Out of all the other beaches I really love this beach. I highly recommend coming here if you want to take a good look at a Golden gate bridge and get some very awesome pictures. This is a family oriented beach and I highly recommend that you bring something to sit down on because there is very little benches available. You have easy access to a bathroom as well. If you were coming with the car and you need to find parking come early in the morning otherwise you may have to wait a few minutes. If you have alternative transportation then I would just find a good cozy spot for yourself. Overall this beach is amazing and I actually prefer this beach than Baker Beach. If you actually want to walk on the Golden gate bridge then I highly recommend you go to the Golden gate bridge welcome center. There you would have easier access to walk on the bridge or you can get other awesome amazing pictures very close up on the bridge.

Great view of the bridge! In town for a long weekend and ran a 10k at Crissy Field and it was so worth the views. Highly recommend walking this area and the trails for the views. The hills are no joke though!

City beach in San Francisco. We relax here before our return flight. Easy to reach by car. Parking spaces free of charge. I always found something there on weekdays. Lots of people come here to surf and kite. There is always something to look at. Lots of dogs, so would like to clean something up before lying down. Great view of the Golden Gate Bridge

One of my dog’s favorite places. We love it here. It’s does get cold so bring a jacket or a sweater just in case. The water is freezing cold, not suitable for swimming but it is lovely to walk in the sand or there is a path for bikes, running, walking, strollers, wheelchairs. There’s also plenty of grass, benches, and places to day camp. RV’s welcome.

Nice place to relax with family and friends. Good place for picnic. Parking is available but often gets filled early morning. You can see people sailing there, enjoying with family. Its also dog friendly.

A nice small beach with views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The wave organ is close, and of course, depends on the water level. Parking was available. There are a few Yatch Clubs

Beautiful views of the bridge and the city. Could be windy depending on when you go during the day. Plenty of parking spots and plenty of space even when busy.

Strolled by this afternoon, it was peaceful, few people walking/jogging with kids or dogs. Nice view on a warm day although it got a bit chilly by late afternoon. I had a relaxing time there.

Whether to take a walk at dawn through the mist off the bay, stroll with friends during the day, picnic with the family, or quietly reflect at dusk, Crissy is a special and magical place. Also keep an eye out for the ethereal rainbow over the Golden Gate, make a wish, and perhaps it will come true...

When it’s a clear day you are able to enjoy the magnificent structure of the Golden Gate, clean beach, nice people (surfers, runners, families), pet friendly and a beautiful peace! Must go with jacket, often the days are windy and cold!

Really wonderful place to do plenty of outdoor activities. Playing soccer in the sand is tiring. Great weather year round. Spectacular view of iconic Golden Gate Bridge.

Love this spot. I walk a little to get to a spot that is more private. Beautiful view that you must see. I notices that lately many not so friendly looking people started to show here.

Beautiful spot for a walk with great bridge views. Lots of parking and benches. There is an accessible path for those that want to avoid sand. Note the water is cold in SF so this is more a spot for walks vs swimming.

Love this little strip of beach in San Francisco. Dogs can run free and so can toddlers. Shallow wading encouraged, beautiful views.

Absolutely beautiful place. The Golden State Bridge is clearly visible and amazing. There's grass, sand, and water. We saw people fishing off a tiny pier and kids in the water. We even saw a seal peering at us from the water.

Wonderful swimming for open water enthusiasts. Feels ocean-like but has a gentle entry/exit. Just know your tides and that back eddies can pop up closer to shore.

Great wide open beach, usually with lots of available parking. Great place to let your dog off leash. I used to patrol this area in the early 70's as an MP at the Presidio.
