I
went
to
this
urgent
care
on
5.29.2022,
6.3.2022,
and
6.6.2022.
On
my
first
visit,
I
was
seen
promptly
and
had
my
vitals
taken,
received
a
COVID
and
Strep
test
(both
negative),
and
was
seen
by
a
doctor
shortly
thereafter.
I
had
some
minor
cold
symptoms
and
was
told
to
treat
them
with
OTC
methods.
Then
my
symptoms
worsened.
I
got
a
sore
throat
and
cold
sores
on
my
lips.
On
the
2nd
visit,
I
was
prescribed
an
anti-viral
for
herpes
and
cough
suppressant
for
the
throat.
I
was
also
told
to
take
painkillers
as
needed.
The
symptoms
worsened
and
I
was
in
pretty
bad
pain
all
around.
On
the
third
visit,
I
felt
neglected.
The
doctor
seemed
to
have
forgotten
to
come
into
my
room
after
the
nurse
took
my
vitals
because
I
waited
a
long
time
and
the
intake
nurse
seemed
to
have
thought
my
room
empty
and
was
surprised
to
see
me
when
she
walked
in
and
said
she'll
go
get
the
doctor.
I
had
a
fever
of
100
degrees.
Then
the
doctor
then
swabbed
my
cold
sores
to
test
for
herpes
and
told
me
the
test
would
be
finished
sometime
later
that
day
but
I
should
continue
finishing
the
anti-viral.
He
didn't
talk
about
running
more
tests
-
if
the
facility
wasn't
equipped
to
do
so,
he
could
have
told
me
to
go
to
different
urgent
care.
He
told
me
to
just
sweat
out
the
illness
with
painkillers
too.
He
didn't
ask
if
I
had
any
questions.
When
he
was
leaving,
he
didn't
tell
me
if
I
needed
to
wait
in
the
room
for
the
nurse
to
finish
up
with
me
or
if
I
could
just
leave.
Today
on
6.8.2022,
I
went
to
the
San
Francisco
Hospital
Urgent
Care
and
the
quality
of
care
was
extremely
different.
The
nurses
and
physician
asked
a
lot
of
questions,
explained
why
they
were
ordering
certain
tests,
and
explained
everything
they
were
prescribing
me,
including
antibiotics.
They
prescribed
me
generic
Tylenol
and
lidocaine
for
pain
management
too.
I
am
going
to
stay
away
from
Dignity
Health.
