Probably one of my favorite pasta dishes ever. The spaghetti carbonara sisig was out of this world delicious. The Filipino Italian fusion offered a different flavor to the traditional carbonara and I loved it

I got the adobo rice. The rice is tasteless, pork is pretty good but average. One of the pork pieces was very tough but the rest was pretty soft and tender. Service was pretty slow.

I had the "I love you adob(r)o", impossible curry lumpias, and halo halo milk tea. All the flavors and textures are on point! Slow cooked pork was perfection and well complimented with the plain rice to balance out the flavor. Fried Okra was an interesting add on that I appreciated, and a simple crunchy cabbage salad to balance it all out. Halo halo milk tea was inspired by cereal milk which made my Saturday morning cartoon child happy. And the curry lumpias were familiar yet unique. They didn't weigh me down and the creamy sauce was lovely. Highly recommended on the adobro alone! I'll be back for more, for sure.

The "Very Vegan Sisig" as a rice bowl is simply the best preparation of tofu that my taste buds have ever come in contact with. As a vegan for years and lifelong vegetarian, I have a high bar for tofu, but they really knocked it out of the park with the hearty meaty-feeling taste. Their description of "garlicky, spicy tofu" just doesn't do it justice. The salad dressing on the included side salad was phenomenal as well; I really need to figure out how to make something similar at home. I don't normally like raw carrots but this dressing could make my worst nightmares taste delicious. The rice in the rice bowl was tastefully flavored as well, but I'm glad it didn't overpower the tofu or the crunchy (corn?) bits that are sprinkled on top. Cons: Their hours are really hard to find on their website, and their logistics could definitely use some work. I assumed they would be open during the same times as the SoMa StrEat Food Park where they're located (5-9pm for dinner) but they close at 8pm, and were actually closed by the time I got there at 7:55pm. I tried going for lunch the following day and they were closed by 2:50pm despite stating lunch hours until 3pm. They didn't have a phone number listed to call ahead and verify if they were open. When I finally caught them that evening at 6pm, they were out of the "Why You Laing" entirely which I had wanted to try and had crossed out all of their homemade drinks, of which I would have gotten the halo-halo coconut milk tea. I'll have to come back another time. With a tofu dish as delicious as theirs, I won't need much convincing.

Pork, chicken or veggie options on your choice of rice, salad or a sandwich wrap. We went pork/rice with a side of lumpia. Huge portion (big enough for two) and delicious! Really liked the spicy sauce.

Had the Pork (Lechon) Sisig Carbonara here last weekend. It was truly delicious. Small-ish portion size, but enough for a meal. Delicious garlicky flavor, lots of cheese, and delicious lechon. My friend had the tofu version, which was also delicious. Highly recommended.

SO delicious!!! Such powerful and fun flavors. Best Filipino food I’ve had in the city (also their Halo Halo milk tea is soooo tasty!). Definitely ordering from here again!
