lovely little kids playground in the middle of the block on 24th Street. The walls are covered with murals but the showstopper here is a huge snake that encircles a water play area and is covered in mosaic. Many of the tiles were custom made for this piece. Don't be fooled or put of by the location in a playground, this is a major piece of public art made all the more wonderful because children are growing up with this as part of their visual memory.

An oasis in the middle of the city and the hustle and bustle. The key attraction is a supercool snake feature. It is long, going in and out of the ground, with beautiful tile work that will remind you of ancient times. There are tables and chairs to sit, and four play things. The park is surrounded by murals, including a spectacular one made with tiles on the left. While small, this is a great place to take a break.

We call this "Dragon Park" because its central feature is a tile dragon (really more of a snake) that is also a water fountain when it's warm. The dragon is nice enough, but it appears to have consumed too much of the budget, because there are only three other small play structures including a recently replaced swing, and not much for smaller kids to do here. This can be good for a quick stop, but don't make it your main one.

Nice little park. Not too many play structures. Back end of it is always in bad shape. Good place to stop and kill time while you're waiting to pick up some food.

What a hidden gem! Blink and you can easy miss it. However, look carefully because this is such a fantastic spot! It is tiny and only has one swing but there are such beautiful murals that align the walls. I'm taken back by the art that this park has. In addition to the murals, there is a snake mosaic that is also a water fountain! Such a fun option on sunny days. The mini park is also lined with rubber floor coverings so your kiddos can crawl, run, and get crazy without getting hurt. Please do yourself a favor and stop by!

Magical. Peaceful. The water feature can be controlled by a young child - very empowering.

This park is a great place to rest in between mural sight seeing. I was pretty tired when I reached this park from visiting all the murals on 24th street. Thankfully this park had benches to rest on. The park is primarily more of a big kid play ground. The floor itself was cushiony so we had a bounce in our step as we walked inside the park. There is a huge cool looking snake that looks like its weaving in and out of the floor. It is beautifully made. The park also includes murals that make this park so much more colorful.

Amazing murals and tiles! The serpent that winds through the park is both artwork and part of the playground. It's a small park (just the size of a single lot) but is very good for younger children.

Great park in the Mission Bay Area, close to Oracle Park. Good place to walk the dogs, children, and others wanting a nice walk outside. Second only to the path made around the river across from Oracle Park!

This is a nice urban park. Lovely art work, places to sit in sun or shade. Picnic tables, things to bounce or climb on. It even has a water feature for hot days if you push the button. What I didn't see were restrooms. Still it's nice enough for a quick break.
