We took the 2.5hr SF tour last Friday and it was a great experience, the roads of SF could do with some resurfacing though, you sure feel those bumps! Our tour guide (Adam K) was outstanding, great narration throughout and just a fun guy. Loved the start location with all the graffiti art, it really made the location stand out. Highly recommended by us.

Great tour and guide. Shared a lot of facts and history, very interesting and rewarding! Good well maintained equipment. Training and safety clearly set first. Tour went through quite some parts of the hilly city and is worth every penny!

This was a 2.5 hour guided tour. Great experience with Cass as our tour guide! Highly recommend! I’m 65 and my spouse 69 we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The length of time just right. You have an earpiece as it is a talking tour. There are 2 to 3 stops along the way to rest, get a drink, or bathroom break.The stops are less than 10 minutes so it does not eat away at your tour. Good pre training to feel comfortable before going out

The Segway tour was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we felt comfortable and safe by providing us with thorough training. Even though it was our first time riding a Segway, the instructions were clear, and we quickly gained confidence. Once we hit the road, it was a thrilling experience. The Segways were easy to maneuver, and we effortlessly glided through the designated route. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and added a lot of interesting facts and stories along the way, making the tour not only fun but also educational. The route itself was well-planned, taking us through scenic spots and popular landmarks. It allowed us to explore the area in a unique way, and we had plenty of opportunities to take photos and capture memories of the beautiful surroundings. Overall, the Segway tour provided a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. It's a fantastic activity for both locals and tourists, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience. We enjoyed every moment of it and would love to do it again in the future!

What a great fun way to explore San Francisco! None of us had been on a Segway before, yet the training part of the tour provided us with enough practice to confidently maneuver the streets. Adam, our tour guide and Segway pro, did not only train us expertly and keep us safe in traffic, but showed us San Francisco from this unique wheeled perspective with passion and lots of humor. Adam was the most amazing tour guide - super-entertaining, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, full of fun, and according to my teenage sons 'a really cool, fun, laid back guy', '10 out of 10'. He made everyone feel comfortable and safe, answered every question, and we might even go for another spin with him! I highly recommend this tour !👌👌👍👍

Jack was great! We really enjoyed the tour. Never rode a Segway before but Jack was a great instructor and we picked it up quickly. I would definitely recommend this trip!

It was a great time. Weather, hearing about the history of GG Park and the best tour guides! Cass was informative (& funny!) and trained us "first-timers" in a patient manner that we felt comfortable cruising around while enjoying the beautiful sites and landscapes. A must do!

I had an AWESOME time on this Segway Tour. We were a group of 12...it was fun learning how to ride the Segway and then riding around San Francisco. One of the best times I've had on vacation. Our tour guide, Captain Jack, was AWESOME as well...highly recommend doing this tour if you're ever in San Francisco! I would definitely do it again!!

Wonderful tour, most safety conscious, world class setting, expertly led tour. Did I mention fun?!? My wife and I are late 50’s, early 60’s and on a quest for Segway tours since we did one in Nashville 2022, Chattanooga 2023 and now our home (!) San Francisco. Not only was the SF team the most fun, most cosmopolitan, the longest tour and the most variety of terrain, but the safety training was Par Excellence. In fact, the required Safety Vidie they showed in the other cities was the one authored and shot by the SF Electric Tour Company! Talk about setting the standard! So, take your best friends and family members on this tour for the time of your lives! See you on the trail!! (P.S., we’re considering the 5-figure investment to buy two of our own, but it’s so affordable to ride them on the tours!)

Had a great couple of hours pootling around the sights of San Francisco with our most excellent guide, Doug! He was very informative pointing out the sights and history of the area and taking photographs of our group of two as we segged around the streets. Great setup with thorough training for the beginner Segway virgins. Would highly recommend. Great fun.

I wish I had the opportunity to take the Golden Gate Park tour, because it looks great. But my review is about something else... fantastic customer service. We scheduled the tour, then realized how long events were taking at the Jr. Olympics my son was competing in. I called Trisha the day before and explained our predicament. She made an exception to their very fair normal cancellation policy and took a genuine interest in how my son did. He wound up going to the finals and placing third, so we arrived at the park after the tour would have ended. We sought out Trisha and she was so nice and congratulating my son and even gave us tips on walking and driving the park. That was above and beyond... she's just a genuinely nice person who wants to take great care of her customers at a level you seldom see. For that reason I feel you can't go wrong with this company.... can't wait to get back and tour with them.

My son and I took this tour over the weekend and we had a blast! (age 57 and son age 25). The segway is really easy once you get familiarized with it for about 10 minutes. Our guide, Susan, was awesome!! They really made us at ease and comfortable. Golden Gate Park is beautiful and I love that I was able to tour it and get an overall view of it. Truly a memorable day.

Fun, entertaining and informative tour. We did the event as a team building experience and had a sensational time! Learned plenty about the city. I recommend taking gloves with you and dressing warm unless you do the tour in the summer. Winds from the bay make this a pretty chilly ride.

This was such a fun way to explore the city and the wharf area! The Segways were really easy to use after the instructions and practice session. I went as a solo person while my husband was at a work conference, and it was super safe while also getting to be in a group with others. I’d definitely recommend it!

Amazing tour, amazing tour guide, and super helpful staff. Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough. We had just missed the time cutoff, but when I called the wrangled up a fantastic tour guide (Hey Devon!!) and personalized the tour to fit in as much history and plants as Devon could muster. So much fun, fascinating information. Bring a warm jacket, even in the summer.

What a great way to see the sights. It was really good. Safe, Fun Our guide Jack was awesome. None of us had been on one before but we all mastered it quickly. I would definitely recommend it. We covered a lot of ground.

I was super excited for this tour as I had never ridden a Segway before. I felt like the odd one out of the group as I felt like I was slower than the others to learn how to operate it but with practice and amazing help from them I learned it quickly :) - the tour was also amazing as going around San Francisco with the guide (Jack) was very informational! They had aspects of professionalism while also being cool at the same time, I have to give my kudos to the team. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great time in San Francisco that day but this tour was the only sunshine for me that day. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend booking a tour with the Electric Tour Company!

We booked a private tour for our team event with Susan and it was amazing! Susan was very friendly, gave us tons of information about SF history, provided food and drinks recommendations, and took a lot of pictures for us. The Segway's were in great condition and super easy to ride. Their training session was helpful and they allowed us to pick a custom route based on the things we wanted to see. I highly recommend this activity as a fun event.

We did a tour on a weekday morning and were lucky enough to be the only 2 people scheduled for it so we ended up getting a private tour & were able to see more sights! John was an amazing tour guide, very friendly and since it was just the 2 of us on the tour John let us get off and enjoy/explore some of the stops at our leisure. We even got to go down Lombard street! A very wonderful tour

This was an amazing experience for my wife and myself. As soon as we got there we were greeted by Brian the owner and he made sure we got the proper training before we left on our Segway. If you’ve never been on a Segway before Brian will turn you into a pro. As for Jack our tour guide he was full of knowledge, jokes, and positive energy. Jack will make sure you’re safe throughout the tour and that you are having a good time as well. I definitely recommend this to anyone who’s trying to have a good time and loves exploring.

Sam was our tour guide! He was the best. Super fun! I learned a lot about the cities history. Good training and safety prep/training ensured we all had a fun, safe time. Brian, the owner was very accommodating and made us feel welcomed. I showed up for my tour at the wrong site but he got us right in and set up without blinking an eye. The gentleman that checked us in was patient; just a really nice guy. My husband and I had the best time. I highly recommend.

I would actually do this again if given the chance, it was very fun. The time flew by (or rolled by . . . you know on a Segway). Our guide TK, was a stud. Very helpful with training, funny and kept us entertained and laughing the whole time. Learning the Segway was remarkably simple. We were ready for the "advanced" class in no time at all. We enjoyed Little Italy the most because we got to see some "non-tourist" parts of the city and had a little break time to explore.
