Very easy to get to and one of the best spots to view the Golden Gate Bridge! Access to the visitors center and a coffee shop make it a bit more complete experience compared to the other isolated overlooks.

It is an easy place to get to by public transportation as it is just a short walk from the visitor center. You can see the Golden Gate Bridge really well and Alcatraz Island, so it seems like a good place to take pictures.

If you in the area and have time you should check it out. Be sure to read the bridge origin story. Great spot for pics. Fyi- Watch out for ppl breaking into your cars though. Leave nothing inside your car

Sure to covid-19 restrictions, it was not so busy. We took some good shots of the bridge, in the mist. Parking was limited to two hours, but free because of the lockdown. The public restrooms were still open and looked well managed. The store has limited shoppers.

Great place to click a pic! Parking is abundant too. Cross below the bridge and head straight you will see another lot to park car. The walk is hardly 3 mins.

Parking had me nervous as there were multiple parking spots with broken glass from car break in. Only a 0.2 mile walk from parking to the Golden Gate Bridge. Got some nice pics and the views were awesome!

One of the best places for photos of the Golden Gate Bridge, I highly recommend going in the morning and checking the weather before. Once you come more of a midday time it could potentially be crowded and be harder to get photos in your desired location since everyone is trying to do the same thing.

Epic spot to get postcard photos of the Golden Gate Bridge. It gets very busy with tourists throughout the day. However, wasn't too happy with the parking situation, meh! Best not to leave any valuables in the car when using the visitors' area parking lot.

Yup, this is one of the best spots to capture this icon. Itโ€™s well-maintained and accessible for those with wheels. I recommend!

Went here at sunset for a beautiful view of the Golden Gate bridge. Small parking area but a larger one further down. Meter was not working, so we didnโ€™t have to pay.๐Ÿ˜

For me I took best shot here. You can walk by Marine drive to get close picture with golden gate on different angle.

Simply amazing! I came all the way from Greece to see the Golden Gate Bridge and it was a dream come true (for me at least) The whole area is really well organized, you can find restrooms, a gift shop and a spacious parking. It has also a great unobstructed view to take photos. Donโ€™t know what happens if itโ€™s extremely busy but I really had a great time and took a bunch of photos

I went on a Wednesday, very quiet and it was great to enjoy the view and take a lot of photos.

One of the best locations to fully appreciate the Golden Gate Bridge and surroundings. The site is nearby a bus station and the short hikes are perfect to appreciate Alcatraz and the river crossing. I would go again and this path is also access by bike and is also use as service entrance point.

Great place for photography, especially if you want the Golden Gate as your wallpaper. 5/5 easy access vista point

One of the best spots to click is the Golden gate bridge. The best time of the day to click the pictures from here is afternoon when the sun is towards the west. During sunrise, there is lots of mist; hence its difficult to get good pictures then

Beautiful spot to get some great photos of GG on the San Francisco side from various vantage points. Recommend walking along the trails as well. Reading other reviews I used rideshare to get here - itโ€™s a popular place so you wonโ€™t wait long for a ride back either.

Amazing 360 view of the ocean. One can sit, relax, walk around, or even go hike around on the beach and trails

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Sea lions are majestic! They are so lazy and fun to watch. I could spend hours here and still want more time. Itโ€™s so calming and entertaining to be in this area. They sleep, move around, yell and play with each other. Must visit spot if youโ€™re visiting San Francisco.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Great views of both bay & Pacific & San Francisco. Some of the roads are closed, so you can get out and walk around. The public bathroom were open. Plenty of parking.
