilots put on. With such amazing maneuvers such as the loop, vertical aileron rolls and fleur de lis, and the beautiful diamond and delta formations, every show is equally amazing as the last. This was the first time I’d gotten to see a live show since my family and I visited Seattle in 2016 and they were there for seafair. What’s even more impressive is having learned that these pilots handle the intense forces without the aid of g suits strictly through intensive training. I also enjoyed the F-35C and United 777 demos. For those who are able to look past the noise (which is part of the beauty of these hypersonic birds) fleet week Will provide you with amazing memories for years to come

get rid of the loud planes. useless wastes of money, horrid gas guzzlers. jarring assaults against the whole city with how loud they are.

This airshow is great because it's free and there's many good places to watch it from. Not much else to say, just lots of fun.

We bought premium tickets, which were not worth it at all. Less then ten feet behind us you could watch the show for free and have easy accessto food vendors. The only thing separating the so called $137.50 premium tickets per person, was a chain link fence. I expected comfortable seats and a drink coupon or some kind of souvenir, but you only get a blue bracelet and a foldable plastic chair to sit on. The show was ok. The parachuters were canceled due to intense clouds. At that point I would have appreciated if the show was canceled, as it did not get better and we didn't see much of the show.

I was totally disappointed with the Blue Angels performance on 10/8/23 in San Francisco. They really didn’t do the great aerobatic stunts they usually do and this show was supposed to be in honor of the late Diane Feinstein and it was BUNK!! All they mostly did was flyovers in delta formation with the trail smoke. The patriots jet team did waaaaay better than the Blue Angels.

My mother would watch the Blue Angels Demonstrate on television when I was younger. Now I live in San Francisco and as an adult I can now see it in person. It is a very personal event for me and it's one of San Francisco's best events all year. They really take over the sky of San Francisco when they are here. I love it!

Can't go wrong with sleep week. Make sure you visit the ships and catch the air show.

Total ripoff. Foggy so no aircraft was visible. They did cancel 1/3 of the runs because of the weather and refused to give a refund. Please save your money. Just bring a lawn chair and save yourself a brutal ripoff

All I saw was a bunch of fog. Did you know that where y'all decided to have an air show is covered in fog very very often? Also, there's no parking in the marina and wharf areas. Move it to East Bay please. Also, many SF residents hate the military.

What a grand experience. We have missed the fleet week every year but were lucky to attend on 10-08-22. Unfortunately the event was canceled for the next day as a result of limited view. Looking forward to attending next year again.

Brilliant holiday surprise. Great to see planes in action and to actually step 9nyo a US Navy Ship. Met a lot of US forces and Police officers. Fine representatives of their chosen professions. US citizens should be proud of all of these guys/galls.

If she's part of this year's Parade of Ships, the USS JACKSON, LCS-6 MAY MAKE ITS WAY TO Mare Island to visit an LCS class ship from another time, WW2 to be exact. The LCS-102.

My husband was on the USS America Aircraft Carrier during the Viet Nam War. We made a special trip from Sutter CA to see the new USS America in port for Fleet Week. Fought traffic across the bay area and finally found a parking spot. Got to the gate to see the ship at 3:00 on Sunday so glad that at least we had an hour to spend on board for a quick look. The gate attendants said no more tours for that day!!! They said they cut it off at 3:00 because it would take till 4:30 to get everyone off the ship. Very disappointing since you posted on your website the ship was open to the public from 9:00 to 4:00. We could not stay to come back the next day as the gate attendant suggested. This situation for us could have been avoided if we had the right info. We give Fleet Week a high rating but this was an unhappy experience for us.

Visited Fleet Week in 2015 and 2016, we don't have this setup in Europe... it was fantastic, hope to return this year for the Angels with the update of their F18 super hornet, they are simply the best in the world, have been there a few times already a meet and greet with the Thunderbirds...but this is of a different caliber...this year we will try to take a few days to visit ships and peripheral activities...Fleetweek has a very good organization, you couldn't find a better place the world can enjoy an airshow, the legendary Bay and the Gate are unique.. good luck in 2023 πŸ€
