The réception here was nice and got things sorted quickly with my insurance. I am writing this in the waiting room nervously awaiting the fate of the wood chip stuck in my butt cheek. All I wanted to do was pet a nice dog but then I scooted over too fast on a worn down wooden bench, and a piece of wood got lodged deep within my skin. Hopefully everything works out!

I’ve been going to the Concentra and Potrero Hill for years. Always a problem, always difficult staff, always a line. I wish I had discovered the Concentra on California Street years ago. It was a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and I cannot say enough. I need to go in annually for a DOT evaluation, and I will never go to another place. They are great.

I was a walk in for a physical for pending employment. Where I lived in Tulare County, I would have had to wait for an appointment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Florynntime was an amazing help. She is greatly appreciated. I started work this morning at 8:30 am because of your prompt service. Thank you very much!

My review is based on how understaffed this establishment is. The staff here are nice. I once waited 45 minutes in a room for a scheduled appointment just to speak with a nurse for 2 minutes. Another occasion was arriving for an appointment just to be told it was canceled due to a call in.

Great Place, customer service was welcoming, pleasing, friendly, timing wise also great waited less then 15 minutes love it, clean office organization was superb.

The clinic is well ran and efficient. Everyone was doing their job well. Most of the workers are friendly. Only 3 was a bit rude to other clients. The health care workers attending to me were very attentive, efficient and respectful. The nurse practitioner who did my physical was working very hard and efficient. Overall my experience was good.

The Doctor basically threatened me into doing the Physical Therapy sessions or he would close the claim when the knee is also an issue. Also he did No examination on my back either.

The staff at Concentra was very fast and efficient and extremely warm and friendly. I felt really comfortable getting my physical exam here and was impressed with the timely service they provided.

Excellent customer service. I was in and out both days I visited this location. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking urgent care. Parking would be the only issue. But nothing a little walk can’t fix.

I went to Concentra Urgent Care here in San Francisco and the workers there were exceptionally nice and conveyed an altruistic atmosphere. I felt really comfortable and secure there. Thanks a lot and God bless all of you.

I went there prepared for my yearly physical with all my forms filled out but when I got there they gave me back my forms and sent my phone a link through text where they wanted me to fill them out digitally. I asked why and they said it was different but when I sat down and compared them both they were exactly the same. The receptionist was too lazy to enter it themselves. I wonder what they get paid to do then. Took extra time out my day to do their job. It was quite redundant. In addition, during my blood check the nurse was fumbling through because he couldn’t find the correct test equipment needed. He went through every drawer and then some. It seemed very unprofessional to be so ill equipped. Other than those things the rest of the exam was basically normal.

Excellent receptionist, polite and pleasant personnel all around, treated very well. Very pleasant experience.

I was at Concentra urgent care for 6months. They took care of me very well. Especially Dr. Daniel and Dr. Ueda Alfred, my chiropractor. His work is amazing! He fixed my shoulder and back and wrist all !!! I highly recommend him for anybody I know. Thank you so much!

Very friendly and professional staff. Everyone was great from the ladies at the front desk to the nurse and physician, no complaints. I came in an hour before closing time on the day before Thanksgiving without an appointment and was able to complete all of my pre employment needs including a physical, vision test, lift test and drug screening. In and out in 40 minutes or less. If you need urgent care or pre employment services I highly recommend this location.

The staff were professional and gave excellent care. I was planning to be there for at least an hour and I was in/out in 15mins. Great place to visit for a new hire drug screen.

I had reservations about this place for no good reason but maybe cuz I saw bad reviews of other urgent cares in San Francisco anyhow this place did a really good job they did Bill me up front which got me a little bit concerned but it was good to get the payment out of the way I don't have insurance $25 not too bad. I'm an American living overseas I don't have insurance in America I was really scared. Everything they did came under the 205 they listen to my chest and make sure I didn't have pneumonia they gave me a coronavirus test they gave me a strep throat test and they gave me a flu test as well as checking my blood pressure so I got a lot of services for a very reasonable amount of money they gave me good paperwork so I can fill my insurance overseas in Thailand overall very satisfied quick and a happy customer

Soon as I walked in, I was helped immediately. Staff were nice and overall quick with the proceedings of my pre-employment Drug screening. I literally finished my appointment in 30 minutes or less would highly recommend.

Such a great experience! The front staff and the doctors were super nice and professional. Helped me get my health report requirement for my CDL class b driver's license. Much better experience then dealing with my medical provider Kaiser Permanente. Thank you!!

Their staff were really nice. I was an hour early to my appointment and they were able to take me in. Instead of have me wait until my appointment time.

My experience at Concentra SF Downtown location was excellent. While nobody picked up the phone at S.SF and SF Potrero Hill locations numerous times, SF downtown location picked up right away both times I called before heading over. The reception staff, named Len, who was the one who gave me the info over the phone (has to show proof of TB positive before I would be allowed a CXR) and greeted me when I got there. She was very helpful and sincere. The whole process was quick. I used to go to South San Francisco location and went there a few times in the past. Every time I needed to wait for 1-2 hour before I was seen. At SF downtown, the whole process took about 30 min. I am so pleased with their service and staffs are very nice and professional too. I’ll definitely come back to this location and only this one!

I have been coming to Concentra on California St. in San Francisco since November 2021 for a work related injury. The front and back office staff, PA Chan, PT Nancy, Dr. Gordon and Acupuncture Dr. Zhang have been a wonderful group of kind and gracious folks. I couldn't ask for better care anywhere else. I live in East Bay and travel here by BART which is do convenient being adjacent to Embarcadero BART.

I was a walk in after an incident at work but I was treated as if I had an appointment.The staff is excellent in every way and my care was as good as it gets.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would for my experience at Concentra in downtown SF. Working in healthcare myself, I strive for exceptional patient care and after my visit for a physical, I see that the staff at Concentra strive for the same. Thank you to the group of friendly, efficient and knowledgeable medical staff for making my visit a great one.

I had a lab test here and there was no option to schedule a specific time. I went by an hour before closing fearing it would be crowded but to my surprise it was calm, smooth, and efficient. I was in and out within 20 minutes and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The physical therapist didn’t give me any illustrations on the exercises which I usually get so I can remember the exercises . The PA didn’t understand what part of my back was injured based on the drawing and was argumentative which I didn’t appreciate. He said I was supposed to have PT twice a week then I was scheduled for a week later. I was also scheduled on a Friday for a follow up instead of giving me a PT appointment which was more in line with my treatment. I didn’t need to see the P A twice in three days. Waste of my time

Very unprofessional, My Mom had to pay for parking, and she had waited almost 4 hours and still not calling my Mom to do the screening, I called Dianne before I told my mom she can do walk-ins, she told me that they only accept walk-ins, she could’ve told me that they need an appointment in the first place so that my Mom didn’t need to pay for parking that long for nothing! I will never come back to that location ever! Dianne, you are very unprofessional! Treat your patient's right girl and that's for you’ll working there!

Super friendly staff. Very clean. Had to wait a little long for the doctor, but only because they seemed to be the only one on staff at the time - but when they came in they did their job great.

I had to get finger printed & TB Tested. Both were in San Francisco locations = No Parking. I paid $35 in prkg when I went to get the prints done. Then I paid $40 in prkg to go to 26 California St for the TB Test. I sat there, was called, got the exam done, then I was told you were OUT OF TB TEST VIALS. It was late afternoon! I had to race ALL THE WAY TO SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, 2 TOWNS AWAY, to go the TB Test after wasting $40 on parking! You need to tell the employers that the client can GO TO ANY ONE OF YOUR OUTPOSTS!

I came in for a simple ua in San Francisco. I paid 14.50 for parking and 12 total for the bridge tolls, so I wanted to make sure that everything was done and okay, and I wanted the results right away which I was told would happen. Then I was given the okay so I called my employer and told them. Later I found out that they sent the sample instead to the lab, and that it would be days longer embarrassing me and delaying my start date at work. In the end I passed and all, but what hair brained scheme caused them to lie to me ?

Terrible communication and customer service. I called earlier in the morning because I was suspecting strep throat, but had taken a Covid PCR test that came out negative today. I was informed that if I had the negative PCR test, I would be able to be seen for a strep throat culture. I came in, filled out forms and informed them of my Covid vaccinations and negative PCR test, and was told to wait outside. I did, despite feeling like I was going to pass out, and then received a phone call from one of the doctors that it was their policy to not see any patients that have any symptoms of Covid, even if they had a negative PCR test. I had muscle aches, chills, headache, and a painful sore throat, but no cough, no runny nose, no congestion, no loss of taste or smell, AND I had a negative Covid test. Not only did the front office misinform me, costing $10 in uber costs for absolutely no reason, but the policy in itself makes no sense. The Covid symptoms, except for the loss of taste and smell, are similar to many illnesses, and are signs of inflammation. Does that mean you won’t see any patients with any symptoms like a headache and muscle aches? That makes no sense, and having to uber 15 minutes to another Urgent Care and pay another $15 when I am on the verge of passing out is unacceptable. Don’t go here.
