This was the worst clinic experience I have ever had. Do not go here. Made an appointment by phone with a lady who told me I would not pay over $60 for a physical for a summer job I have. Was up front with my insurance information and they stated it would not be an issue. I got to the clinic and they told me that I should not have been able to make an appointment since I have private insurance. Then they said it would be $200. I explained what the woman on the phone said, and they agreed to charge me the $60. I paid and then was seen. The services took over 2 hours to be delivered for just the most basic routine physical. When I left, no one showed me the way out of the clinic, so I followed exit signs that led me into an unlabeled emergency exit staircase. I was locked inside for 45 minutes on hold with their front desk. No one ever came, so I had to set off the alarm exiting the building. Then months later they sent me a bill for $240, which I am now disputing. Extremely unprofessional and unstreamlined. Look for other clinics.

The staff are all friendly. The receptionists, the nurses, and the physician who saw me were all friendly and knowledgeable. However I had an extremely frustrating experience and I believe it’s because of my “official physician”. I believe his name was Richard. Or the logistics here need serious work. I was sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes and I had to go to the front and ask them what was going on before they finally came and grabbed me. The physician who spoke to me was great but informed me that the person who’s name is actually assigned to me couldn’t see me. Then he failed to send my prescription to the pharmacy, making me call (which is a tedious and vexing process) and wait at the cvs for the prescription to even show up on the pharmacists end. Then I find out that they forgot to put in my prescription before they went out to lunch. 3 hours later and I still don’t have my medicine. Absolutely despicable. Update: Two days later, multiple phone calls and messages, and they still haven’t sent my medication to the pharmacist. After my third phone call, someone finally physically tracked down the physician to get them to send it. Update: day five. they finally sent my prescription to the pharmacy but they only sent half of it. Now I have to call again to ask them to send the other half 🤦🏻‍♀️ Just, really incompetent. I was considering making this place my PCP because of how nice and friendly everyone was, but it’s extremely apparent that they do not know how to operate a functioning clinic. I spoke to people in the waiting room who said these antics are pretty standard for this place. Misplaced prescriptions, lost appointments. I’m not sure what’s going on here but I really hope y’all figure it out.

I am on a Tourist visa from India. I was given an appointment for booster dose today @ 11 a.m. They called me inside at 11:45 instead of 11:00. Then I was told that we can not give you the booster as I have taken covishield vaccine. I need to take a Pfizer booster, which they aren't providing. They provide only Moderna booster shots. The receptionist had verified with its back office yesterday when I was there personally to take the appointment. Before giving me the appointment, they should have double checked it. This is really a bad experience!!

I have been dealing with some mental health issues on and off for about 18 years. Was at the point where I was afraid to reach out anymore, honestly was feeling like nobody was really listening. This is the first time I felt like anybody really cared, and I highly appreciate this place. If you have ever felt like this, please give them a try.

HR360 helped me get sober and turn my life around. Without their help I would be jobless, homeless, and with no family or friends. If you are willing to ask for it, they are there to help you. If you need help and are reading this, getting clean is the bravest thing you will ever do. People will be proud of you, people you don't even know.

Katherine Gibson is the best doctor I have had out of all the doctor's I have had taking care of all my issues I have going on. Also after fighting SSI for 28 years she had all the tests I needed done that other doctors wouldn't do that helped me get my Social Security Disability. She is a very compassionate and caring doctor and gets the tests ordered to get the correct results down to the bottom of your medical problems and get the care you need to help you with your issues. I have been under her care for 3 years starting at Lyon Martin and followed her to Health Right 360 because she is the only doctor I am comfortable with and who know my medical history better than anyone else. She is an excellent doctor. I recommend you having her for your physician. She is very kind, friendly, and compassionate with her patients. She won't stop until she gets down to the root of your issues. She doesn't give up on finding out what is causing your issues. She is a n excellent doctor.

If you don't have any health insurance and are among the indigent this is where you end up. But you definitely get what you pay for. Also looking at the anonymous staff reviews on LinkedIn nobody likes working there either.

This place is a joke . The director at 815 buena vista west is an absolute amateur. He is distant , unavailable and his policies only contribute to more suffering from people who are already at their breaking point . That is true for staff as well, who I pity having to turn a blind eye to one bad call after another . Health right has assimilated the cities homeless into an industry . Someone is getting paid here and no one seeking recovery is benefitting . I hope his intentions and lack of compassion are exposed before more deaths and heart ache take an even bigger toll on this city

Not a good neighbor to the immediate surrounding neighbors. HealthRight parks its vans on the sidewalk of Lafayette street just around the corner from their building. People in wheelchairs cannot pass the blocked sidewalks and are forced into the street putting them at risk. We have asked their transportation coordinator to park on Mission Street however nothing seems to change. How ironic that this health provider feels the "RIGHT" to block sidewalks with their vans.

I have always had a good experience here. They got me into rehab and helped me get my life together and now are providing me with dental care. I hope their dental staff is awesome because I have a lot of trauma surrounding dentists, so we will see.

They made SOMA like a rat's hole. Dirty, dangerous, unhealthy. They added problems to San Francisco. They waste taxpayer's money.

You Saved my life. Allowed me to create goals and even tho I had an unsupportive family to help me the rest of the way and I failed to meet my long term goal, I over all am Happy To know least someone or two or three people from HealthRight 360 saw something good within me and worked with me and made me feel confident and happy for once. Not like my real family. They provoke me, make me beg them just to say no I wont help you... Health Right was awesome in every way! I wish I could've stayed and finished my 5 year goal with them because id be everything HealthRight 360 set me out to become...I Miss you all very much. My peers and the staff. I hope things are going really really well for you all. Bye.

From the first step and throughout the entire intake process , I was welcomed with nothing but respect and genuine kindness . On a follow-up call , switching my coverage to sf , literally began to tear up . The level of concern was unlike anything I've experienced from a program such as this . I am so impressed at the level of commitment and professional knowledgeable service I received . Thank you health right . And a special thankyou to Nancy who did my intake .

Update: Though it took several days of me calling to be able to get someone in the billing department once I was able to get them they had sorted everything out and removed the bill. So my current take away is there's organizational issue with the place but well meaning staff! Updated the rating as a result. original post: I am on medi-cal and I got their number from a list my healthcare gave me to find a therapist. When I called they said they took my insurance, I said I was a new patient. When I got there they checked my insurance. When I met the nurse I was told I actually cant get a therapist here because the nurse wasn't my primary care. I wasn't ready to make the change so I just went home and 2 weeks later I get a 200$ bill. So to recap: - They made me come for nothing during covid because they didnt check about needing to change primary care despite me telling them I wasn't a patient there. - They are trying to charge me despite clearly checking I was under medi-cal 2 separate times and telling me I was covered.

The inefficiency, anti-union, abuse of public assistance money comes at a major cost. The turnover rate of employees is horrible, calling in for information takes longer than any other doctor office I’ve ever worked with. It’ll take hours just to get routine, basic things completed. To say that it is a dehumanizing experience to know how little the organization values the individuals obtaining services there would be an understatement.

I've been getting care here. It's been a great experience. I've had full dental services all covered by medi-cal. The staff is awesome and higher professional. Highly recommended!!

Director James!!!! Hello i was at walden house months ago and upon leaving I had to leave some valuables behind that I was picking up later. This is common as many people there don't actually have a place of their own. There is a large attic at 890 hayes and the staff keeps clients belongings there. I returned to pick up my items and staff informed that they were gone. I said what do you mean and they handed a client who I personally know and one they favored they keys to the holding area. He opened the door and on the floor were about 20 to 30 bags with clients names on them. All the bags were ripped open and all valuables stolen including mine. I had 2 laptops and an expensive speaker, my art, journals, clothes and items my family gave me. I left a note under the directors door about wanting the items replaced and asked him later if he got it and he said yea but nothing else. Consider this place gets tens of thousands of dollars per month for each client and this 1 facility houses 90 I think they could hire a staff to escort clients in and out of the holding area. Instead they give the keys to a client they favor? 3 weeks ago I wrote the director another note and sent it and got no reply. I send a 3rd letter last week. I didn't want to make a big deal about this I just wanted the right thing done. So now I'm sending this information to as many places as I can until he pays attention to me. I also found out that the client who was favored and often given these keys was selling the stolen items to other clients and it was well known he was selling some laptops. Another client found out I was missing laptops and asked what kind they were. I told him and he retrieved 1 and gave it to the lady under the director there the lap top and told her to give it to me. I went to her immediately after he told me this and asked her for it. I described the size, model, make and color of the lap top. She wouldn't give it to me and said to come back another day. This client who stole 30 clients belongings because the director basically let him is living in the treasure island walden housing places. I have contact info for many of the clients that were there at this time... Please acknowledge me director... Remember Ray?
